For some small tweaks TwistedMexi’s T.O.O.L. mod was used, but you don’t need the mod in your game for this to show up the way I built it.

Known issue: While I was playtesting, my sim sometimes couldn't wash any dishes in the kitchen sink. Any other interactions with the sink would work without problems though (like taking a glass of water or washing their hands). Deleting the lamp above the sink seems to be the easiest way to fix this. Alternatively, you'd just have to drag the dishes into the sink manually. Sorry for this inconvenice, everything else should work fine though.

(I know I could have swapped out the lamp right away before uploading the build, but the whole issue was somewhat confusing (as I sometimes got the sink to function without having to delete the lamp, so I wasn't sure what was actually causing the issue). I'm also trying to explain it in the video, but yeah, at some point I just gave up and left the lamp where it was... Sorry again...)

This is the product of my love for art deco, vaporwave and the culture I grew up in whilst living in the Mediterranean. I wanted to go out of my comfort zone with this build and create a style that is unique, modern as well as nostalgic. I wanted to blend the styles together seamlessly to create a vibrant, fun and dreamy home. I also wanted to make it mimic real Mediterranean culture, so included a ground floor annex home for elderly sims!

The save is 100% CC free! Please note that I do have all expansions, packs, and kits (except for Castle Estate, Goth Galore + Crystal Creations.) For any items you don't own the game will try to auto find replacements for those items. The file is mostly blank this time around but does include the original EA builds in university and vacation type worlds (sans Granite Falls.)

Welcome to my own personal CAS challenge! In honor of the For Rent pack finally releasing I thought it'd be fun to make an apartment full of silly sims based off occults, holidays, careers and more! The point of this CAS challenge was originally to get me to start expanding outside my comfort zone and make some more occult themed sims, and maybe this will help you as well!

I named each prompt Tenant(s) unless otherwise stated in case the ideas start forming and you end up forming bigger households; more occult sims the merrier! This also can work as a build challenge as well, but I enjoy CAS more hence this.

Slowly, the town is becoming more glossy and refined because of the Goth money and influence...and it is not to everyone’s taste.

Beach vacation house build lot

I finished and exported the built from the Plouf set. It is built on Sulani and was imagined as a holiday rental , with only one bedroom and bathroom but a lot of outdoor space. My latest early access set I used is the Nuage set, so I'll be releasing it for public just after this one (next week after the 2nd).

Lot is build on the Journey's End lot (40x30) on Sulani map.

Place the tray files in My Document > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray

If you download the Mods folder, make sure to extract the zip file in a folder where all my previous downloaded cc are so you can choose to ignore duplicates and avoid having twice the same items (it can slow down your computer)

Use bb.moveobjects before placing the lot

Lot has been playtested so it should be functional !

EA Confirms New The Sims 4 Patch on February 27th, Shares “Laundry List”

On Wednesday, February 14th, EA shared a new Laundry List with bug fixes coming to The Sims 4, and also confirms the date for the next patch: February 27th.

These lists are usually shared within a week from a game update, so it’s uncommon that we get confirmation, for the bug fixes and also for the date of the patch, this early. Advertisement
