Turn your game on. Once in the game, turn on the bb.moveobjects cheat and place the lot wherever you like. I placed mine in Del Sol Valley! The views are beautiful there!

*In-Game (must be in gameplay mode for this)* right click anywhere on the ground and choose "Nisa's LTE" and choose the traits that you want functional on the lot.  Full instructions here. I recommend choosing any of the live in business traits,  lot professionals, employee professionals, bar, cafe etc. to make the lot fully functional! Click on any door and open/ allow all of the services. Voila! Enjoy the lot!

This new set is all about the space under the staircase ! With this new pack, you'll get two new staircases (one with pattern, and one without but with multiple painted colors or natural wood swatches), assorted railing and fences, and a modular shelving system that will go under. You can use both sides as standalone or against the wall, it will work however you place them. Along with it, multiple clutter to fill the shelves or the walls, among with new wallpaper and painted color walls. Everything to make a bright and cheerful staircase area !

It was kind of complicated to find the Moonlight bay house on sims 3 console. Someone recreated the house for Sims 3. I recreated it for Sims 4, I didn't really like the look to much so i decided to renovate Adrien’s home to look a little more modern.

Crystal Clutters Pack

Heeeey people! Crystal Creations came out (bugged as hell) and I loved these bookcases sooo much but it desperately needed changes, atleast for me. The *dust* two colored wood tones needed to go and it surelly needed the ladder for both sides! And so I did that!

I went even further making more swatches and making two swatches for each wood color, one with a version already with books in and one without anything! And also I made some clutters to put on your new bookcases!

Oh and all items in this pack are Base Game Compatible, so you dont need crystal creations to use this.
