(The shark mercenaries and their entire society happened after an incident involving radiation and some dna mixups occured due to the destruction of a secret base and a particular ship. Orca administrator seems keen on keeping the shark mercenaries at bay to think all their memories are truly theirs and not from a higher sentient being known as the tf2 mercenaries happened, just remixed to shark form, that is until they discover the horrors that they must face after encountering the truth of being silly shark men.)
