Finally found the new lines!!! They’re all so good!

I was surprised the two lines cost the same but Monster Ball only has one outfit. But holding them in person, it sort of makes sense. The quality of monster ball is a LOT better. The Saran hair is an obvious point of difference (although dracs was FRIED), but the clothes also have more detail, hemmed edges and quality material. MB Lagoona is perfection. No comments. She is my favorite lagoona ever. Drac should have had a pink hair bow and black tights to balance the colors of her outfit.

The poly hair on ss2 is disappointing and doesn’t feel too great, but is decently easy to tame/manage. The shiny fabric that the line is designed around is a cool idea and looks nice. But the material feels AWFUL, and is already creased so I can tell where it will start to peel first. I love the glittery makeup and cohesive-ness of the whole line. Cleo’s sandals are everything and her tassel shirt is soooo cool. Her pieces are the best in the line.

Honestly I love both lines and can understand some of the choices made to keep them in the same price range.

I still want either monster ball or ss2 clawdeen, but I’m still deciding. I like the hair and face on ss2 but not a fan of the outfit pieces (especially the earrings and second skirt), and I like the outfit of MB but dislike the hair and face (it’s very similar to the core doll face from China).

Do you guys think Skulltimate Secrets: Fearidescent is even worth it because of the poly hair?

The designs are beautiful, and I was excited to get them, but the quality just ruins it all for me...

i shouldve made this post some time ago but i completely forgot to share these . i got cleo shortly after the g3 line released in my little european country (aka months after their american release) , frankie last week and draculaura only yesterday

i love love love the g3 monther high line the designs are so good and the quality is so good as well ... usually

two of my dolls came with little issues that il be elaborating on in a moment

cleo - the first g3 MH doll i got ! i couldnt choose in the store and tbh i really wanted draculaura but as expected she was sold out so i decided to get cleo instead . nothing to complain about with her , though id like it if the molded on bandages had a different color . might paint them myself . overall i love the colors of the hair and outfit its a very good color scheme

frankie - my mom actually went on vacation to turkey and brought back this doll for me as a gift ! i didnt like the hairstyle they came with in box so i gave them my special hair treatment called Boiling Water and Hair Tie . everything is fine , except they have a hole on the sole of their foot for some reason ? i dont really mind as theyre wearing shoes anyways but still a little sad . loved the little dog bed that came with the pet

draculaura - i love Love the fearidescent collection and had to get one so i went with the character i couldnt find at first release ! huge fan of the colors and accessories . my only issue is , and ithink almost every doll collector might agree , is the bad quality of the hair . its not as horrible as i expected , but its not good either . it does feel dry and easily tangled , and overall the hair looks like its been played with a bunch , directly new out of the box ! thats the only negative i have with this doll , but ithink il still get other dolls from this line just because the designs are so good

Fearidescent Draculaura joins the ranks of gorgeous gorgeous girls with saran ♡

I decided to give her a more icey look, forgoing the standard black streaks for white, I also wanted to show off her adorable widows peak!

I only have one more doll to reroot and then I'm DONE! For now at least, till the next inevitable polypropylene headed dolls from Monster High come out.
