my name is Isabel, but you can call me isa or bel (19, she/they), I've been playing Sims for a long time, but never share nothing about it on here

hello! my name is joey (or joe) and i'm a fresh out of the box simblr. i've been on tumblr in different fandoms since i was fifteen (i'm now in my thirties and greying rapidly) but i've always lurked around simblr for cc and inspiration. i’m a non-binary (they/them) asexual, neurodiverse gamer with a love of horror, anime, space and dystopian medias.

My name is Jaelyn (she/her). I'm Black, a Taurus, and from the US, and I've had this Simblr since 2020. However, due to a lot of life circumstances (including some lost save files and CC), I wasn't able to post much when I first started out. As of late, I've been getting inspired by many people in the Simming community, so I thought I would give Simblr a try.

I've been playing the Sims franchise since 2007 (shout-out to Sims 2 Life Stories!), but I've been playing Sims 4 since May 2019. I used to primarily be an alpha girlie before I lost all of my files, so now, I've transitioned into maxis mix. The majority of my gameplay is family-focused, and as someone who aspires to tell stories in various forms, I'm hoping to post more of my main family's adventures plus some CAS looks on occasion.

So happy to be here and to share this community with all of you, and happy simming!

I'm not that new to simblr, I used to go by sylvansglade but deleted due to not doing well mentally and felt very discouraged in creating on here in general. But now I decided to start completely fresh, give it another try and focus more on what I want to do on here.

I mainly focus on playing around with CAS and I make gifs on my other main blog. But I'd love to give a try on making gameplay edits. My style is maxis match with a bit of alpha cc here and there.

After my little faux pas, life went on as normal. Yeah, my parents chewed me out for getting arrested, and my pops might’ve had a small infraction when he heard how much the fine was for, but it was soon forgotten. There were more important things to take care of. My baby brother, for one—he’s a cool little dude (a little demon when it comes to mangos though). Az pretty much does her own thing—she’s taken no longer being the center of attention in stride (at least I think she is?) I tease her from time to time just to keep her on her toes (don’t tell her this, but she’s kind of my best friend) There’s each other, of course—they never seem to forget to take care of each other. My parent’s love isn’t in question. Their time is just in short supply. And yeah, okay, I get having money is important, but there isn’t enough of that either. So really, what was it all for? 

Schools - school. I get A’s and stuff, but it’s just a means to an end. A place to get away from things and just ... Namani hasn’t spoken to me since prom; I think Miki finally got to her. It’s cool; she was just a means to an end too—as f*%#ed as that sounds. Isa had just disappeared, and I was lonely and ... I met Arielle at an amateur comedy show. I know, I know. I’m no Zest, but I’m trying this thing where I channel all this “stuff” into something more positive. It’s going well—Mom found out about our little study session from one of the odd job ladies (they sure love their gossip) and decided it was as good a time as any to give me ‘the talk.’ It somehow involved a llama analogy??? I won’t bore you with the details. 

There’s finals, then graduation coming up. I’m not entirely sure what I plan to do, but I know further schooling isn’t on my list. For one, I can’t really afford it, and two, I think I’ll earn a better education out in the real world.
