Here's another weapon from the same world as the steamgun. It's original intent was to be a rifle electrictly fired and then magnetically propulsed. It would reduce the recoil significantly and make a lot less noise than a firearm while still maintaining the same firepower.

This drawing was just me getting something down. After.more though I realize I don't know how to electricy make a small metal object like a bullet move without magnets and such, so instead of electrical power it's spring powered and magnets that would sround the barrel make it move at a more bullet like trajectory and speed.

This was one of two drawings and the rifles intent in this drawing was for special operation use. But I don't know how to make my system automatic or semi automatic so I have to think about it some more.

The rilfe itself is bassed on a semi automatic version of a British bolt action rifle from WW1 that I cant remember the name of. I think it's pretty

Hello friends, looks like we made it through another week of being sheltered at home. With folks like Restless Jo motivating me to get out and walk, before this is all over I believe I will know ever inch of this beautiful island.

On the top of my “to do” list when we are off quarantine will be a shopping trip for a new pair of sneakers.

This week I had a long way to go to find this historic gem.  I had to walk the beach route because the only other access is through a private community and they won’t let you through the gate.

This is the ruins of a steam cannon that was used in 1901.  Is is on the beach of the Port Royal Sound on the north end of Hilton Head Island South Carolina.

Here are some more detailed bios for the villains (operating under the assumption that the guys in the grey uniforms are Bad Dudes here): First up, we have Raichi Iwasaki, alias Storm Bard. A former thief and petty criminal, he committed his largest crime by stealing the Iguana Full Bottle and a Trance Steamgun (at least I think that’s what they’re called). He’s crass, loud-mouthed, and very sure of himself, but he does have the fighting skills to back it up. Next is Masanori Koyanagi, a chemist who secretly operates as Army Swarm. He is a cold-hearted and methodical person, shutting himself off from the world for weeks on end in an attempt to perfect his Soldier Full Bottle-which he’s already tampered with to the point where he can split his monster form into a whole army of tiny creatures (hence his name) Then there’s the mystery berserker who seems to be Masanori’s bodyguard, Rat Eraser. No one knows who he really is, but what is known is that he has next to no perception of anything but battle. Masanori still has to order him around frequently, but Rat’s ferocity and tenacity makes him a force to be reckoned with. Masanori has mentioned that he has been working on a chemical that can repress memories, so maybe that’s a hint…?

Here is some concept art I made for a world I want to build and make a story about.

This is a steamgun. It shoots pressurized steam clouds for devastating effects up close. On the end of the gun is a tazer.

The main idea for the weapon was anti riot use. However, on further thought, I figured it wouldn't be very well suited to try and make the main government of the city seem like a peaceful place. So I'm trying to think of other uses things for it. But it's shiny, so here I am posting about it.
