This book is the second book in the Skybound series.  It is about twins who are separated.  One is sent to the Sky Castle (which controls their city) and the other stays behind.  The one sent to the Sky Castle must use a powerful ghost eagle to win a war.

I liked this book.  At times I thought it was too gruesome, but overall it is fine.  There are lots of twists and cliff-hangers, especially at the end, which I found exciting.  I’m looking forward to when the third book comes out.
