Notes: My late contribution to SQW. This weekend I had a friend from the States over here (I live in Brazil) so it was reeeeally cool to speak in English for long periods of time. It's so funny to see other people staring strangely LOL Anyway, that's the cause for my late posting. If you find any mistakes, feel free to point those out, as I haven't revised this piece yet. (No beta yet :c)

Summary:

Emma is betrothed to a woman she's never met, never seen, and doesn't even know her name. Meanwhile, when asleep, since she was fourteen she started dreaming about someone called Regina. They are sometimes horrible, sometimes sad memories from a girl she's never met but always wishes for her Fairy Godmother to take her away from that place.

Regina desires to be free from the clutches of an oppressive mother and those particular castle walls. She can't wait for the day she is to be married, to have a chance at finally having some sense of freedom.

Or, the one where they are True Loves and don't even realize it.

SwanQueen Week // Day 3 // medical AU Afraid of loosing you • Plot: Regina has been tortured and snow and David find her, have they found her in time? Can they save her life? And what do they tell there daughter? • “David, we have to get her to Dr. Whale” The short haired brunette panicked as she took the restraints of Regina’s wrists and ankles, and removed the electric shock probes that where attached to her head “No, snow get her to our house and I will get Dr. whale to come to us… okay? She could be dead by the time we get her to the hospital and the mother superior is at ours looking after Neal, she could slow down whatever is happening with Regina!” “Okay” Snow replied as she picked up Regina rushing her back to the house.

Charming ran to the hospital “Dr. Whale!” He shouted as he saw the doctor coming towards him. “What’s wrong David? Did you find Regina?” “Yes and… it’s not good she’s back at the loft… come with me please?” David begged “Of course” The doctor nodded grabbing his briefcase from a side room and both David and Dr. Whale ran back to the loft.

As they arrived they saw mother superior hovering over snow who was dabbing Regina’s forehead with a damp cloth. Mother superior turned round as she saw the two men walk in “David. It’s too late…” at that Dr whale frowned and walked over to where snow and Regina were, he did a few tests before walking back over to David “I’m sorry” he told him and patted David on the back before him and mother superior walked out the loft.

David walked over to his wife who was still dabbing their daughter in-laws forehead with a damp cloth and he stood to the side. “Snow… I’m sorry she’s gone. We did everything we could… we need to tell emma” Snow frowned still holding the cloth above Regina’s head “And how exactly are we ment to tell our daughter that her wife is dead?” “I don’t know snow but she’ll be home any mi-” just at that moment Emma burst through the door “Mom? Dad? You found her?” Emma asked, tears streaming down her face with worry. Snow walked over to her daughter and pulled her immediately into a hug “Emma, baby… I’m so sorry we did everything we could…but she’s gone” Emma felt like there was a knife going through her heart, it made her feel numb, like she couldn’t breathe, like she was drowning but everyone else, they could swim. “No” Emma whisperd and broke the hug walking slowly over to where Regina still lay in bed, she sat beside her wife taking her hand “Gina…” Emma was now crying even more than before, each tear rolled down her face faster than the one before. “I love you, please if you’re alive, if you can hear me squeeze my hand… please” but there was nothing. Emma fell to her knees next to the bed still holding the brunettes hand, and suddenly she let out a blood curdling scream “REGINA!” Everything just hit Emma like a ton of bricks and all Snow and David could do, was to hold each other and watch the scene before them unfold and watch their daughters pain, and they couldn’t do anything to stop it. “Regina don’t leave me please” but Regina never woke up. She was gone.

Notes: Yay, my last installment for my first SQW! I laughed so much while writing this--Kathryn specifically. I hope this isn't confusing to you all, I tried my best with the bold for English. In the end of this work, there’s a glossary for the text message words that were said in Brazilian Portuguese. By the way, just realized that for you all it's winter and I'm here melting in summer and writing a summer fic for SQW Winter 2017. Yeah.
