Malvasia Frizzante 2016 Emilia-Romagna マルヴァジア種を使った微発泡ワイン。色調がかなり、濃い！ フリッツァンテはアルコール度数7%。1〜2.5気圧。 ドサージュしないで、ブドウ自体の等で発酵させているから微発泡になるそう！ biologico

La Quotidiana Vino Bianco Piemonte州。 「Quotidiana」=「普段の」といったような意味。 PiemonteのDOCGといえば赤のイメージだけど、生産量の45%は白。 Gaviと同じくCortese 100%らしい。

PALMENTO VINO DI ANNA Sicilia エトナを代表する生産者が畑を所有する、エトナ山北東部のランダッツォからロヴィテッロの間に位置する畑。標高は760m-900m。 Nerello Mascarese 90%。シチリアの赤といえばNero d’avolaかNerello Mascareseか。 50％除梗し開放型の発酵槽内にて足踏み破砕、4日間マセラシオン、ステンレスタンクと20HLのオーク樽、アンフォラを併用し野生酵母のみを使い発酵。同容器にて6ヶ月澱とともに熟成。無濾過、無清澄にて瓶詰。醸造中SO2不使用、瓶詰め時に20mg/Lのみ添加。

Definitely one of the more unique wines I've had this year. Reminded me a bit of a few of the Cab Francs I've had but with more depth and density. Lots of green, peppery, & spicy. パーカーポイント92pt。ビックカメラで50%オフ1800円くらい。安！

最初はテンプラニーリョらしいスモーキーさがとっつきにくく、 あーあー失敗だったかもと思ったけど 奥に潜む若々しくてぎっしりとした果実感が すごくギャップのあるワイン。

最初は大人っぽいというか少し陰気な感じすらしたけど 時間が経つにつれて凝縮した果実が スモーキーさを丸め込んでる。 若々しい果実感、どころかアグレッシブな感じすら。

ああ坂野ちゃんっぽいなあと思いながら飲んでました。
