#StairNinja workout today at lunch at the Met building(#40floors). X3 up and one time down. Warm up climb in 9m42sec. 2nd climb in 6m16sec and third climb in 6m24sec. After about 1m30s rest I decided instead of going up one more time I would climb down quick. My goal was 9m and I did it in 7m50sec. I’m so glad that Candice got to know Javicia first before doing a lot on interacting online. Now she knows who Javicia is personally and can trust her. I feel like she didn’t do that with DN and we all know how that turned out. While Candice was out there talking about the importance of inclusion and diversity and what black woman deserve and need in Hollywood DN thought it was better to promote stairlife Monday’s and act like DP invented acting instead of supporting Candice. Dani is the poster child for the saying “All skin folk ain’t kin folk” that’s why she’s busy playing cheerleader for the white actresses in the Arrowvwerse and she has next to nothing to do with the black actors/actresses. She kissed up to Javicia for a whole five minutes but she’s another one that was nowhere to be found when it came time to actually support JL when the show was airing.
