So we're all in agreement that if Simon and Betty were parents, Betty would be the "bad cop" and Simon would be the "good cop" right?

Betty: She's not a baby, she's seven!

Simon: Thats a baby!

Now that's not to say I think Betty would be a mean mom, she definitely wouldn't. But of the two of them Betty is definitely the stricter one whereas Simon is more inclined to spoil his kids.
