Dave, hey man! Any reason yer a technician and not a hairdresser? You just like the profession more, or are you just bad at styling hair?

“Why am I not a hairdresser? Many reasons, hands aren’t steady, dunno the first thing about style…and other…reasons. I-I’m just better as a mechanic really. Damn couldn’t even imagine…all dat tugging and…and pulling, yeah not my scene….”

[Dave goes silent as he continues to run his hands through his hair almost frantically.]

“Sorry…what did ya ask again?”

like I'm not super into it myself so (and they're kinda old and done before I scrapped my older art style)

There's not much and most of it is just drawing my favs as davesport

Welcome to Snip-Benders, the one and only Freddy Fazbender franchise that acts as a hair salon!

Have fun listening to Freddy and the Gangs barbershop quartet or braid the Puppets hair while you wait on (probably mediocre) service from one of our two hairdressers Jack and Paul. Be sure to mind the technician Dave and Matt the receptionist, they are both busy so be mindful of their time (and be careful).

Hiii Dave!! Was wondering what your relationship with Jack is? (I know what you are..)

“Oh, dat guy. Known ‘bout him for years now, it seems whichever location I pick he’s also dere. Always tryin’ to get me caught or some shit like that, then a week or so after he gets hired, the place burns down.”

“Ya know I actually asked if he would like to help me back in Colorado? He said no, and honestly, still kinda pissed about it. I mean he’s runnin’ a fools errand; kids dyin’ at Freddy’s is the whole reason it exists, he’ll be savin’ souls ‘til he drops dead, told him as much.”

“It’s a shame honestly- we could’a done great things together.”

“…”

“…so yeah- dat’s my relationship with Old Sport…a thorn in my side who could’a been much more if he wasn’t such a stubborn dumbass.”

No offense to Dave or anything but what do you fix? Doesn’t seem like there’d be a whole lot of stuff for a technician to do in a hair salon

“None taken, the fuckers haven’t been shown ‘ere yet. No fax though, how could they have that puppet bastard but no fax? It’s kinda surprising how intact they all are, I mean the rabbit even has a face!”

“Poley doesn’t dare get close to the robots for some reason, so I do most of the maintenance, making sure their voice boxes are still workin’ n’ all dat.”

“My favorite movie? Don’t watch much’a dat stuff. But I liked that movie about that circus elephant who could fly I think…’m I ‘memberin it right? I dunno, it was trippy. I liked it…”

“The circus was nice too…lil thing reminded me o’ myself now and den…”

Y'ello! I've got a question for Dave,

how do you feel about working at Snipbenders?

Do you want to maybe style your own hair, also?

What do you think would make the place better?

"I don't like it 'ere, I dunno how anyone could like workin' for a robotic pole freak and havin' to deal with Matts bullshit everyday. Only reason I put my hair up is cus Poley wouldn't stop whinin' that it looked like a mess and "it reflected poorly on da business."...The only way this place could be improved if it's a pile of god damned rubble."
