I loved spiderman cross the spiderberse but hear me out:

Shouldn't Spider-man be always the one who has hope? It doesn't matter how bad things get, he always try to save anybody. Destiny doesn't matter, what matters is him being there and trying to do his best for everybody.

When uncle Ben died wasn't his resolve to try to save people whenever he could?

I just don't like how in the movie nearly all the Spider-man of the Spider Society are okay with letting Miles dad die. Spider-man would never be okay with it. Fuck the whole canon event thing, he would try to save everybody. Even if he it's going to cost him everything.
