Why do I only write when I’m injured?

I injured my back again. Why can’t I see the date of my other posts? It’s January 2019. This time I was just stretching (forward fold) and I told myself to be careful standing up. I guess I wasn’t careful enough because I was in so much pain I was unable to stand up. I’ve been working from home all week to rest. I hate resting. Seeing my old post of another injury was helpful in a way. A reminder that I’ve been here before and I will get through it. Grateful to be able to work from home. Not grateful that my current insurance doesn’t seem to have any acupuncturist in network.
