sipnotify.exe still runs at logon even if a user has checked on “do not notify me again”, for a few minutes. it only uses around 2MBs of RAM.
this means that the sipnotify.exe “task scheduler” tasks hasn’t been changed when the setting has been checked. it’s only the message not showing.

Aktualizácie pre operačný systém Microsoft Windows 7 vydané v marci 2019 zobrazujú upozornenie o konci bezpečnostnej podpory pre daný operačný systém. Koniec podpory nastane dňa 14.01.2020. Našťastie je toto upozornenie možné vypnúť jednoduchým kliknutím vľavo dole na Nepripomínať znova. Aktualizácie boli vydané 19.03.2019 ale prvýkrát sa upozornenie zobrazilo až 18.04.2019 (v okne s názvom…
