My Dream House (No CC) | 2 Olde Mill Lane Lot

Everytime I go out for a walk, I see this house (mind me, it's in ruins, but the structure is there and I loooove it) and I think: "If only I could buy it, and renovate it." Irl is a no go, but there's The Sims! And here we are! In my mind, the family that lives here loves to travel. And they like to collect souvenirs from all over the world. I tried to use a more eclectic style, and honestly, I really like the result, hope you like it too!

This great apartment offers space for up to two sims. It is modernly furnished and has a nice open kitchen. Next to it is the dining area. There is a cozy sitting area with TV and an easel where your Sims can be creative. There is also a bedroom with a small work area and large closet. A bathroom with shower is also part of this apartment. Let your Sims move into this 1310 21 Chic Street apartment in San Myshuno and explore the city with them! Cowplant Kitchen & Saloon | SPEED-BUILD | w/Music & Quick Tips | Sims 4 | No CC

This video is a Speed-Build, unlike the stop-motion animation ones I usually create. I prefer making stop-motion & do not plan to change, just thought I’d try this type out. Sometimes my builds/videos are large and take a while (I am working on one like that now), so I thought one of these would be faster to get out while you wait. If you’re not a fan of speed-builds, I hope you come back for the next stop-motion. (I also talk a little in the beginning, but rest assured, I do not talk for the entire thing LOL) I would absolutely LOVE some feedback on if you liked this style, if you prefer stop-motion, or anything else you’d like to comment!

Just putting up the Christmas lights on my English-style stone farmhouse. It wasn't as easy as you think. I, actually, had to go into build mode and utilize @twistedmexi TOOL mod to put the lights at the right places so that it'd look realistic. Even using the "T" key for the top-down view to make sure that it was properly placed in 3 dimensions.

Now, I mainly focused on the front part of the house. I had previously put lights on that side of the house, the large picture window of my den, plus on the south side all the way up.

Last night, I decided to continue the lights all the way around, except that I didn't decorate the roof on the back side of the house as my property is backed by a hill.

I, also, decorated the front porch, the front door and the columns with lights. Had to use TOOL to reorient them vertical to go up the columns and around the door casing. I, also, did the small bathroom window next to the door. The lights usually will want to snap to the wall and my window casings protrude a bit from the wall. I wanted them to appear on the trim, not hidden in it.

TOOL had to be used exclusively to get lights onto the main Olde Mill Hill Lavender Farm sign that hangs over my driveway, as said sign is at the edge of my lot (and we all know how this game goes with objects near lot boundaries..)

The interior is decorated for Thanksgiving as it's autumn in my game, but IRL it's Christmas season, so the deco I had up all year round (hehehe) pretty much stayed put. So, a mix of the autumnal and wintry festivities will greet you upon entry into my home.

Anyways, I'll be posting more holiday deco to get into the Christmas spirit. Such a beautiful time of year, whether in Sims 4 or IRL. I hope all of you have a very happy holiday season. Happy Simming.
