Swipe ▶️ + 🔖 📚 this single kettlebell pyramid workout boo 👋. . If you’ve got a single kb or even a heavy jug of water w a handle you can do these moves And let me tell ya they’re burners . I needed some serious rest after 🙋🏻‍♀️. . To do this workout start at 60 and work your way down to 10 and then back up to 60 w each move. . Move 1: 60 cross jacks { you can do any of the moves all at once or you can split them up into groupings } Move 2: 50 alt arms on swings { I broke these up into 2 x25} Move 3: 40 alt arm oh snatches { I did 2x20} Move 4: 30 kneeling good mornings Move 5: 20 uneven squats Move 6: 10 jump over burpees . Take as much of a break and then climb back up - you don’t need to repeat the burpees as that’s the bottom of the pyramid . . Then ya done ✌️. .
