★ ⠀⠀ ! ⠀⠀ ASTELLA is a fictional idol soloist managed by Starship Entertainment. Before becoming a soloist she was the main vocalist of the girl group Promise, who later changed their name to Paradise. The group debuted as a six-member group originally in 2017, but when Heejin left in 2021 they continued activities as a five member group. It was unknown as to why she left, her old company said it was due to creative differences, but Heejin’s side of the story said something completely different. She officially sued her ex-manager for emotional distress in January of 2022, a few months after her departure from the group. She claimed that her manager mistreated not only her but two other members! She ended up winning and her ex manager was fired but it was too late, the damage was already done.

★ ⠀⠀ ! ⠀⠀ Astella would make her SOLO DEBUT in late 2021/early 2022 with a highly anticipated pre-release single called Sugarcoat. She debuted in an entirely different company, Starship Entertainment. Home to groups like Ive, Wjsn, and Sistar!

★ ⠀⠀ ! ⠀⠀ At first she was very hesitant in coming back into the idol scene, she was content with not being in the spotlight for a while, but this was her dream! She trained years for it, giving up half of her teenage years and she was not going to give it up easily. She plans to release her 2nd mini album around April/May of 2024, so stay tuned!

Born on april 20th, 2001 in busan, south korea, Heejin Kwan is the child of the married couple Sooyoung and Minjun Kwan. heejin’s parents are working working class parents, her mother is a retired teacher and her father is an surgeon. she has one older brother by the name of Haneul, growing up they had an amazing relationship, they still do to this day!

Heejin has always loved music, she was a big fan of Girls Generation and BTS, the first ever album she got was a gift for her birthday was “I got a Boy” which she still has! She’s shown it her fans once on live and talked about how she got it. In 2016, she was scouted by a fairly new talent agency called “Bubble Entertainment” of course she was skeptical, but music was her thing, thats was she loved so she agreed to being a trainee, for her to only be a trainee for half a year, she improved all the time and debuted in Promise as the main vocalist.

She remained active with the group for 4 years, leaving unexpectedly in 2021, it shocked kpop stans all across the world because it was just out of nowhere. But, she did end up coming back in 2021, but as a soloist this time.

i first got introduced to k-pop back in 2010-2011 when my neighbor showed me shinee's lucifer and ring ding dong. i didn't really start liking k-pop as a whole until around the second half of 2015!

my ult groups are currently ateez, enhypen, xg, nct dream, le sserafim, newjeans, and txt. (can you tell that i'm a hybe stan...)

i also really like (g)i-dle, &team, astro, aespa, boynextdoor, bts, day6, dreamcatcher, exo, fifty fifty, fromis_9, got the beat/girls on top, got7, history, ikon, infinite, itzy, ive, kard, knk, loona, monsta x (+ wonho), nct (as a whole, i'm just more of an nct dream stan), nmixx, nu'est, onlyoneof, p1harmony, pentagon, pristin, red velvet, seventeen, sf9, shinee, sistar, stayc, stray kids, the boyz, teen top, triples, twice, and vixx. (this is in alphabetical order, not in the order of which i like them. a good portion of those groups are my old ults or disbanded groups. i've have a lot of ult groups throughout the years.)

my fav f1 drivers are cl16, ln4, op81, and mv1.

i have only been into formula 1 since dec '22. i'm still learning a lot about the sport and the drivers as well!

my fav f2 drivers are al12, jd14, dh1, and ob8.

i have only been into f2 for a few months, it's the same case as f1, i'm still learning a lot about formula racing and its drivers as a whole!

my fav f3 drivers are pa1, db2, and sm14.

i also support hamda alqubaisi, bianca bustamante, and chloe chong!

i also used to be in a heavy emo phase (i never actually left it) and so i do enjoy a lot of emo/rock/metal music!

i'm not into much anime anymore but i'll occasionally rewatch some of my favorites or i'll end up watching newer shows with my boyfriend. the animes that i've enjoyed watching in the past are soul eater, black butler, haikyuu!!, ouran high school host club, and free! my current favorites are cyberpunk: edgerunners and chainsaw man!

i also have a side hobby of gaming! i wouldn't necessarily call myself a gamer since i don't play that many games. you'll usually find me on minecraft, the sims 4, roblox, or destiny 2! i also occasionally will play fortnite with friends (i'm just not good at pvp games so i tend to not play them that much; UNLESS it's arsenal on roblox. i kick ass lowkey in that game.)

I want a new theme for my tumblr mostly my main but also something for my background and Lock Screen but idk what I want specifically. I was thinking Brave Girls or Sistar, something bright and summery but idk what colors I want and things for headers that match my pfp and what colors would look good together. I really liked my Chi Mat Ba Ram theme but I can’t remember the colors really so idk what I want but I wanna change it. I just don’t know how I want everything to tie in together and I want it to be aesthetically pleasing lol

I didn't cry when news about Rocky leaving Astro broke out but that night I barely slept. There's this one app I have where OT6 is my header and my heart breaks a little knowing I wouldn't see them performing as 6 again. I've been a fangirl for a while now but I haven't known this ache since Sistar disbanded. That's how much Astro has made an impact on my life.
