"Kaworu's lack of love" I don't agree Kaworu gave Shinji unconditional love on the contrary Misato gave him love to get his help to fight Angels and also Shinji loved Kaworu because he is the only one who understood him

Misato and Asuka both struggle between loving Shinji as a person, and also the fact that he has to pilot the eva to save the world and they have to keep asking him to do that yes, that’s definitely a theme of the series. 

Kaworu’s love however doesn’t save Shinji in the least. It comforts him and gives him something to hold onto for a little while yes, but the climax of the movie makes it quite clear. Kaworu has given Shinji every reason to trust him, and has made it clear that the two of them need to work together. However, once Shinji gets the idea that grabbing the spears will be a fix for all of his problems he gets too attached to that and stops listening to Kaworu. Kaworu tells Shinji several times that he’s too anxious to go forward, that he shouldn’t grab the spears, that something is not right and even though Kaworu has been shown to know more that Shinji the whole movie, has only ever shown to be acting in Shinji’s best interest, and has demonstrated that Shinji can trust him Shinji explicitly does not trust him because he cares more about clinging onto Kaworu’s words that he can be redeemed rather than the person Kaworu himself sitting there right next to Shinji in active time telling Shinji that something was wrong. 

Kaworu does perfectly understand Shinji yes, but also the point is that Shinji does not understand Kaworu at all. He accepts Kaworu’s presence because it’s warm and comforting to be understood and he starts to open up to Kaworu, but Shinji himself doesn’t understand Kaworu’s motivations or even him as a person outside of how it impacts Shinji. The reason that Shinji pulled the spears is because Shinji’s number one priority is still Shinji, his redemption, fixing his mistakes, feeling better about himself. Kaworu’s love did reach Shinji and comfort him and that’s of value, but it failed to break Shinji out of his own head like he really needed. The reason Kaworu dies in every adaptation is because his version of unconditional ideal love either doesn’t exist or can’t last. Shinji needs to open up to other people and try to understand them too. In a version of the story where Kaworu doesn’t die, they’d still need to overcome that obstacle in their relationship.

Do you think in the next chapter one or two Our Ciel will reveal the truth in the cult that he made a contract with a demon to his servants?

I don’t really think the servants will learn about Sebastian’s true nature now, too. I’m not even sure if all the details from the flashbacks are being explained to the servants like we as readers see them now. It might be more of a flashback that our Ciel has for himself that we’re following right now (or maybe even just an omniscient recap of the twins’ past because in the latest chapter there was also a scene not from our Ciel’s perspective).

The flashback scenes might end with the death of the twin since that was the moment when Sebastian appeared and we’ve already seen that in the Campania arc. So even if the servants learn about the twins’ past the same we we do now they may still not learn the truth about Sebastian’s nature.

It would be very interesting if they actually did find out at some point but there’s so much else already in the current arc that this might be too much at once and maybe will be saved for another time.

Guys since I read some of your discussions I noticed that nobody has mentioned that the real Ciel has grown up since his death 3 years ago.If he is dead or a bizarre doll I don’t think he will achieve any growth since he is dead.

Good point. If the twin was a Bizarre Doll and actually died on that day in the cult he probably should now still be as tall as back then. However, maybe he still is. I mean, our Ciel didn’t really grow that much, either, during the past four years. And he may have even been a bit smaller than his twin back in the cult because of his poor health. Maybe that’s why Lizzy had the impression that Ciel was smaller when he returned. So now the twins could have the same height?

Or whatever method was used to revive the twin somehow also made it possible for him to grow up normally. He surely doesn’t look like he’s still 10 years old. But that would probably mean that he has been revived not just recently. Hmm...

JET-LAGGED.

That is playing in my head everytime I wake up after a long sleep when I get home from school. It just eats my extra time for "studying", but nevertheless at least I do have some reserved energy.

So. Today we had our, subject-that-is-very-much-obliged-to-be-redacted-on-conversations, Solid Mensuration ta-da Finals. A 20-item multiple choice exam. Sounds really chicken, right? Bzzz. No. Okay and we think that another professor made that exam (because we know how that prof do tests like the back of our hands) We still did figures, make up formulas and calculate every little thing. 

As a trivia, whenever I get a hard time answering a certain exam it turns out that I pass that most of the times. In contrary, if I feel like saying "What up, Solid, You're going down" (What up, really, meh i just made that in re) Jinx! ~You know what it is~ I AM GOING DOWN.

And guess what I felt back there on that stubby frigid little chair. That's right! Okay. Let's just or I'll just wait in vain, always in vain, for the results.

What is pie-are-squared-times-hawt. What is multiple choice. What is life.
