I’ve been following @shinyzango for the Nutcracker artwork, but now I’ve fallen hard for the artwork and the original Nutcracker work.

So I’ve thought…what if Hans and Clara traveled to Treelight City during their journey? What if they found a couple of new friends along the way?

Hans and Cody talk about how lucky they are to be with a respective girl filled with bravery and determination. Meanwhile, Clara and Alli bond over the headstrong boys who dedicate their lives to help them on the quests (to break a curse and save a hidden city).

I don’t think I got time to ink this but I’ve been seeing so many versions of the Nutcracker around and I just had to doodle a few of my favorites getting to meet my own version!

Hi, guys I'm back for this post. Soooo… Yeah, Hans from @shinyzango is back. I do really love this guy he’s so soft but willing to fight to keep Clara safe. I had fun making him in another 3d format and I’m even getting this little one 3d printed. I can’t wait to get him when I get back there. Hopefully, this is going well. I hope Shiny like this. The Cursed Solider and The Left-Behind Gonji

Recently, I saw some art by @shinyzango for her fantastic story concept called The Last Nutcracker, which led me to quite a rabbit hole of looking through other Nutcracker Ocs and their story, which greatly interested me, so I decided to join in and create my own. Overall, it is about a young mouse folk named Polaris who journeys with a cursed Nutcracker named Pyotr Drosselmeyer to find her mother to break the Nutcracker’s curse and reunite with her clan.

I would describe their relationship as an older protective brother and a younger, timid sister.
