#sherlock and co bingo event

Hello and welcome to the Sherlock & Co Bingo Event!

In this event, you will get a bingo card of tropes and AUs, then create something that relates to a prompt on your card. 

Sign-ups will run May 15 to May 25

Cards will go out May 26 to May 31

Card rerolls will close June 5

Submissions will run May 26 to September 30

How will this work? Once sign-ups open, I will post a link to a Google form with some questions. You’ll pick the card size you want (3x3 or 5x5) and how you’d like to receive your card. Once sign-ups are closed, you’ll receive a bingo card with your prompts. Once you get your card, you have until September 30 to create something and fill your card up.

Submission requirements;

Fic/Podfic - 500 words minimum

Art - 1 piece

Playlist - 10 songs

Collage/Moodboard - 5 images

Common questions;

Q: What ratings are allowed?

A: Gen, Teen, and Mature. Explicit works are not allowed for this event.

Q: Can I include ships?

A: Absolutely! You can make your prompt shippy, or keep it general.

Q: What if I don’t like my prompts?

A: You can request a reroll once. 

Q: Can I combine prompts?

A: Yes!

Q: What does "free space" mean?

A: It means you can do whatever you want for that square. Go crazy!

Q: Where can I post my works?

A: You can post them to the AO3 collection, submit them to the blog, or post them on your own blog and tag this one so it can be reblogged.

Q: What if I get a bingo?

A: Congratulations!! Maybe try going for a blackout next?

Q: What if I get a blackout? A: WOAH!!! Nice job!!! You can either be done, or ask for a new card to go again.

Q: Is it okay if I don’t get a bingo/blackout? A: Absolutely! This is a low-stakes event. You’re not gonna get in trouble if you don’t get a bingo. Just have fun!

Hello Bingo Players!!

Just wanted to remind you all that you have until September 30th so submit works!

We've gotten a good handful of creations submitted so far, and I'm excited to see what else will be shared with the fandom. I've also been considering doing a holiday Bingo for the December/January, and I'd love to hear any ideas/suggestions for that. It'd be one shared card instead of individual ones, but otherwise would be run the same way.
