no shade to people who enjoy watching cycles be perpetuated but i think i'm only interested in it when the cycle is explicitly broken and that's the point. i'll keep an open mind and all but i think watching dean be shitty to jack is just going to make me really sad.

i don't remember what happens to lisa's new bf but he's a black man in a g*mble episode so it's gotta be bad right

cas asks "shouldn't trust run both ways?" and comments on dean's lack of faith in him and he's right but! dean's issue is that he trusted cas so thoroughly and had so much faith in him. he's taught himself not to trust, not to have faith and yet he broke all his own rules for cas. so when cas keeps the crowley deal from him it hurts that much worse, and he feels that much more alone. the problem is that dean thought the trust and faith did run both ways, and then he learned there was a limit. and cas doesn't know any of this!

i think my issue with the concept of cas/crowley is that the show amplifies their relationship in order to be homophobic. it's fair to just ignore season 6 but it's kind of hard for me to get into it when the reason it's there is "haha what if the bad guys were gay"

i can't string together a post about dean hitting ben but suffice to say i'm really fucking angry about it and dean would never do that. that's not him.
