Julian pointed out that it might be a trap, and Kit exploded. “Of course it’s a trap! But I can’t let Mina be hurt on my behalf.”

I don’t think I’ve ever seen him like that, Bruce. So angry or so determined. He’s growing up. Grown up, in a way, like Julian had to grow up so fast; it’s heartbreaking.

EMMA GIVING THE THIRD PERSON POV obviously does not make me feel connected to what kit feels but it was enough for me to stand up and stare at a wall for 15 minute till i digested the fact KIT IS GROWN UP now.
