Let me explain…. I’ve just gotten back to a gym/working out and it’s a motherf@cker of a class! 😵 I’m always dripping sweat and it burns my eyes… (Not good after recent lasik) So I bought a headband and it works great! But I haven’t had a chance to get decent sunglasses with no prescription so I’ve been wearing my yard work sunglasses from forever ago. As I got in the car this morning to go back home, I unfortunately saw the combined look… I’m now “that guy” Sigh. Writing Down Daily Goals

Happy Friday Llama Friends!

I was just listening to one of my favorite podcasts, Farnoosh Torabi’s “So Money” and I replayed one of my all time-favorite episodes, featuring Seth Godin (episode 25).

Because I am always consuming new media (in forms of books. podcasts, articles etc), I realized that I seldom retain all the information I’ve received. I want this blog to be a reminder of those pearls of wisdom and for accountability (of course). 

Back to this episode, Seth Godin shares this amazing nugget of gold that I hope to somewhat implement each day (maybe a morning routine?):
