❀Saturday mornings are possibly my favourite mornings of the week😊 ▫️ 😴 Another lush night of sleep, thankfully the cold I picked up after last weekend's adventures is on it's way out. Happy Flex Friday πŸ’ͺ🏼😘 β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” It was a β€œshort-ish” workout today- 60min, I usually like to aim for the 1.5+hr mark.... so I came into the gym like a bat outa hell, ran for 10min, maxed out on GHR’s (Glute Hamstring Raises), Hit some Heavy DB Goblet Squats, then supersetted KB Swings with KB Single Arm OHP’s(over head presses), and capped it off with 15min of HIIT Sprints on the treadmill.... phew πŸ˜…! Start w 10 kb swings Do 5 bodyweight squats {add a band to increase the intensity } Do 3 x 100m sprints . Then move onto 9 kb swings Do 5 bw squats Do 3 100m sprints . Swipe ▢️ + πŸ”– πŸ“š this single kettlebell pyramid workout boo πŸ‘‹. . If you’ve got a single kb or even a heavy jug of water w a handle you can do these moves And let me tell ya they’re burners . I needed some serious rest after πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ. . To do this workout start at 60 and work your way down to 10 and then back up to 60 w each move. . Move 1: 60 cross jacks { you can do any of the moves all at once or you can split them up into groupings } Move 2: 50 alt arms on swings { I broke these up into 2 x25} Move 3: 40 alt arm oh snatches { I did 2x20} Move 4: 30 kneeling good mornings Move 5: 20 uneven squats Move 6: 10 jump over burpees . Take as much of a break and then climb back up - you don’t need to repeat the burpees as that’s the bottom of the pyramid . . Then ya done ✌️. .
