3. What were your top five books read this year?

That's tough! Probably The Left Hand of Darkness by Ursula Le Guin, Time is the Simplest Thing by Clifford Simak, Devotions by Mary Oliver, The Sword of Destiny by Andrzej Sapkowski (<- NOT an endorsement or recommendation of the Witcher series as a hole, Andrzej Sapkowski or the TV series. I just personally really enjoyed that specific book), and Slaughterhouse 5 by Kurt Vonnegut (reread) in roughly chronological order

Someone needs to stop me. I keep following artists, specifically ceramicists who make amazing little art guys, but I don't have Art Guy money so all I can do is stare wistfully into their shop windows like a starving Victorian orphan. Art is worth it I'm just broke <3 everyone who makes cool little guys, please keep taking pictures of them and know that I am kissing each and every one of them on top of their little heads.

7. A medium of art you don't work in but appreciate

Is it cheating to say all of them? I think the ones that I envy and love to see the most are mediums of 3D sculpturing, especially ceramics, glassblowing, and woodcarving. I've done some of all three of these myself, but I'm not advanced at all. I think it's the solidity of having a physical holdable piece that I can cradle in my hands like a small mammal that makes me so happy. Also it's so incredibly fucking difficult
