so after being delayed due to insurance issues i finally had my first round of chemo on friday... i'll be going it every two to three weeks for at least a year... they're going to give me a port catheter at some point soon bc my veins are.. god fucking awful.. they're little and they're deep. they move. they're a pain in the ass. it took an hour and eventually a vein finder to get my last on started.

anyway.. i also had a super fun reaction to the chemo itself when they bumped up how fast they were giving it to me.. it hit me all at once and essentially it felt like i stopped breathing except i was fully conscious and aware of what was going around me. had a visit from another one of my doctors in the middle of all the nurses in the oncology department freaking out around me. i kid you not i looked up at her and said "hold on a sec, im dying.. ill be right with you." we all giggled. i was also asked if i was breathing or not bc i don't move my shoulders when i breath. that was funny...

sorry.. i'm boring.. but so far i haven't had any of the severe symptoms that come after chemo.. i'm not really nauseous and my stomach is okay.. my muscles however hurt like a fucking bitch. it feels like i need to pop every arthritic joint in my body except nothing wants to pop but my fingers and toes ): this hurts and im sad.. someone hold me

hi, i’m usually not this aggressive with my posts, but i saw something on my timeline that really pissed me off.

this is just a PSA.

if you don’t like someone’s work solely bc you think their writing is “bad”, shut the fuck up, leave them alone and move the fuck on.

if you want to think it’s bad and shit on it, that’s fine, but leave the writer out of it and just talk to your friends about it or something, bc i can guarantee you they worked fucking HARD on it.

there’s absolutely no point in sending an anon (say it with your whole chest if you’re gonna be an asshole) telling someone you hate their work and their writing is bad.

the only way to write well is to practice writing, and even if it’s just YOU that doesn’t like the writing, like i said; shut the fuck up, leave them alone, and move the fuck on.

if you don’t like the way something is written, YOU fucking write it. no idea is original, so if you think you can write it “better”, then fucking write it and stop being a dick to people doing something they enjoy doing.

writing is fucking HARD, and sometimes, things don’t come out the way you want them to, but sending someone shit telling them they’re writing is bad just bc YOU don’t like it is so fucking disrespectful.

grow up, be fucking kind to people. and if you can’t be kind, be fucking quiet.

Hi! so.. i lived.. i can't really feel one way or the other about the surgery.. i have two incisions on the left side of my belly button and two on the right.. i'm guessing they pulled my uterus and friends out of my belly button bc she's all kinds of fucked.. i'm kidding i'm healing fine, nothing really hurts everything is just tight and sore.

all i really want to do is go back to work... all i can do is sit here and watch tv.. putter around my house like "the ghost of christmas who the fuck does she think she is"... im wearing a nightgown for gods sake.. ugh lol its so comfortable i hate it
