EXACTLY!!!! Because why do we always get to see alex and will bond on page, eswpcially when they were being physically intimate with each other, but will emmy always had to bond off page, or only in passing? Even when they mention about swimming together, it's not like we get to see this scene happening, we just knew that it would happen. Even worse is Emmy is not rika, so we knew already that even in other charactersl povs she'll always just lurk in the background, as will's wife or someone's sister/friend and not get as much attention by pd or the characters themself. Idk these frustrate me so much.

And other will alex scenes that i hate was when alex was showering and will was watching her while thinking about emmy + the scene where alex was sleeping in will's bed and emmy was sleeping beside them as if SHE was the thirdwheeler in HER OWN BOOK, being all sad thinking alex was will's gf. This is one of my main gripes and pet peeves too. After a certain point, it’s just not about Emory any more, but Alex is still brought up.

The one scene I think is most guilty of this is the one in the hospital, when the boys refusing to let Aydin in. The whole scene is told from Emory’s point of view, but she doesn’t say anything. 3.5 pages where Emory doesn’t speak, just narrates the guys arguing with Aydin. It really isn’t her story.

Everyone is PISSED so he starts getting all like “oh cry me a River and piss in it 🙄” so I’m all like okay rude and continue on.

It stops raining and I swear I literally blink and we’re all in this line, I see my friend (let’s call her watermelon I’m not disclosing any info sorry babes 💓)and I’m like oh “hey you here too” and she’s like “yeah lol “
