Updating Vlad's place

Teru Sofa and Motel Mermaid Bed for The Sims 2
These are 4to2 conversions from Sims41Ife, I lowered the polycount to medium size (less than 7k). Mermaid Beddings can be also used on other beds (single and double) and there is also a deco bedding version you can add on the bed (found in comfort-miscellaneous).

Entrance
Once Jan's and Cleo's kids left their home to go to college and then married with their own place to stay, they two finally were able to concentrate on their careers and start earning more money. Furthermore Jan made a good choice on a chance cart and received 45'000 and Cleo inherited almost the same amount from her parents.
First room they finished decorating was the living room and adjacent entrance.
