Hey, guys! Hope you’re all doing well today. I’m chilling at home, relaxing and working on some requests during my day off! I hope to get a good bit out for you guys today!

In the meantime, I wanted to give you guys a little info about me just because I feel weird not properly introducing myself to you all! If you’re not interested in getting to know me, I completely understand, I’m boring af lol but here’s some info on me. I’ll put it under “keep reading” since it is a bit long!

Name: You are more than welcome to call me Doc, as some of you have already! For a personal name, you can call me Coop. That’s what I’ve been referred to as the most on here and irl, but I will respond to either :) I’ll probably never reveal my real name on here, so don’t bother asking. Can’t have my true identity revealed!

Zodiac//MBTI: Cancer, INFJ

Age: I am currently 21, will be 22 on July 12th!

Brief Appearance: Uh, I have green eyes, long dirty-blonde hair (lots of ppl argue that I’m actually a brunette but I don’t think so) and I’m 5′9″ (1.753 meters). No tattoos, though I want to get at least one some day! Only piercings I have are my ears. I’m really basic looking lol 

Location: I reside in the hell fire that is the United States - a lot of you are from literally anywhere else, so I apologize if my blog seems too English driven for you? Or if my humor goes beyond your heads lol I completely understand. But, I’m willing to work through any language barriers with you if you’re willing to work with me!

School: I attend a university here in my state. I’m a senior, but I have one more semester left this fall before I intern! I’m studying Elementary Education, with a goal to teach grades 3rd-6th! 

Pets: I have two cats - a tuxedo cat named Percy and an orange tabby named Ace! He’s actually my boyfriend’s cat, but I claim Ace as mine too lol 

Work: Since you always hear me talking about work I figured I’d at least mention what I do. I currently work part-time at a grocery store where I take your money and bag your groceries lol. Tbh, it’s way better than working fast food, People are way nicer to me here than they were when I worked at Dairy Queen.

Fav Artists: Yo, this is honestly super hard considering my taste in music varies so greatly. Some of my current favs include: Marina, Lana del Rey, Billie Eilish, LANY, Florence and the Machine, Sam Smith, Hozier, Troye Sivan, Panic! at the Disco, and honestly sooooo many more 

One Piece: Soooo I absolutely refused to watch OP in the beginning because I was severely uninterested. My boyfriend practically made me one day and honestly I can’t thank him enough because I am now obsessedddd. So, I started OP back in like November of 2017, I officially caught up in the anime in February 2019! So it took like 1 year + 3 months to watch the whole thing (casual watching with only a few binges) and then I picked up where the anime left off in the manga so I am currently caught up in the manga as well!

Other Anime: I’m still new to the anime world, so I really haven’t seen a ton yet. Currently watching Black Clover! Other than that I have seen My Hero Academia, Bungo Stray Dogs, Seven Deadly Sins, and Assassination Classroom (not caught up). 

Random Facts: I play clarinet in my college’s marching/concert bands. I’m the oldest of three siblings. I love travelling and experiencing new places. I really enjoy fishing and kayaking or just being on the water in general! I’m obsessed with Disney World. 

Why I started this blog: Honestly, it’s just for fun! I’ve been perusing around tumblr looking at other OP blogs for a whileeee now, and after the help of some friends, I got the confidence to start my own! I used to write All Time Low, One Direction, and 5SOS fanfictions on Wattpad OOF so I’ve been in the ff game for a lil while now

Why Doctor Gerth?: Tbh there’s no major reason since we haven’t seen a whole lot of her in OP. I just thought she was a really unique character to use for tumblr considering not many ppl know her. When I saw her in the cover art, I was like, ‘this is what i would want to look like if i were in op’ so I just kinda went with that! I love that she’s a giant and a doctor! Reminds me of how tall I am and how I love to help people lol she just seems like a really sweet yet badass character and i love it. For those who don’t know, she is a doctor for the New Giant Warrior Pirates! She also knew Big Mom when they were both children.

Shoutouts: I’m feeling a lil emotional today, realizing just how quickly and easily I’ve made friends and supporters on here! I just want to give them a shout out cuz i love these kind souls.

Thank you all so much for continuously supporting me and inspiring me! Without you guys, I probably never would have stuck to this blog, let alone even start it! Thanks for letting me fangirl and discuss OP with you constantly. And thanks for giving me ideas on stuff and helping me write OCs! I saw the asks you had about the aspec trans girls and the aspec boys bonding, but what about the aspec nonbinary folks having a bonding experience? Specifically demiromantic asexual nonbinary George (who still uses he/him), aroace nonbinary Lee Jordan (who recently started using xe/xem), and aro bisexual nonbinary Dean Thomas (who uses they/them)? (Gryffindor)

George and Dean had never really talked before, but Lee was good friends with both of them, which is what led to the three of them goofing around, trying their hand at mini golf. It was Dean’s suggestion, and Lee and George soon realized why: Dean was kickass at this miniturized game.

“Secret’s actually in the hips, not the wrists, mate,” Dean grinned widely at George, who was making exaggerated swinging motions with the putter. Motions that were much better suited towards golf than mini golf. Dean saw a nearby mini golfer nodding furiously in agreement, cautiously eyeing George’s excited swinging. Dean understood why. George had hit the ball off the course nearly every hole they’d visited - fortunately not hitting anybody else yet.

“Secret’s in the hips,” George repeated back, mockingly, yet he adjusted his swing.

Lee excitedly ran - well, fast walked - back to the two carrying a large tray of sodas and chips and nachos. “Lookit all this food! I just kept talking about how hungry I was and the gal behind the counter just kept adding more cheese and giving me more ketchup and chips! Do muggles do this a lot?”

Dean laughed. “Her eyes have been following you all night. She’s definitely interested,” they informed their friend.

Lee threw a worried look over xer shoulder. “Should I tell her she’s barking up a useless tree?”

“The wrong tree, mate, and nah. Not unless she gives you her number, maybe. At which point I’ll swoop in and save you,” they winked.

“FORE!” George yelled. Lee practically threw the food on the table as xe and Dean reflexively hit the deck. When Lee peeked up from the ground, xe couldn’t help but burst out in laughter, Dean joining xem shortly after.

A bewildered George stood with his putter still raised high above his shoulder as patrons of the park everywhere cowered on the ground. George sheepishly lowered his putter. “Uh, sorry?” he offered. Lee popped right up as others began to stand, warily watching George.

George turned to Dean. “What’d I say?”

“Mate, why would you shout ‘fore’ if you’ve no idea what it means?”

George actually blushed. Lee attempted to cover some of xer laughter by shoving chips in xer mouth.

“I, er, heard one of the kids saying it earlier. He thought it was a riot. Just thought I’d do it, too.”

Dean shook their head. “It’s a warning. In your case, of an incoming missile.” Lee snorted, then choked and had to viciously cough to clear xer throat. Dean and George ignored xem.

The three made it three more holes for a total of 15 before admitting defeat and sitting down to eat the mounds of food Lee had come back with. Lee hadn’t minded trying the game, but xe really wasn’t all that into actually playing sports and the game just didn’t hit xer interest. Xe had enjoyed narrating the first few holes, though, before xer stomach started growling. George was enjoying himself but also wore himself out so vigorously hitting his ball, and he found the point system totally confusing (”can’t we just score it more like quidditch?”). Dean was happy to finish the round out but was happier to just hang out with some friends if that’s what they wanted.

“So do many people actually accept you being bi and aromantic?” Lee asked randomly.

Dean raised an eyebrow at their friend. They shrugged. “Yeah. Anybody who doesn’t, I obviously don’t continue on with.”

Lee fidgeted a moment.

“Out with it, then,” George prodded.

“I was just thinking about if that server over there did work up the nerve to ask me out, and if it’d be easier to turn her down or explain that I’m aroace. I’ve never just... casually come out to others. Only to some friends and family. And I honestly haven’t been hit on much -” George snorted at this, “- so haven’t had to deal with it that much. Was just wondering if it might be better if I experienced some sort of attraction like you two do.”

“I hate to break this to you, buddy, but you get hit on quite a lot. You just don’t realize it.”

“What?”

“Yeah, Katie used to flirt with you all the time at Hogwarts. Even Angelina flirted back with you sometimes. I think Katie actually asked you out once, but you thought she was asking you to hang out and you turned her down to do something with Fred and I and you caused this mini controversy amongst the chasers as to whether you were gay and in a relationship with Fred and I or not. Fred put a stop to that one, but I was happy to let the rumors fly,” George winked.

“What!?”

“And don’t think Percy didn’t try flirting with you in his own, extremely awkward way. Oh! And last week,” George started laughing and had to take a moment to compose himself. “Last week when that wix at the museum was chatting you up about art, they were absolutely hitting on you but were too shy to follow up when you stayed completely oblivious. Had to buy the poor thing a drink to cheer them up.”

“They were... they were hitting on me!? I thought they were just really into art.”

Dean snorted this time. “Nobody’s that into art. Not even us artists.”

“Oh.” Lee blinked, processing this old-new information.

“But no,” Dean said, quite seriously. “It wouldn’t be easier if you did experience attraction. I’ve had drinks thrown on me for being bi, you know. And more than one nosy, jealous friend tell me I’m just using their friend even though our relationship is none of their business and I’m very up front about how I feel.”

“Do you know how many times I’ve heard from my own mum that demiromantic isn’t really a real thing, just maturity and good decisions?” George wrinkled up his nose.

Lee frowned. “So some of the same bullshit I try to avoid, then. Damn.”

Dean flung a chip at their friend. “Yup. Damn,” they echoed.

“Good nachos, though,” George said. “Makes it almost worth it.”

Lee and Dean laughed. 

“There are other good things!” Dean claimed. And the three of them ate and listed all the little things that made life good until the park closed and they were kicked out. Then they crashed at Lee’s, stomachs full and feeling content and happy from a night of good friendship.
