A new variation Polenta (yes sometimes I must have some corn) Veggies - kale, chard, carrots, onions Egg over medium, and a real tasting egg thanks to @cookbookmarket I must admit it was really good! Eat right for you to maintain and if needed regain your health. So after a little set back post-surgery I’m finally starting to feel better. Breakfast wasn’t a chore and in fact I felt pretty inspired. My first creative expression was food ..... feeling the pull again and that’s a good thing. Finally feeling better post-surgery (ha ! My spell check wrote sorcery! I guess surgery is kind of a modern day sorcery - you never really know how you will emerge after being unconscious and having the body altered from within ) In any event, surgery/sorcery has re-inspired me to get in the kitchen and keep on trying to find the proper healing foods for me right now.
