I’m getting tired of hearing people say that Sheepstealer is ugly.

I get that GRRM described him as ugly but look at him!

Look at his patchy colors, those jagged spikes, the curved tips on the end of his wings!

He is fucking cool!

He looks badass and while he’s definitely small compared to the other dragons I think if he was coming at you, you would be more afraid than you would of Sunfyre or Syrax or even Dreamfyre or Silverwing.

He is the definition of gnarly and he looks like a punk rock song made manifest! Sheepstealer is an awesome dragon and despite the horrendous writing of season 2 (and how they destroyed the entirety of Team Green from what they were in the books to a shitty family of backstabbers (who’s own mother would want them dead which is insane if you read the book)) if I’m looking forward to anything besides Aemond carrying the entire show as the best villain ever (since all Daemon is doing is hallucinating maternal incest and flirting with witches) it is Sheepstealer getting a rider and proving that he is a badass dragon cause damn straight he fucking is!

I don’t like that we have to accept Nettles not existing and Rhaena being the one to ride him but if I get content of my little punk rock dragon then I suppose I’m fine.

 Born during the youth of King Jaehaerys I Targaryen, Sheepstealer made his home in the caverns of the Dragonmont on Dragonstone. How he got his name is pretty straightforward; he would hunt sheep as far as on Driftmark and at the Wendwater. 

He was never aggressive or violent with other people unless they disturbed him. However, this changed when Jacaerys asked any potential dragonseed to try and claim as many dragons as posssible. This was known as ‘The Sowing,’ which ended up being quite disasterous for many dragonseeds. As Sheepstealer killed more than the other three riderless dragons (Seasmoke, Vermithor, and Silverwing) combined. 

 However, it wasn’t until a young girl named Nettles, did what every other man could not do: she won his favour. Using a clever method, she left dead sheep out every morning but stayed in his presence, therefore he got used to her. 

  In appearance, Sheepstealer was only ever officially described as “muddy brown.” However, some say he was slender like Dreamfyre, which could suggest that he had a similar build.

Sheepstealer, a notably ugly “mud brown” dragon hatched when the Old King was still young, had a taste for mutton, swooping down on shepherd’s flocks from Driftmark to the Wendwater. He seldom harmed the shepherds, unless they attempted to interfere with him, but had been known to devour the occasional sheep dog.

Not Hugh Hammer having a fucking wife, kids, house and side plot but they had no time for Nettles, who actually has a canon plot with a beginning, middle, and end and it involves one or more main characters so no extra time will be wasted like this fucking turn cloak.

My absolute favourite thing we found out this season is that Syrax just be yapping all the time she's just like me fr like my girl does not do the silent mysterious type no ma'am she just be yapping and blabbering at every occasion.

Vermithor likes bbq Sunfyre is bilingual Vaghar does not enjoy joyrides and gets grumpy if you keep changing commands at the last minute Seasmoke is a prankster Silverwing gets bored and lonely in the caves Moondancer is an amateur acrobat and would do wonders at cirque du soleil Sheepstealer thinks the sheep in the Vale taste better Caraxes hates Harrenhall Meleys is the goodest girl in the world and Syrax needs to host a podcast my yapping queen has a lot to say

So…

The whole Nettles storyline isn’t happening which sucks cause it was awesome and Sheepstealer was Awesome!

The writers Know that Sheepstealer was awesome and because of that I’m sensing that the dragon that’s killing all of the sheep is probably Sheepstealer who is going to be mounted by Rhaena now for precisely No Fucking Reason!

Is she going to spend weeks earning the dragons trust by feeding him sheep? Chiseling away at his hard demeanor watching him eat day in and day out until he allows her to mount him?

No, of course not because Rhaena doesn’t have that kind of time.

They won’t give us Nettles, and they can’t Not give us Sheepstealer…wtf HOTD writers? Wtf?
