there are quite a few actually heh,, i only just returned to the world of RGG after a few years so i have A LOT to catch up on :')

i think it's easier just to say which ones i HAVE played, which would be 0, kiwami 1&2, and 3 & 4. tbh i didn't realize just how big the series got until now! i'm really happy it's doing so well—proud parent moment lmaO ;w;

i actually played 3 & 4 first, wayyy back in 2009/2010... so those are far overdue for a replay. i've actually been hearing that Y3 wasn't well received which is sad bc it was my entry into the series and i really loved it! we'll see how that holds up on my replay, but the nostalgia will probably win me over again 🙏

but yeah, after 2010 life happened so i didn't touch the series again until 2018 with Y0, then kiwami 1&2. and now here we are again with even more games and characters to experience!! i'm really excited to immerse myself in RGG again and play all the 'new' installments 🙂‍↕️💕💕

(also i actually played a tiny bit of Y7 just so i could meet ichiban, and i really liked it so far! to hear you say it's on par with Y0,, you've officially piqued my interest bc Y0 is my favourite 👁️)

same anon as before here. i find it refreshing that other people out there are willing to say out loud that all the kazumaji gets super tiresome. i enjoy majima a lot but find kazumaji totally overrated and so it is not fun out here lol. especially because the way fandom portrays the ship is almost never true to the characters at all (gaa gaa eyes, as you say). replaying the games is a good idea tho. i did that and my enjoyment for majima (and my other favorite side characters!) came back once i remembered what he was really like outside of fandom.

oh no yeah i totally get you 😭 i feel blessed to have known people from when i first got into the series who are as Over It as i am, but it still gets so lonely out here sometimes. i have some doodles and video projects i'd like to at least try to do at some point but i'm definitely going to replay y0 soonish (after gaiden maybe?) because it's been FOREVER and i'd like to have it fresher in my mind haha

dead souls is also a brilliant game for majima, people cry for a majima game all the time but i'm like dude we already have dead souls? he's in his fucking element throughout his entire gameplay segment, don't just ignore it because it has objectively terrible gameplay for the sole reason of "they tried to make a third-person shooter inside a brawler game"

you cant tell me valve WASNT paid off to include these, red dead 2 has been basically abandoned by rockstar (last content update was in 2021 with a couple missions for the online mode, last update before that was in 2020)
