चैतन्य भारत न्यूज नई दिल्ली. प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने देश को संबोधित करते हुए 20 लाख करोड़ रुपए के राहत पैकेज का ऐलान किया था। बुधवार को वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने पहले चरण में कई बड़े ऐलान किए थे। इसके बाद गुरुवार को उन्होंने आर्थिक पैकेज के तहत दूसरी किस्त का ब्यौरा दिया जिसमें उन्होंने प्रवासी मजदूरों, स्ट्रीट वेंडर, छोटे व्यापारियों और छोटे किसानों को राहत दी थी। तीसरे दिन यानी शुक्रवार को निर्मला सीतारमण ने कहा कि कृषि के बुनियादी ढांचे के लिए सरकार एक लाख करोड़ देगी। इसके अलावा उन्होंने बताया कि, मधुमक्खी पालन करने वाले किसानों के लिए 500 करोड़ रुपए का पैकेज दिया जा रहा है। ग्रामीण इलाकों में जो लोग मधुमक्खी पालन करते हैं उन्हें इससे सपोर्ट मिलेगा। 2 लाख मधुमक्खी पालन करने वाले लोगों की आमदनी बढ़ेगी। आइए जानते हैं प्रेस कांफ्रेंस के दौरान वित्त मंत्री ने क्या क्या बड़े ऐलान किए हैं- Government to implement a scheme for infrastructure development related to Beekeeping; aims to increase income for 2 lakh beekeepers with special thrust on capacity building of women#AatmaNirbharDesh #AatmanirbharBharat pic.twitter.com/YifQlh39uy — PIB India #StayHome #StaySafe (@PIB_India) May 15, 2020 किसानों की निश्चित आय, जोखिम रहित खेती और गुणवत्ता के मानकीकरण के लिए एक कानून बनाया जाएगा। इस फायदा ये होगा कि किसानों का उत्पीड़न रुकेगा और किसानों के जीवन में सुधार आएगा। एक केंद्रीय कानून आएगा जिससे किसान अपने उत्पाद को आकर्षक मूल्य पर दूसरे राज्यों में भी बेच सकें। अभी वह सिर्फ लाइसेंसी को ही बेचा जा सकता है। अगर वह किसी को भी बेच सके तो उसे मनचाही कीमत मिलेगी। हम उसे ऐसी सुविधा देंगे। आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम 1955 में लागू हुआ था, अब देश में प्रचुर उत्पादन होता है हम निर्यात करते हैं। इसलिए इसमें बदलाव जरूरी है। अब अनाज, तिलहन, प्याज, आलू आदि को इससे मुक्त किया जाएगा।   Funds transfer worth Rs 18,700 crores has been done under PM KISAN in past 2 months and PM Fasal Bima Yojana claims worth Rs 6,400 crores released in past 2 months: Union Minister @nsitharaman#AatmaNirbharDesh pic.twitter.com/hQlqbiwlG0 — PIB India #StayHome #StaySafe (@PIB_India) May 15, 2020 किसानों के लिए हुए ये ऐलान वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि ऑपरेशन ग्रीन का विस्तार टमाटर, प्याज और आलू के अलावा बाकी सभी फल और सब्जियों के लिए भी किया जाएगा। वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि मधुमक्खी पालन के लिए 500 करोड़ रुपए की सहायता। इससे मधुमक्खी पालन के लिए आधारभूत संरचना का निर्माण किया जाएगा। इससे 2 लाख पालकों की आय बढ़ेगी। वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि हर्बल पौधों के उत्पादन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए 4,000 करोड़ रुपए दिए जाएंगे। इन पौधों की ग्लोबल डिमांड है। लगभग 10 लाख हेक्टेयर में हर्बल प्रोड्क्टस की खेती होगी। इससे 5,000 करोड़ की आय किसानों को होगी। गंगा के किनारे 800 हेक्टेयर भूमि पर हर्बल प्रोडक्ट्स के लिए कॉरिडोर बनाया जाएगा। वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि एनिमल हसबैंड्री इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर डेलेवपमेंट फंड में 15,000 करोड़ रुपये का प्रावधान किया गया है। दूध उत्पादन, वैल्यू एडिशन के लिए खर्च किए जाएंगे। वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि 53 करोड़ पशुओं के टीकाकरण की योजना हम लेकर आए हैं। इसमें लगभग 13,343 करोड़ रुपए खर्च होंगे।   Government to launch Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana for integrated, sustainable, inclusive development of marine and inland fisheries to plug critical gaps in fisheries value chain; move will provide employment to over 55 lakh persons & double exports to Rs 1 lakh crore pic.twitter.com/ZDV2ldSEV2 — PIB India #StayHome #StaySafe (@PIB_India) May 15, 2020 वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि 20 हजार करोड़ की प्रधानमंत्री मत्स्य संपदा योजना, जिसकी घोषणा बजट में की गई की, कोरोना की वजह से इसे तत्काल लागू किया जा रहा है। इसमें समुद्री और अंतर्देशीय मत्स्य पालन के लिए और 9,000 करोड़ रुपये इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर के विकास के विकास में लगाया जाएगा। मछुआरों को नई नौकाएं दी जाएंगी, 55 लाख लोगों को रोजगार मिलेगा। इससे भारत का निर्यात दोगुना बढ़कर 1 लाख करोड़ रुपये का हो जाएगा। अगले 5 साल में 70 लाख टन अतिरिक्त मत्स्य उत्पादन होगा। वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि माइक्रो फूड इंटरप्राइज के लिए 10,000 करोड़ क स्कीम लाई गई है। उदाहरण देते हुए निर्मला सीतारमण ने बताया कि बिहार में मखाना के क्लस्टर, केरल में रागी, कश्मीर में केसर, आंध्र प्रदेश में मिर्च, यूपी में आम से जुड़े क्लस्टर बनाए जा सकते हैं। इसका फायदा करीब 2 लाख माइक्रो फूड इंटरप्राइज को मिलेगा। वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण के मुताबिक कृषि का आधारभूत ढ़ांचा बनाने के लिए 1 लाख करोड़ की योजना लाई गई। वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण के मुताबिक लॉकाडाउन के दौरान पीएम किसान फंड में 18,700 करोड़ ट्रांसफर किए गए है। PM फसल बीमा योजना के तहत 6,400 करोड़ का क्लेम पेमेंट हुआ। लॉकडाउन के दौरान 5000 करोड़ की अतिरिक्त लिक्विडिटी का लाभ किसानों को हुआ है। वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतरमण ने बताया कि लॉकडाउन के दौरान भी किसान काम करते रहे, छोटे और मंझोले किसानों के पास 85 फीसदी खेती है। Read the full article

चैतन्य भारत न्यूज नई दिल्ली. प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने देश को संबोधित करते हुए 20 लाख करोड़ रुपए के राहत पैकेज का ऐलान किया था। बुधवार को वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने पहले चरण में कई बड़े ऐलान किए थे। इसके बाद गुरुवार को उन्होंने आर्थिक पैकेज के तहत दूसरी किस्त का ब्यौरा दिया। आज वित्त मंत्री ने प्रवासी मजदूरों, स्ट्रीट वेंडर, छोटे व्यापारियों और छोटे किसानों को राहत दी है। इनके लिए कई तरह की घोषणाएं की गईं। आइए जानते हैं प्रेस कांफ्रेंस के दौरान वित्त मंत्री ने क्या क्या बड़े ऐलान किए हैं- Government of India will provide Interest subvention of 2% for prompt #MUDRA-Shishu Loans payees for a period of 12 months Relief of Rs 1500 cr to MUDRA-Shishu loanees#AatmaNirbharBharatPackage pic.twitter.com/IaHZl86d1c — PIB India #StayHome #StaySafe (@PIB_India) May 14, 2020 किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड का लाभ 2.5 करोड़ नए किसानों को दिया जा रहा है। मछुआरों और पशुपालकों को भी इसका लाभ मिलेगा किसानों के लिए 30,000 करोड़ अतिरिक्त इमरजेंसी वर्किंग कैपिटल फंड नाबार्ड को दिए जाएंगे। यह नाबार्ड को मिले 90 हजार करोड़ के पहले फंड के अतिरिक्त होगा और तत्काल जारी किया जाएगा। मिडिल इनकम ग्रुप जिनकी 6 से 18 लाख सालाना कमाई है, उन्हें मिलने वाली हाउसिंग लोन पर क्रेडिट लिंक्ड सब्सिडी स्कीम की डेडलाइन मार्च 2021 तक बढ़ी। इसकी शुरुआत मई 2017 में हुई थी। सरकार के फैसले से 2.5 लाख परिवारों को मिलेगी राहत। 50 लाख रेहड़ी-पटरी कारोबारियों के लिए 10 हजार रुपये का विशेष लोन दिया जाएगा, इसके लिए सरकार 5 हजार करोड़ खर्च करेगी। सरकार ने मुद्रा स्कीम के तहत 50000 रुपए या उससे कम के मुद्रा (शिशु) लोन चुकाने पर तीन महीने की छूट मिली है। इसके बाद 2 फीसदी सबवेंशन स्कीम यानी ब्याज में छूट का फायदा अगले 12 महीने तक दिया जाएगा। करीब 3 करोड़ लोगों को कुल 1500 करोड़ का फायदा। ▪️ Free Food grain supply to #Migrants for 2 months ▪️ About 8 crores migrants to benefit from this ▪️ Rs. 3500 Crore will be spent on this intervention for 2 months: @nsitharaman at the #AatmaNirbharBharatPackage media briefing pic.twitter.com/2Kn8I7DXbS — PIB India #StayHome #StaySafe (@PIB_India) May 14, 2020 मुद्रा स्कीम में तीन तरह के लोन शिशु लोन : 50,000 रुपए तक के कर्ज दिए जाते हैं। किशोर लोन: 50,000 से 5 लाख रुपए तक के कर्ज दिए जाते हैं। तरुण लोन: 5 लाख से 10 लाख रुपए तक के कर्ज दिए जाते हैं। #MGNREGA support to returning #Migrants ✅14.62 crore person-days of work generated till 13th May 2020 ✅Actual Expenditure till date is around Rs. 10,000 Cr#AatmaNirbharBharatPackage pic.twitter.com/VDPGgI9L0q — PIB India #StayHome #StaySafe (@PIB_India) May 14, 2020 वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि प्रवासी मजदूरों के लिए सस्ते किराये के घर की योजना, जिससे कि जहां प्रवासी मजदूर काम कर रहे हैं, उन्हें सस्ते में घर मिल सके। 1 जून से राशन कार्ड की नेशनल पोर्टेबिलिटी यानी वन नेशन वन राशन कार्ड लागू किया जाएगा। अगस्त 2020 तक 23 राज्यों के 67 करोड़ लाभार्थी को कवर किया जाएगा। मार्च 2021 तक सभी राशन कार्ड कवर होंगे। बता दें कि इस स्कीम में एक राशन कार्ड पर राशनकार्डधारी देश के किसी कोने में अपने हिस्से का राशन ले सकते हैं। देश में 80 करोड़ से अधिक राशनकार्डधारी हैं। 2 महीने तक प्रवासी मजदूरों को अनाज की होगी फ्री सप्लाई। जिनके पास राशन कार्ड नहीं है, उन्हें भी 5 किलो गेहूं-चावल, एक किलो चना दिया जाएगा। इनके लिए 3500 करोड़ रुपए का प्रावधान। करीब 8 करोड़ मजदूरों को मिलेगा फायदा। इसे लागू करने की जिम्मेदारी राज्य सरकारों को होगी। न्यूनतम वेज का अधिकार सभी वर्कर्स को देने की तैयारी। इसी तरह न्यूनतम वेज में क्षेत्रीय असमानता खत्म करने की योजना।वहीं नियुक्ति पत्र भी दिया जाएगा।   Direct Support to #Farmers & Rural Economy provided post #COVID19 as part of #AatmaNirbharBharatPackage : Finance Minister @nsitharaman pic.twitter.com/OTfY7MbBP2 — PIB India #StayHome #StaySafe (@PIB_India) May 14, 2020 सभी कर्मचारियों के लिए सालाना हेल्थ चेकअप भी अनिवार्य करने की योजना। संसद में इन पर विचार हो रहा है। महिलाओं के लिए नाइट शिफ्ट में काम करने पर सुरक्षा के लिए गाइडलाइन लाई जाएगी। घर की ओर वापस होने वाले प्रवासी मजदूरों के लिए सहायता दिया जा रहा है। मनरेगा के तहत उन्हें रोजगार दिया जाएगा। 2.33 करोड़ लोगों को फायदा। न्यूनतम मजदूरी पहले ही 182 से बढ़ाकर 202 रुपए की जा चुकी है। शहरी गरीबों को 11,000 करोड़ रुपए की मदद की गई है। शहरी गरीबों के लिए राज्य सरकारों को आपादा फंड का इस्तेमाल करने की इजाजत है ताकि उन्हें भोज��� और आवास मुहैया कराया जा सके। इसके लिए केंद्र से पैसा भेजा जाता है। शहरी इलाकों में रहने वाले बेघर लोगों को शेल्टर होम में तीन वक्त का भोजन पूरी तरह से केंद्र सरकार के पैसे से हो रहा है। किसानों ने 4.22 लाख करोड़ का लोन लिया, किसानों को लोन पर 3 महीने की छूट दी गई है। इंट्रेस्ट सबवेंशन स्कीम को बढ़ाकर 31 मई तक किया गया। 25 लाख नए किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड जारी। नाबार्ड ने ग्रामीण बैंकों को 29,500 करोड़ की मदद दी है। ये भी पढ़े... छोटे उद्योगों को बिना गारंटी के मिलेगा 3 लाख करोड़ रुपए का लोन : निर्मला सीतारमण वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने Yes Bank के ग्राहकों को दिलाया भरोसा, कहा- नहीं डूबेगा आपका पैसा पीएम मोदी ने आत्मनिर्भर भारत अभियान के तहत 20 लाख करोड़ के राहत पैकेज का किया ऐलान, नए रंग-रूप का होगा लॉकडाउन-4 Read the full article
