This afternoon’s #teatime situation at @aoyamaflowermarket_teahouse... Sister almost directed us the wrong way. She’s actually never been to this tea house so we queued for a bit, and got ourselves a bench seat facing the wall of luscious vines 🌿🌿🌿... This season, the teahouse has been filled with many many vivid pink roses, and when it came to order my drink, I decided to elevate my visual sensory by ordering a vial of hot rose tea. Just seeing and smelling the scent of rose, was a beautiful treat to cool myself down on a rather warm Spring time in Tokyo. 🌹😌🌹🌹 and i’m glad that my brother and sister liked the place. Instagram filters make it look like those cherry blossoms next to university are still blooming even though they’ve become half green already🙈 So after 2 months of exciting and at the same time relaxing holidays its time for the next semester💪 1 ½ years and a lot of workkk left😥 Over the holidays I could meet some old friends again after quite some time, one of my best friends even came to stay here for working holiday, i could meet new people as well, take part in Belle’s oneman tour in 3 out of 6 cities (and it literally was an emotional roller coaster), rewatch a lot of my old favorites on amazon/netflix japan and spend quality time with my cat♡ so at least I think I (still) have enough energy (for now) thanks to the holidays~ resting mentally & physically is so important! Hanami Season is one of the best times to visit Naka Meguro in Tokyo. It’s a beautiful river walk lined by cherry trees and little bars and restaurants and boutiques. Street stalls pop up everywhere selling Sparkling Rosé garnished with strawberries.
