He has entered the third dimension
he is.. Kind of rigged. The cloak rig in particular is truly a disaster - so much so that for the statue i just poly-modeled it into shape. the topology is also a bit challenged in the joint areas - so he is far from perfect, but I love him and I learned so much making him!!!

OKAY. So this is an awful, half-finished thing I made January last year but hear me out! some parts are good, and 2023 me apparently spent 3 days on it!! so i wanted to at the very least compile all the frames and post it! because i am proud of it.

THIS!! THIS SEQUENCE!!! This was the whole reason I wanted to make this animatic, I sketched this before anything else and I'm obsessed with how it came out (Even if janky perspective) Drawing the time worm move was hypnotizing.

also i may have forgot his pearl and whiskers uhhh just pretend he left the pearl inside and he burnt his whiskers off when he leaned over the fire one time (again... he is not operating a safe business by any means)

I hate this software so much its not even funny
But its either this or spend hours upon hours dealing with getting the mdl file and rigging it myself because source models do NOT work well if at all in blender and don’t even get me started on the pain in the ass that is rigging.
Honestly I’m considering doing the latter. The people who said sfm is easier than blender are LIARS the only thing easy about it is loading models.
