Die Cahabón 72% tritt auch unglaublich hervor. Die 80er von letztem Mal war super süß - und jetzt ist die 72er wie eine 80er! Sie ist richtig heftig - so stark gärig dass sie alkoholisch schmeckt. Dunkel, und durchgehend wie Rotwein und Schnaps! Sie bringt bei mir schon im Mund ein brennendes Gefühl, was immer stärker wird. Und die Aromen sind sehr exotisch und vielfältig... Das geht von Hustensirup und starkem Lakritz bis zu minzigen Kräuternoten (Salbei und Pefferminz). Und eine kaum merkbare Kokosnote vom Kokosblütennektar, mit dem die Schokolade gesüßt ist. Obwohl sie trocken ist, eine faszinierende Schokoladenschöpfung. Am Ende wird sie nussig und bringt einen wärmenden Nachgeschmack mit sich. Wie ein Glühwein, dachte ich irgendwann, Schokolade die einen von innen wärmt. Aber nicht der typische Kokoszucker, sondern eine sehr fruchtige, blumige Version davon. Und dann noch würzige Nebenaromen... 1:1 wie Lebkuchengewürz. Ich bin begeistert, wie man aus exakt drei Zutaten so etwas hinbekommt. Die Konsistenz ist kaum trocken, nur leicht krümelig und löst sich gut auf - sehr gute Qualität. • Geschmack: 4.5/5 Konsistenz: 3.5/5 Zusammensetzung: 4.5/5 Intensität: 5/5 Nachgeschmack: 5/5 ● Selva Tabasqueño 80%: Nicht ganz so "aufregend", aber genau so besonders. Wie ein Wald im Geschmack, und echt schwer zu beschreiben. Die Tafel schmeckt pflanzlich, nach Moos, altem Holz und einfach wie eine Waldlichtung :) Sie ist sehr mild und zurückhaltend und hat für 80% kaum Bitterkeit. Cremiger als die Chuncho. Wie einzelne Lichtstrahlen kommen leichtes Kokos und manchmal süße Stellen auf dem waldigen Grund auf; am Abgang eine leichte Weißweinnote. Eine sehr subtile Schokolade mit schönen Details. Etwas schwer zugänglich und sollte auf jeden Fall in absoluter Ruhe gegessen werden. Die Wellen auf der Tafel passen wunderbar zu ihrem Charakter.
