Book Review: Strange the Dreamer by Laini Taylor (Spoiler Free)

Review: This was a lovely read. I thoroughly enjoyed it. This is my first Laini Taylor book, and it has made me excited to pick up some of her other works! The book starts out really flowery, but becomes more plot-based later on. Speaking of that, the plot was enjoyable and easy-to-follow, but still had enough intrigue to keep my interest. The pacing of the story was nice, and I liked all of the POVs and what each character brought to the story. All of the characters were interesting and fun to read about. I enjoyed the banter and conversations between the characters, and I actually laughed at some points. The concepts in this book were also very interesting to read about. For example, I really loved Sarai's perspective and her power. So, while not an instant favorite, it was a very enjoyable read.
