Californian Houses Rental (No CC) | Anchorpoint Abode

Both fully furnished and playtested. One has 2 bds and 2 ba. The other has 3 bds and 4 ba. This one has a darkroom and no paintings on the walls, because it'll be the house for my next heir who's gonna be a photographer, so the walls are gonna be full of photos! :)

My Dream House (No CC) | 2 Olde Mill Lane Lot

Everytime I go out for a walk, I see this house (mind me, it's in ruins, but the structure is there and I loooove it) and I think: "If only I could buy it, and renovate it." Irl is a no go, but there's The Sims! And here we are! In my mind, the family that lives here loves to travel. And they like to collect souvenirs from all over the world. I tried to use a more eclectic style, and honestly, I really like the result, hope you like it too!

Dancing is your sim's passion? Well, now they can practice here! In the ballet room I put fences to recreate the ballet barre, but I really suggest you to download the Ballet Barre Mod by Mercuryfoam to have a really functional lot, and also the Ballet Studio Lot Trait by KiaraSims4Mods.
