GO GOING DOWN THE UNDERTALE AU LANE!

Decided to get back into Undertale and try to make my own AU again! The AU is called Split Kingdoms! Also maybe bring back Gaster Gang!

Split Kingdoms is about instead of the monsters being forced underground. They have two different kingdoms ruled by Toriel and Asgore isolated in the middle of the ocean. Frisk would be the first ever human able to go to these kingdoms.

Here’s my Gaster! His name is Florian! ^^

Yeltoreal is the more passive of the two kingdoms, but their technology is the most advanced of the two. Ruling Runes, Snowden, and bits of Waterfall

Alggroté is more aggressive which makes their weapons and magic more advanced for attack. Ruling over bits of Waterfall, Hotlands, and the older kingdom.

Sans (Onni) in this AU is an Engineer and secretary of the Higher Guard for the Yeltoreal side.

More fun facts:

Meta runs a show in Yeltoreal while Ton-Ton runs one in Alggroté. They both stick to their respective audience, but every now and then they will butt heads that brings in so many viewers!

Ayla works for both kingdoms, but she stays in Hotlands as more energy power resides there. Currently the assistant, but hold the title of head scientist when Onni is out working on other projects.

Zera is still Head of the Royal Guard, but only for Alggroté because Asgore still has the guard in place. Due to a deal Onni and her made she gives private lessons to Penn to help his attacks and defense.

Penn got all of his accidents from a weapon explosion and not can’t talk. So he uses magic to make Wingdings which Onni translates.

Onni has high anxiety and is more like a Jinx

As some things can send him over the edge.

They aren’t edgy in this version just more broken

Fight Route

History:

Onni is the son of Vincent and Izel and the older brother of his adopted brother Penn. When Vincent was gone during the Monster and Human war the house caught fire by humans. Onni (8) and Penn (2) were stuck in the house while their mother wasn’t found. He tried to save both of them by using his inexperienced magic. Though he accidentally catch fire to both of his hands which worsened the flames. Until Florian (Gaster) was able to save them last minute before the house came crashing down. While the rest of the town burned with the chaos. Before the war ended his father died during the war ending the legacy of being Captain of the Royal Guard. The result of the war was when all monsters had to be isolated into the ocean split between two kingdoms. Humans created a barrier that causes extremely dangerous waves to encircle the two kingdoms. Making it extremely difficult to get in or out. Onni and Penn have lived in the kingdom Yeltoreal for their entire lives.

Notes:

> Onni took over the Head Scientist position when Florian went missing when working on a portal.

>Both brothers are the only ones that remember Florian, but Onni is the only one that knows about the portal.

>The portal helps other AUs come in our out safely.

>He has the highest defense from fighting off amalgamations that come from the portal when he’s on the search for Florian. No one knows about this or even sees him fight as he’s seen as relaxed or distant.

>He works for both kingdoms making defense or attacking weapons. While using his secretary position to move between both sides to keep info up to date.

> At the time when he was super busy he didn’t have time to train Penn. So he made a deal with Zera (Undyne) to teach him, which soon became a regular thing.

*From afar, you can see that some letters are arriving, it seems that it took about two days to reach your world judging by the quality. The letter is addressed to Coach Toriel ( from @ask-cagestale ) and it says the following:

"I recently met you two. It's a great pleasure! Welcome Onni and Penn, I'm Coach Toriel and it's an honor to see you here. I know this is just a letter, but curiosity always kills me! I read somewhere that you are engineers. What do you usually build? Do you use technology or traditional materials? What hobbies do you have? I'm very excited to know a little more about you two...If the first letter doesn't arrive, don't worry! Maybe this one will. I took a picture of myself drawing them while I was trying other methods to get my letters to other places. I know, using balloons isn't the smartest thing to do, but it's cleverly fun and intriguing for where I'm stranded, however, perhaps when I write this letter you should already be resting from so much work!! Soo, sweet dreams, dream of the little angels and rest well. <3"
