Gonna be honest, I don’t have much of an opinion on this dude. He’s kinda just there. Cool that he (maybe) had a cameo in Tron Legacy alongside Bartik, though.

Maybe if I re-watched Uprising recently I’d have a more concrete opinion of him, but it’s been a while. He definitely is a Character who Exists.
