to help build some character and introduce your muse to us , i’ve built this character questionnaire for you to fill out. if you have statistics up for your muse, you’re welcome to edit/adjust this however you see fit to get the most out of the questionnaire. there’s also a small OOC section to add a little about yourself ! you’re welcome to post the questionnaire by itself, make a graphic, or be as creative as you want. this is completely OPTIONAL but i’d love to see your guys’ answers to the questions and any graphics you come up with to showcase your amazing characters.

he loves dressing really lavishly and basically dresses like a very disney prince, only his hair is always messy.

judas loves parties but he always acts really bored at them and usually can be found drinking large amounts of wine or smoking the devil’s lettuce.

he’s partial to dogs more than any other animal and cats sketch him out hardcore, probably because of his inner wolf.

his friends usually call him jude or soofs playfully and every time he always rolls his eyes but he really likes it.

if judas is out in the rain too long he always smells vaguely like a wet dog for ‘some reason’.

judas tries to act all big and tough and aggressive at times, but he is the biggest softie, especially when it comes to love. judas is 100% a cuddler and honestly would probably rather kiss someone and lay around with them than have sex with them. also he LOVES head scratches.

THE CASSEL FAMILY, a loyal family of ironhaven.

DEVIN CASSEL, a retired but renowned blacksmith throughout ironhaven, married CORDELIA HART, a commoner. in which they gave birth to three children. the eldest: BENJAMIN CASSEL, who soon became a general in the army and went on to marry IRINA BARNES. next came the middle: RAEGAN CASSEL, a faithful soldier in the ironhaven army. she’s yet to marry despite her old age. and lastly: TOBIAS CASSEL, a once assassin. he was murdered on the job. BENJAMIN & IRINA soon went on to have their own four children. the eldest, CAYDE CASSEL, a guard for the royal family. next came, LORCAN CASSEL, who took over his grandfather’s work. lastly, the twins: ANYA ( the elder ) & AVERY CASSEL. ANYA failed her ironhaven training and went on to become a nurse, soon meeting LUCIEN DYER-- they are expecting a child of their own soon. while AVERY fled ironhaven in hopes of finding a new home in kradaeca as a guard for the prince.

   after the passing of king ouroboros, the crown was passed down to his son, cronus. from king cronus’ marriage to queen miranda, the couple had two daughters, princess atlanta and princess helene. however, neither of the girls were eligible to inherit the throne. instead, the crown went to the son of princess rhea, prince heracles. after ascending to the throne, he married cora augustine, a descendant of a very wealthy and aristocratic family. they had two children, prince hector and princess pandora.

Lachlan; Died during a bar brawl that he got too drunk at, nobody was really surprised the man was known as the family’s loose cannon.

Charlie;  Good ol’ Uncle Charlie, boy was he the life of the party, everyone loved Charlie especially Levi as his uncle always had a story to tell. However when Levi was twelve the man up and vanished, Levi was always told it’s because Charlie was a drifter of sorts off on his next adventure. In reality Jack pleaded with his bother to leave them be, if only so Levi could have a normal life and also so he didn’t get roped into the mans schemes.

Marisol; She had always been the sweet one, youngest of the bunch too, helped take care of the family's mostly legal merchant stand. Although the day she married Arvin that all changed, the man had been a notorious women beater but she was so very much in love with him. Eventually he would commit treason against the crown, causing them to loose both their heads in the end when she was found guilty along with him.

Benjie; Now there’s a man and quite the scamp, another favorite uncle of Levi’s, the man was the twin brother of Tala, both of them going into business together and making their parents merchant business more...lucrative after they and their sister died. In the end though Tala had to break ties and just as her husband pushed away his brother Charlie, she pushed away Benjie.

Neith; Neith came from a long line of assassins, it was both a family curse and blessing, Ironhaven didn't have much to offer if you couldn't fight so it was only fitting if you wanted to get someplace to become an assassin. She would eventually fall in love with one of her targets, Julius; only to later marry him in secret and becoming pregnant before killing him after an assumed betrayal. Taking Nekhbet back home to go into hiding (as she had went by an alias back in Dracborough), her parents long dead leaving only herself and son, whom she constantly lied to about his linage to protect him.

Julius; Julius had been a target of Neith's, only she had fallen in love with the man, Nekhbet became a possibility that shouldn't have happened; a bastard (or so it would have been thought). When Irene found out Julius had their marriage annulled and planed to leave her for someone that wasn't royalty she tried to have Neith killed, (julius knew of their child) Because of the combination Neith had assumed it to be Julius trying to have her killed, grief stricken she pushed a blade straight into his heart just as she believed he had tried to do to her. She would assassinate Irene upon finding out it had been her who tried to have her killed. Unknown to Nekhbet the man who killed his mother had been sent by Julius's brother Leonidas years later. Thankfully there had been no record of Nekhbet legally, nor the dukedom he should have by blood rites. Nekhbet would never figure out the man who killed his mother all those years ago had indeed been an assassin. 

Leonidas; When his brother died he was the heir to their parents dukedom, eventually he would die leaving it to his only son. Rumor has it that he knew about Irene’s scheme and had tried to help her with it, rumor also has it that he had known of Nekhbet but had assumed he died at some point when the assassin didn’t mention it after killing Neith.

Thanos; Currently Thanos finds himself trying to balance life after the death of his father, his mother had died during childbirth (along with his sister) he feels as though he is alone, his only known remaining family, his aunt Kallisto and his cousins being long ostracized by their family thanks to his father's anger over her marrying a commoner. He knows he needs to marry and have a child soon but he's a rather hopeless romantic at heart thanks to his mother.

Kallisto; She had been heartbroken the moment she had heard of the death of her eldest brother (and wife by proxy). She had been so very close to him and could scarcely believe the rumor that he'd had an affair (unknown it bore a child) however she would go on to marry a sellsword from another kingdom and have three children; giving up her title as duchess. Upon the death of her husband she would help her son Kyros sell his goods.

Basil; He would meet Kallisto during a guard stint after the death of her brother, being hired by Leonidas to watch over his sister. They would eventually fall in love and have three children, only for him to die in Ironhaven years later, his eldest son dying with him.

APOLLO PETYR HAWTHORNE, THE BLACKSMITH OF KRADAECA.

GRUMPY BEAR : a grumpy bear is grim and gritty, ready to do the most unspeakable deeds to win. yet he's living in a world of rainbows and fluffy bunnies [ purnelle. ] "a cynic is a man who, when he smells flowers, looks around for a coffin."

DEADPAN SNARKER : a character prone to gnomic, sarcastic, sometimes bitter, occasionally whimsical asides. they can vary wildly from rare, funny one-liners to complete obnoxiousness.

JERK WITH A HEART OF GOLD : a person you would expect to be a big jerkass has some redeeming qualities behind their tough demeanor. occasionally, they'll try to make it a hidden heart of gold.

BRUTAL HONESTY : sometimes this can separate a polite person from an impolite person, since a brutally honest character may say exactly what's on their mind.

EMOTIONALLY TONGUE-TIED : talking can be hard, especially if you're speaking from the heart. of course this tendency is often played up in fiction to the point where characters find themselves unable to even say a particularly emotionally-charged word or phrase, often an apology or declaration of love.

BIG BROTHER INSTINCT : one very common way to establish that a male character is a nice person ( even if the niceness is hidden under a gruff exterior ) is to give them an instinctive desire to be a respectable big sibling to smaller, younger, weaker characters.

ANYA JEYNE CASSEL, THE NURSE OF IRONHAVEN. 

ADORKABLE : adorkable characters are "dorky" in some fashion. maybe they're socially inept or shy. maybe they're really clumsy. maybe they have some really, really conspicuous character tic that tends to earn them weird looks. maybe they're just so darn sweet, that it borders on embarrassing.

FRAGILE FLOWER : a fragile flower is that one character who always looks like she is just about ready to cry. in fact, they probably are. sometimes, they will try to keep their emotions inside, but ultimately fail. one small incident and they are crying.

NAIVE EVERYGIRL : a romantic, innocent character who is essentially a fairy-tale heroine in the present. she is naïve, ignorant and insecure. all she has going for her is her pure heart, which will save her.

HORRIBLE JUDGE OF CHARACTER : the character is easily manipulated, often “too trusting”.

ALL GIRLS WANT BAD BOYS : whatever the reason, in hollywood, it's the bad boys the girls want. the "bad boy" targets the strongest womanly instincts: the stoic, silent guy is a mystery waiting to be solved; the troubled, but cute youth with a tragic past is a woobie needing comfort; he's tough enough to be a girl's protector, but vulnerable enough to need her as well.

GIRL NEXT DOOR : the feminine equivalent of an 'average joe', in terms of looks and personality. an average josephine, if you will.
