The Benefits of a Garage Floor Coating
Tumblr media
A garage floor coating is a protective layer that protects your concrete surface from wear and tear. It is also a decorative addition that can improve the look and feel of your garage. This type of floor is very durable, and it is easy to clean.
The best epoxy floor coating is durable, scratch resistant, and mold and mildew proof. It is also odor free, waterproof, and immune to bacteria and moisture. However, it can only be applied by a professional. If you want your garage floor to last for years, you'll need to have the job done correctly.
The commercial floor epoxy will improve the overall value of your home, and is a great choice for any homeowner looking to add a little style. While a lot of homeowners think about resurfacing their floors with paint, an epoxy solution offers a much more comprehensive approach.
Epoxy is a sealant that forms polymer structures. It's a great choice for protecting your garage floor, and can be installed with ease. There are several different types of epoxy for different applications. Typically, there are two layers of epoxy applied to give your garage floor a long-lasting finish. In most cases, you'll need to allow 28 days for the coating to set before applying another coat.
One of the most common mistakes homeowners make when installing an epoxy is to choose the wrong type of epoxy. They might think an epoxy kit is the right option, but if they don't have a good idea of what they are getting into, they could end up with substandard materials that don't work well. Luckily, epoxy is an affordable choice that offers a high level of protection.
Besides being an excellent floor treatment, epoxy can help reduce dust and abrasion. It also prevents cement particles from escaping. Also, an epoxy coating won't accumulate dust, so it won't have to be cleaned as often. Adding a coat of epoxy will make your garage floor easy to maintain.
Another benefit of using an epoxy floor coating is that it won't stain. The chemical elements in your car will not harm your epoxy, and it can even be wiped up with a sponge. Since it is water resistant, a spill won't leave behind a sloppy mess.
Other benefits of using an epoxy floor coating include a durable and smooth finish, and the ability to clean it like a Teflon pan. Additionally, this type of floor is easy to clean, and it has no pores.
Some companies recommend a combination of concrete resurfacer and an epoxy coating. Those are good choices for light to moderate damage, as well as minor cracks and pitting. But they aren't recommended for major damages. Ideally, you'll need to hire a professional to take care of any repairs you might need to make.
If you have a heavy foot traffic garage, you may want to go with a 100% solid epoxy coating. This is the strongest and most durable coating available, and it can help protect your concrete from hot tires, scratches, and oil spills. Your Guide to Reviving a Tired Garage Floor
Make your garage flooring look good as new again with one of four easy, do-it-yourself strategies.
As one of the strongest, most durable, and longest-lasting construction materials, it’s no wonder why concrete is the most popular flooring choice for garages across the country. Still, despite its ability to hold up under adverse weather conditions and even the heaviest vehicles, all of that constant tire and foot traffic does take a toll over time. Gradually, the heavy use detracts from the garage floor’s appearance—and, worse yet, causes the sort of vulnerabilities that can jeopardize the structural integrity of the slab. Fortunately, there’s an easy fix for any worn-out garage floor. Keep reading, and you can adequately equip yourself with the right products and tools for rescuing your flooring from old age.
Wash Away Years of Wear
Ground-in dirt and oil stains build up in the garage can mask an otherwise perfectly good floor. In these cases, a little elbow grease and some common cleansers may go a long way towards revitalizing the concrete’s overall appearance.
First, remove stubborn oil and grease stains. Fresh spills can be soaked up with granulated cat litter and swept up with a stiff brush. Older stains respond well to a good scrubbing with a number of household remedies: paste made from either powdered laundry detergent or baking soda and water; grease-cutting dish detergents; hydrogen peroxide; or full-strength bleach. Rust stains and excessive smears of dried mortar and grout will require a more powerful solvent called muriatic acid. Proceed with extreme caution if you work with this last solvent—protective clothing, plenty of ventilation, and careful dilution according to the manufacturer’s directions are all must-dos.
Once you’ve treated individual spots, you can use a pressure washer and biodegradable detergent (or even simply a stiff scrub brush, a bucket filled with warm soapy water, and elbow grease) to remove lingering mold, mildew, ground-in dirt, and paint drips from the entire surface. Mold, mildew, and algae stains as well as mortar or grout discoloration might require treatment with solvents, including TSP (trisodium phosphate). Then apply a clear, water-repellent concrete sealer over the newly-clean surface to help prevent future dirt, grease, and grime buildup.
Start Fresh with a Resurfacing
Wear from vehicles, foot traffic, and the elements can turn into spider web–like “craze” cracking, flaking, or spalling, when the top layer of the concrete breaks off and exposes the patchy and pitted aggregate underneath. Luckily, any of these issues can be strictly cosmetic, as long as they are tended to soon after discovery. Ignore the early stages of spalling, however, and it could spread enough to compromise the integrity of the surface beyond repair.
A high-quality, professional resurfacing product like NewCrete Concrete Resurfacer from CTS Cement | Rapid Set addresses all of these imperfections in a single go. The cutting-edge product is self-curing, requiring no additional primers or products to finish the job after you coat your concrete floors. Best of all? Your garage won’t have to be “off-limits” for too long; Rapid Set NewCrete is ready for foot traffic after only two to three hours.
To apply, simply mix the product with water according to the ratio specified on the packaging, stirring for two or three minutes until it reaches a lump-free consistency. Like other resurfacers, NewCrete remains spreadable for about 30 minutes after a batch is mixed, so how much you prep—and the square footage you cover—at once will depend on how much you can do within that time. It’s best to work on one section at a time, especially if you’re resurfacing a large area. Wet the old concrete with clean water and make sure there is no standing water before applying the NewCrete mixture to prefill any minor cracks or holes. Once you’ve addressed these, spread the rest of your resurfacing product on in an even, thin layer up to 1/8-inch thick. Thanks to the product’s speedy curing, you’ll have a flawless finish that you can walk across as soon as 60 minutes after you complete the last section.
Level Out Any Low Points
Many garage floors see dips, depressions, or hollows caused by settling or by moisture intrusion. To reverse these imperfections before they cause deeper structural problems, you will need to smooth out the surface using a premium product such as Concrete Leveler. This easy-to-use material is designed to spread across uneven concrete, filling in low spots and creating a new, level surface in the process.
For best results, first prepare the surface of the existing concrete by applying Concrete Leveler Primer to prevent pinholes and bubbles in the leveling layer. Then, mix enough Concrete Leveler with water to cover the entire surface of the garage floor while filling in the depression. (At half-inch thickness, a 50-pound bag of Concrete Leveler will sufficiently cover 12 to 15 square feet. For a quarter-inch-thick application, the same size bag would cover between 24 and 30 square feet.) Apply the Concrete Leveler compound across the concrete surface, getting all the way into the corners and along the edges using a long-handled squeegee, and allow gravity to do the rest of the leveling. Within four hours, a smooth, level surface will have formed, strong enough to be walked upon; after 24 hours, you can even roll the car back in.
Fill In the Cracks
Sometimes even the most solid concrete floors can develop structural damages—crumbling, chipping, or deep cracks—as a result of something as simple as freezing and thawing in the changing seasons. To remedy these issues before they get worse, turn to a professional-grade product: Rapid Set Cement All. This high-quality, fast-setting material offers superior adhesion to pre-existing, damaged concrete, making minor concrete repairs an easy do-it-yourself project and eliminating the need for a full-on floor replacement.
Thoroughly clean the area to be repaired, removing any crumbling concrete. Saturate the surface, then mix the necessary amount of Cement All (ideally with a power-driven mechanical mixer) for one to three minutes until it’s reached a smooth, peanut-butter consistency. Apply the resulting compound to the damaged area, packing it to the desired level, and smooth the concrete with a trowel or broom. Once the surface loses it moist sheen, you can finish by water-curing for at least an hour.
Not only will you have restored your garage floor to its former glory with assistance from any of these CTS Cement | Rapid Set products, but you will have made it even better! When repairing structural damage with Cement All, you’re implementing an aid that rates as three times stronger than most concrete, ensuring that your garage floor will continue to stand up to traffic and weather for years to come.

Different Types of Garage Floor Coating
Tumblr media
The choice of garage floor coating comes down to several factors. The first consideration is the budget. If your budget is low, you can opt for a single coat of epoxy. The downside of this option is that it won't be as durable and glossy as the more expensive epoxy coating kits. If you're willing to spend a bit more, however, you'll find that epoxy coating kits have higher per square foot costs and offer higher levels of protection against accidents, chemicals, and impacts. For the best garage floor coating hire experts for quality flooring services today.
If you want your garage to look more professional and well-maintained, consider epoxy floor coating. Epoxy is one of the strongest materials available. This coating also has a longer lifespan. Because of its durability, it is often used in professional garages. Another major benefit of epoxy flooring is that it resists hot tires, scratches, and oil spills. It also has the added advantage of being affordable and easy to install. For this reason, you should consider this option if you're looking for the highest-quality finish.
While there are several coating options, you must ensure that the surface of your garage is compatible with the one you're applying. This is particularly important because the moisture in concrete can disrupt the bond between the coating and the floor. One way to test this is to place a plastic bag on the floor to collect moisture. Remove the plastic bag after one day to determine if moisture is present. If it is, you'll need to install a moisture barrier before applying any coating to it.
Polyaspartic is another type of garage floor coating. This type of coating dries quickly and is practically odorless. Unlike other coatings, this one doesn't cause the buildup of odors and is a more pleasant option for residential and commercial settings. Moreover, it won't yellow over time due to exposure to UV rays. In addition to being odorless, polyaspartic is also quick to apply.
The Polyurea garage floor coating is a polyurea subset of polyurethane, which bonds to moisture on the concrete surface. When polyurea coating is applied,it creates a barrier against damage and wear and tear for more durability. Moreover, it is UV-resistant, making it an excellent choice for areas that experience intense sunlight. And unlike other types of floor coating, this one will not change color over time. So, you can keep your garage looking as new for decades to come.
Another option for garage floor coating is epoxy, which has the advantage of a high gloss finish and is durable and adhesion-friendly. Furthermore, it's waterproof, mildew and mold-proof. Furthermore, it can be cleaned like a Teflon pan. The choice of color is also quite extensive. For larger-sized floors, you can have a custom color made. The benefits of epoxy flooring are far-reaching.
Epoxy can also be applied by hand, but it can take up to an hour. Unlike Polyaspartic, it requires a roller brush to apply the coating. Because the epoxy vapors are so strong, wear protective equipment and a respirator with a filter. A squeegee or roller is required. It takes approximately an hour to apply a two-car garage with epoxy. Epoxy also needs around 16 hours to dry. If you're planning to apply the coating yourself, make sure to follow the instructions of the manufacturer. For better understanding of this topic, please click here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epoxy.

The Price of Self Respect
this is part one of a series of yandere chrollo x fem!reader. this story will contain explicit content. Warnings at the beginning of the chapter. Please send me requests if you wish to for hxh characters and scenarios! ❤
PART I Read part two here!  CW: mentions of death, murder, and gore 1,730 words
____________________________________________
It had been many days since you had received an assignment as a hunter. At this point you would have taken a request to open a pickle jar. You had an agent who sourced your jobs through to you that way no one could know your identity. Your agent barely knows your identity outside of your phone number. While you are no where near as infamous as the Zoldyck Family- you definitely are not unknown. “The Creator” is what most people would refer to you as- quite fitting for your ability. Specialists are not as scarce as people make them out to be; a specialist who utilizes their ability as best as they can is scarce. You conjure a pencil, and you can draw anything into existence. Your nen concentrates in your hand and you can create life (or at least a husk of life). Drawing animals or weapons, even humans (who aren’t quite sentient) earned you your high respect as a hunter.
You gaze out of the window at the quiet streets of a city you’ve never travelled to. While the hotel is large and towers over the town, it is probably the biggest building for miles. Bzzzz. You turn towards your bed and see your phone screen is lit up. Picking up the phone you see a single message from the only saved number on your phone.  York New. 14:00. 1278 Pearl Street. G Watanabe- Room 207.  You scroll down to see the status of the person. Alive. Wanted Dead. 7 Days. Employer ---
A smile graced your lips knowing that you finally have a job. While town hopping and sight seeing for the past few weeks was a nice rst, you can’t just halt your income. You enjoy your job anyway so the money is a bonus. Ill pack in the morning you think to yourself, once you land in York New you may have some extra time to research your target.
The plane ride was smooth and quite comforting- you paid for first class. While you could use your hunter card to be priority seating, it leaves a trace of where you’ve been. Plus, you’ll be getting paid soon enough and the 12 hour plane ride in first class would be nothing compared to the fat check that would be wired to your account. Murder is expensive you know.
Stepping out of the taxi, the driver gets out and opens the trunk for you. You grab your one small backpack filled with nothing but snacks- drawn snacks are not particularly tasty. Just because you can create it doesn’t mean it’s true to the real deal. You jog towards the doors, fat rain drops assaulting you meanwhile. You get your room key under for the room you reserved under an alias and make your way to the elevator. You press the button to go up and when the elevator reaches your floor it sounds a satisfying ‘ding’ and the doors open almost soundlessly. You stepped into the confined space and to your surprise a man steps in with you. You hadn’t even sensed him nearby, it seemed as if he just popped into reality.
He’s tall, is the first thing you think when you look at him. Not necessarily tall as in feet wise (though he definitely had quite a few inches on you) but his aura and the way he carried himself made it seem as if he towered you. The corner of his lips turn upwards and suddenly he doesn’t seem so intimidating. It’s as if he was dragged back down to earth.
“Good morning, awful weather it seems.” The man says with a chuckle. You take a moment to drink in all of him. His black hair is somewhat messy, a middle part with water dripping down a few strands. A bandage is wrapped around his forehead and you wonder if it’s an injury or a fashion statement. A large fur coat cover most of his body, you’re only able to capture a glimpse of a white button up shirt at his neck.
“Terrible. My flight almost had an emergency landing.” You groan, recalling your annoyance when the captain announced this over the speakers.
“Ah so you just got in today? I got into York New about a week ago. What are you here for?”
Your eyes travel to his and you notice that they’re unusually large while seeming to only make him more attractive. “I’m on a work trip, though I shouldn’t be here long.”  His lips stretch a little further into something of a grin, “What a coincidence, I’m here on business as well.”
The elevator dings and you give a quick goodbye, not necessarily because you didn’t like talking to him but because you wanted to take a nice warm shower. You sashay out of the elevator, and the back of your neck tingles, you can tell that his eyes are boring into your back.
You drop your bag onto your bed and wander over to the mirror. Looking at you in the mirror is yourself. Though you never seem to recognize this person as you. You pose in different angles but can’t find one that makes you like yourself. You grab the chub of your stomach and groan hopelessly. A world renown hunter who has killed the unkillable is staring at herself in the mirror and grimacing. You remind yourself that you’re one of the strongest specialists out there and you shouldn’t be critiquing yourself.
A day passed and your deadline is growing nearer. You draw your outfit for the day, and put on the jeans, hoodie, and heels that were super comfortable thanks to your nen. An assassin has to look good as well as kill. Your rented car waits for you in the hotel garage and when you finally make your way down there, you do a onceover of the car. There are no signs of foul play, tracking, or marking so you hop into the drivers seat comfortably. Once the car is started your phone buzzes.
+ $2000 to your account message attached: get his pass for the auction and send it to client
You nod to yourself, you had completely forgotten about the auction. Of course you were supposed to kill a member of the mafia during the auction. How could you not have made that connection. While you are intelligent, you wouldn’t say you’re smart. Once you arrive at the hotel your target is staying at, you book a room despite the fact you will not be using it for long. In the hotel room you draw a dress that makes you look like a model, all you need is to look good and your nen for this mission, this goes for most missions.
Each minute on the clock seems to last hours, you need to leave at 01:30, in order to complete your mission at 2. This is the part you hate the most, laying on the hotel bed listening to the clock tick and tick and tick. It feels almost like the clock is mocking you, and sometimes you want to just break it. Though despite this you lay on the bed staring at the ceiling, counting down every minute until the clock strikes 1:30.
The last mocking tick sound rings and you get up quickly. Walking confidently out of the room and down the large and foolishly elegant hall. You make your way to the elevators where you had a run in with that man and go down to the second floor seeing as you were residing on the fourteenth. The second floor was reserved for the mafia only, many families used this hotel to be near the auction.
The elevator opens up and you examine the hall. It is much different than the one where your room is. Lights are dimmer and the color pallet of the hall was that of red and black where as yours was blue and white. You step out onto the marble floors and your heels click against the cold surface. Something’s not right. Something is very wrong, very out of place. You can smell it. The smell of blood.
207 is closer to the end of the hallway than it is to the elevators. The lights are completely off at the end of the hallway as well. With each step towards the room of your target the lights get dimmer until there is no light. You halt and look at the room with gold numbers on it stating ‘207′. The door is cracked and you approach it cautiously. You push the door open and see your target laying on the ground in hundreds of pieces, it’s a bloody mess.
A man stands in front of the window that is the entire wall, his form dark. Now the only sound present is that of the rain pounding against the glass of the window. He turns towards you, and you quickly recognize the large fur jacket. It’s the man from the elevator, his coat is open and he’s shirtless, but covered in blood. His forehead is uncovered by the bandage that was on him previously, revealing a purple cross. His demeanor is still friendly and inviting but something is different about his eyes.
He smiles and for some reason you feel drawn to him, so you take a step forward. “I’ve been waiting y/n.”
You swallow any sense of fear you have and nod, “Oh you have?”
“Of course, I thought I would make your job easier for you.” He chuckles just like he did in the elevator, as if he didn’t just commit an atrocity. But who are you to judge? “Don’t worry, I’ll still be paying you every jenny of what was promised.”
Your head cocks to the side “So you’re my client?” He nods in response.
“And I got his pass to the auction so I would say you did a pretty good job of completing your mission.” He waves the pass at you as proof.
“Can I have the pleasure of knowing your name since you know mine?” You question.
He nods again, “Chrollo is my name. You were commissioned by the spiders.”
The spiders... It quickly clicks in your head. The phantom troupe. Which means, in front of you stands the leader of the Phantom Troupe.
“It’s nice to meet you Chrollo.”

I've never written a mecha AU fanfic before but it's always exciting to try new things! I hope you enjoy this fanfic about our lovely Night Kids in a mecha AU!
~•~
Ring Ring
A young man was laying on his bed, snoring softly. The phone continued buzzing somewhere in the room, making him shift in his sleep, the bedsheets falling on the floor, leaving him half covered. He rolled to the other side as an attempt to avoid the disturbingly loud sound of his cell phone, his whole body facing the window. The caller probably gave up and the ringing stopped but the young man was already half awake. The thin rays of golden sunlight found their way through the thin curtains, landing on the man's handsome face. His long, black eyelashes trembled and he groaned at the warmness he felt, from the sunlight  caressing his sharp facial features. Deciding that it wasn't meant for him to sleep any longer,he half opened his sparkling dark grey eyes, running his fingers through his now messy, charcoal black hair.
Nakazato Takeshi propped on his elbows, turning his head to look half lidded at the digital clock on the bedside table: 09:26A.M.
Memories of the last night flooded in his mind making him want to sink back in his soft bed. He still couldn't believe what had happened: he had lost.
He had freaking lost a fight and to who? To a 18 year old school boy.
He was so sure,so full of confidence that his high tech GT-R would win that old 8-6 that didn't even look like a fighting robot. But he was wrong. He had underestimated Fujiwara Takumi and his fighter. That boy was so skilled despite his young age and the fact that he looked like he didn't know what he was doing with the spaced out expression he would wear.
Takeshi finally got out of the bed, rubbing his eyes to suppress his sleepiness and headed to the bathroom for his daily morning routine. Brushing his teeth,he looked at his reflection in the mirror that hung just above the sink. His robot was now in the garage waiting to be fixed but the worst part was that his pride was wrecked. He had lost the title of "The Strongest in Myogi",a title that he had earned with lots of effort, sweat and money. He had spent his whole life designing fighting robots, wanting to create the Ultimate Fighting Robot and even get to challenge the king of the underground fights,Takahashi Ryosuke himself.
The man got out o the bathroom, back to his messy bedroom. He grabbed a pair of sweatpants and a plain black t-shirt that were laying forgotten on a chair. He decided to not show up at the underground for awhile,at least not before his next battle. With these thoughts he headed straight towards the kitchen in need of his morning coffee to wake him up completely and get his daily endorphins.
He poured the dark liquid in a mug, bringing it to his lips, the bitterness coating his tongue. Just as he walked towards the sofa, the doorbell rang, startling him. Nakazato just froze in place, staring blankly at the front door. He wasn't expecting guests this early, especially after his embarrassing defeat yesterday. The doorbell rang again and Takeshi dragged his feet to the door, still holding the mug.
He didn't manage to fully open the door as it bursted open violently, makimg him take a few steps back, gasping.
"IDIOT!How could you lose yesterday?! That's ridiculous! You're such a clown,Nakazato!" the younger man stomped inside, rage pictured all over his face that matched the color of his crimson shirt.
"Yeah, good morning to you too,Shingo..." Takeshi said tiredly, rolling his eyes. He closed the door and turned to face the other man who was still muttering things under his breath.
"I called you today but you didn't answer! Are you ashamed? You should be! You lost to that school boy and his...his old piece of junk that he calls a fighting robot!" Shingo continued, heading towards the fridge like he was in his own house. He returned with a cold can of beer, opening it with a click and bringing it to his lips. He leaned against the wall, eyeing up the house owner.
"You understimate him. He has incredible skills and-"
"SHUT UP!That's just excuses! You're such a poor excuse of a leader! You're hopeless,loser-" Shingo's voice cracked from yelling too much. He was taken aback when soft lips kissed his. Takeshi chuckled and moved backwards to admire the desired effect. That so said desired effect was Shingo's eyes widening, his expression a mixture of shyness and anger.
'Maybe I am but you love me..." Nakazato said, another chuckle escaping his lips at the pout the shorter man gave him.
"Don't get cocky! Bastard! You-" he stopped and looked away, his cheeks flushed a deep shade of red.
"What are we going to do now?"he asked more calmly now. Takeshi shrugged looking at his teammate and boyfriend.
"I need to repair my robot. Will you help me?"
"Alright, show me the big guy." Shingo said, shoving his hands in the pockets of his loosened up jeans after throwing the now empty can in the bin.
A few minutes later they were in the garage, both of them staring at the tall robot. It was pitch black, some parts had fallen off as well as the right arm. The paint had being scrubbed off in lot's of places as well as scratches were everywhere.
"So...what do you think?"asked the black haired man, sipping his coffee.
"Yeah.... it's bad... really bad..." Shingo mumbled, scratching the top of his head.
"Come on! Don't make it look worse than it is! The base is in a pretty good condition. I'll have to fix the arm as well as those wires at the bottom and of course paint it!" Takeshi faked a smile, pointing at the parts he mentioned. He opened his mouth to say something else but that's when another part fell off, rolling towards Shoji who stopped it from rolling any further, with his foot. Shingo raised his head to glance at Takeshi with a raised eyebrow. Nakazato bit his bottom lip, walking towards his robot, sighing deeply.
"You're right... it's bad.. really bad... I've got a battle next weekend with Takahashi Keisuke and I don't know how I'll go...I haven't got enough money to repair the robot and even if I had them...the time isn't enough.." the man said sadly, his finger tips trailing down the leg of the robot, feeling the scratches. He couldn't back down. He had to go to that battle. He had two options: either to go with the robot he has now and make a fool out of himself or not go at all. But if he didn't,the RedSuns would take that as a runaway and would see him as a coward. Takeshi was a lot of things but definitely not a coward.
"I've got an idea." Shingo's voice reached his eardrums and he turned to look at him as soon as he felt a hand on his shoulder.
"We're teammates. What if I battle in your place? I've almost finished on upgrading the EG6."
Takeshi's mind was racing. He hadn't thought of that option.
"That's... that's an idea! But do you think you can defeat Keisuke's FD?"
"Ha! I need to put that arrogant brat in his place!" The long haired man said proudly, flashing a smirk.
"Alright then. As soon as he agrees then that's what we're going to do.." the GT-R master said, his lips curling up into a faint smile.
~•~
"Hand me the lube"
"You've finished it all!!!"
"Just give it to me already! It's not my fault it stuck!"
Takeshi sighed and took the bottle, giving it to Shingo who snatched it from his hands, climbing back up the tall ladder. Shingo had brought his own robot over, installing some last parts before the big battle. Takeshi would just observe him, while leaning against the wall. He liked watching his boyfriend work his magic on the robots. Who would think that the clumsy, temper filled Shoji Shingo was actually good in such things?
The younger man finished screwing something on the back of his tall, bright red EG6 and gave out a satisfied yelp. Climbing off the ladder,he got a piece of cloth that was hanging from the side of his pants, wiping away sweat on his forehead.
"You finished?" the black haired man asked, leaving the wall and walking around the red beast.
"I think so." Shingo mumbled and got the newly tuned controller that was laying on a nearby table.
"Nakazato, get out of the way if you don't want to be stepped on!" he hissed, pressing something on the controller that caused the robot to raise its head, with a loud sound. Nakazato backed away and headed to stand next to the younger man, staring at the controller curiously.
"You upgraded it as well?" he asked pointing with his index finger at the device in Shingo's hands.
"Yes,I installed some new features." just as he said that,a loud thud was heard and the robot got in a fighting position.
"Woah, how did you do that, let me see-" Takeshi leaned closer to observe the new controller but Shingo stepped away, frustration pictured on his slim face.
"Oi, don't touch it!" he hissed, standing away from the taller man who just folded his arms on his chest, the muscles on his arms flexing.
"Punch..." Shingo mumbled and the robot instantly, created a fist, punching the air in front of it, it's fist inches away from Takeshi's face.
"Damn, are you going to kill me?" he yelled and walked away grabbing the coat that was laying on a chair, tossing it to Shingo.
"Come on,you don't want to be late."he said bitterly,a huge pout on his face.
"Yeah, yeah, whatever... let's get this over with."
It didn't take long for them to get to the underground. The hour was long past midnight, the dark sky reflecting lot's of small stars that would shine like pure diamonds on dark silk.
Just as they entered, Takeshi could feel the burning gaze of everyone but he held his head high like the proud man he was. The Underground was incredibly full, everyone had heard of the battle with the great Takahashi Keisuke and his unbeatable FD. Shingo was looking around, seeing lots of different robots and he nodded to some of the fighters he knew. They were both walking in front, Shingo's EG6 following behind. Takeshi spotted Mako Sato and Sayuki who once she saw him she smiled brightly, giving him a thumbs up. If he wasn't with Shingo,he could have easily fallen for that long haired girl which was cute on the outside but tough on the ring.
The young man was so caught up looking at Impact Blue talking to some random guys, that he didn't notice two robots jumping right in front of him, fighting each other. A strong hand grabbed his shirt and shoved him aside, making him stumble but he quickly regained his balance.
"Takeshi! Focus!" Shingo scolded him, breathing heavily and Takeshi just nodded, relieved that Shingo was there to save him.
The two men knew that they would probably find Keisuke at the bar that was nearby so they headed straight towards it, hearing lot's of yells and laughs.
The blonde was sitting there,as expected, surrounded by his teammates as well as lots of fangirls, his shiny, bright yellow FD near him. His deep blue eyes met Takeshi's dark ones,as soon as he stepped inside.
"Nakazato! I was waiting for you. Where's your R32?" Takahashi yelled from across the room, sipping on his drink. Everyone's attention now was on them. The Night Kids approached them, both having anamused looks on their faces.
"Shoji Shingo will be fighting with you today." the dark haired leader exclaimed sternly, trying to have a straight face.
"Oi,your robot really got destroyed by that kid,did-" Keisuke began but was cut off when Shingo bursted forward, his hands in fists.
"Shut your mouth Takahashi!"
Silence followed, the tension between them growing. Nakazato began thinking that this was a bad idea but what else could he do? The policies of the Underground said that you must fight with your own robot and you can't borrow from someone. But right now,he hadn't got one so he didn't have another choice, did he?
"So,do you accept the challenge from Shingo?"
"Alright. But you still owe me a battle." the blonde said, wearing a grin.
Suddenly, silence fell over, the only sound was the stomping of a heavy robot. Murmur could be heard feom everywhere and the three men looked behind them to see what caused such reaction. Takeshi stiffened when his dark eyes fell on the man who was approaching. The people were stood in two lines, leaving enough space for the newcomer and his robot to walk through the crowd. He was dressed in a white, expensive outfit, his dark blue bangs falling on his face. A white, shiny robot was following from behind, causing everyone to stare. They all knew who this was :the king of ths Underground himself.
Takahashi Ryosuke.
"A-aniki?! Wh-what are you doing here?" the blonde stood up,cold sweat running dlwn hiz handsome face, causing hiz forhead to glister.
"Hmm. I wanted to see this battle."
Shingo just stared at the legendary Takahashi Ryosuke. He secretly admired him and his skills. Ryosuke was a gifted man, with an incredible mind and skills. He was also one of the best fighting robot makers and would use the latest advanced technology for his fighters. The white FC3S was a proof to that. The Myogi fighter could see a speaker on Ryosuke's ear and he knew that this was what everyone kept talking about lately: Ryosuke developed a voice recognition in his robot so now he could control him by just giving him audable orders.
"Aniki...you shouldn't have troubled yourself...I-I can hamdle this..." Keisuke got im front of his older brother, his blue eyes that were identical ro Ryosuke's having a strangw spark in them. But the older Takahashi ignored hiz youngwr brotgwr, proceedimg to exam Shingo's EG6. He walked around it,his delicate long fongers trailing on the  freshly painted parts.
"Nice robot you've got here." the dark blue haired man commented, the sides of his lips curling up into a barely visible smirk.
"Did you come here to mock me?" Shingo hissed in between gritted teeth. He was a proud man and didn't liked to be made fun of. Especially when it came to his robot. But Ryosuke didn't laugh, nor had a mocking look.
"No. I actually meant what I said." he exclaimed calmly, his sharp face features not giving out a single emotion.
"Where did you get it?"he added and finally turned to face Shoji who seemed taken aback by the question.
"I-I made it myself..."
Ryosukes bright eyes widened for a split second, clearly impressed. Tge young man retrieved from the red EG6 and waljed towards his brother.
"Well. Will the battle begin? I can't wait forever."
Everyone stiffened at Ryosuke's request, not wanting to disappoint him.
"Yes,of course!"
~•~
"Ladies and Gentlemen! Be prepared for another night of fire! Let's welcome our fighters!" A man from the RedSuns, Fumihiro was it?,shouted, catching everyone's attention.
"Takahashi Keisuke and his FD3S" as he said that, the yellow FD got on the ring, accompanied by loud applause and shouts.
"Shoji Shingo with his EG6,instead od Nakazato Takeshi!" with that, the red EG6 stood on the other side of the ring.
"Let the battle begin..." Takeshi thought, stealing glances from the man besides him who kept adjusting some things on the controller.
The yellow robot swang forward, followimg its master's orders, but the EG6 managed to dodge the hit just on time. Instead,he attempted to punch the FD,unsuccesfully. The FD turned around sharply, its fist hitting its opponemt, with a loud metallic sound.
"Damn..."
It raised its hands in victory and got ready to punch the laying robot but Shingo managed to make it roll over to the side, escaping Keisuke's fist. Takeshi could see Ryosuke saying something to his brother on the other side of the ring, but paid no attention to it. He trusted Shingo.
Another metallic sound snapped Takeshi out of his trance,as he watched how the yellow robot stumbled, Keisuke's cursing following.
"Ha! Did you see that Takeshi? I almost crushed him,I-" Shingo turned to face his boyfriend, his dark eyes screaming pride.
"Shingo, WATCH OUT!" Takeshi's eyes widened as he shouted, watching how the EG6 fell on the ground. Shingo didn't lose his cool, despite being under pressure. He tapped on his controller but something wasn't right. His robot's left arm... wasn't working!
However, this didn't stop him. He rolled over but unfortunately didn't get to avoid another punch from the FD.
"Shingo, your robot. It's lighter and faster, use that to your advantage!" Takeshi bursted out, getting right next to the other man, their shoulders practically touching.
"Oi,Nakazato...don't stand so close!" the long haired man complained but still had a determined look plastered all over his face. He knew Nakazato was right. With a swift motion, his robot stood up and got behind the yellow one. Since Keisuke was startled,Shoji used those few seconds to punch the FD hard, making it fall down. Surprised gasps filled the air, murmur being followed.
Three rounds later, both of the masters were exhausted but neither of them let their guard down, doing everything to not lose concentration. Shingo's robot ended up laying down with thd FD towering over it. The countdown started but Shoji didn't manage to make his fighter stand up which resulted to him losing. Keisuke was growling happily, raising his fists in the air with a victorious grin that riled up Shingo. He furiously rubbed the bridge of his nose, letting out heavy breaths.
"It'd okay." Takeshi's hoarse voice was heard from next to him but Shingo didn't pay attention. He had freaking lost. Previously he had gotten all high and mighty, sure of his win but in the end...he was the loser. What tore him apart was that he had let down Takeshi. He was supposed to win...to make his boyfriend proud...
But he lost.
He lost to Takahashi Keisuke.
Shingo was dazed off,his ears ringing. He was surprised when he was yanked by the colar, his face being brought up. Grey eyes stared right into his brown ones, piercing through his soul. He half expected to be yelled at,or even punched and he wouldn't blame Takeshi. But instead, Nakazato crushed his lips on Shingo's,kissing him lovingly.
"Let's get out of here. You're tired." the taller man said,a small smile on his face. He didn't look angry, not even a bit, more of concerned. Shingo just nodded, his cheeks painted a light shade of pink.
~•~
Shingo and Takeshi were sitting on the roof of Nakazato's house, close to each other while staring at the night sky. Shingo got a pack of cigarettes, handing one stick to his boyfriend while getting one for himself as well. The man besides him got his lighter and soon both of them were inhaling the toxic smoke.
"What a night..." Takeshi mumbled more to himself than to the man besides him who hummed anyways.
"I'm still proud of you,you know that right?" Nakazato attempted to indirectly compliment the younger man,but failed as he heard a low scoff from his side.
"Shut up already..." Shingo exhaled sharply, the smoke swirling around him and dissolving into the night air.
As they sat there in a comforting silence, a thunder was heard in the distance and out of nowhere it began pouring. The two men remained still, confused and shocked at the sudden change of weather.
"Damn! What are you sitting, let's go inside!" Shingo was the first one to come back to his senses before throwing his cigarette away and standing up. Takeshi watched how his long bangs would cling to his face, while his clothes being completely soaked by the strong rain.
"Beautiful..." Takeshi thought, being completely absorbed in his thoughts, not even hearing Shingo's yelling, who in the meantime was desperately trying to drag Takeshi inside,to the warmness of his house.
No matter what the outcome was today,he still enjoyed every minute of it. Because life isn't only about winning... losses are what make it more interesting.
Hope you enjoyed it!

Phasmophobia maps ranked (totally objective, no opinions here, super srs, psyche gottem it's all opinions)
Brownstone High School
Tumblr media
I won't sugar coat it, I didn't even bother going inside for a screenshot for this entry because I hate high school.
Now to be fair, I'm down to play high school whenever, I want to get better at it and I believe that should speed things up a bit and make it more fun.
And HS is the map I think of when I think of running a full 4 man!
But beyond a full 4 man HS is too big, too boring, and too annoying to solve.
It's long hallway with a million rooms after long hallway with a million rooms after small reprieve of finding a science lab or gym followed by long hallway with a million rooms followed by going upstairs to do it all over again.
THERE ARE TOO MANY CLASSROOMS AND I KNOW THAT'S THE POINT
But when the gameplay revolves around finding the room where the ghost is hanging around having these many rooms AND hallways can really drag things out.
Now to be honest, when you have the room on lockdown it's a fun map to maneuver and solve!
So if you walk in the front door and hear something fall over in a specific direction it immediately becomes more playable!
But if you walk in and the ghost is being a quiet asshole then you're in for the least fun you can have in phasmo in my opinion.
Just a bunch of "PLEASE DO SOMETHING" shouting and holding your EMF or thermo practically begging for something to happen.
Bottom tier, worst map, don't like it.
It doesn't even have unique collectibles to make up for the fact that it's a big map so you won't find the bone!
Hardly necessary (though I argue all maps need those) but definitely worth dropping a mention on top of being hallway simulator.
Too many rooms and boring hallways out of 9
Edgefield Street House
Tumblr media
Edge honestly doesn't deserve to be next to HS but someone had to be and Edge gets the dishonor purely because it's the most middling map in the game.
Edge is fine.
Edge is passable.
Edge is simple and clean.
Edge isn't exciting is the problem, but it is still a fun one.
The houses aren't renown for being the most interesting; Their job is to be middling and accessible and they get the job done just fine. Edge just happens to be the most middling.
With a first floor that's underutilized, I mean the ghost is in the kitchen if they are here at all let's be real.
Garage is meh, living room is a rare spot for anything to happen, there's a weird back exit area that is never used ever for anything?
First floor is clearly an afterthought for the ghost but it gets the job done.
I actually really dig the basement layout, but I've never once seen a ghost spawn there lol. It's mostly just a place to turn on the power and hide in the locker and that's fine.
The 'star' of Edge is the upstairs which has roughly 9 billion rooms and locations for you to hide, scientists are still counting the exact amount.
You want the blunt end of that?
It's entirely playable- it's safe as hell even since there's a closet every 3 inches- but it's not the most interesting thing for an entire map to be "Go upstairs, look at the 15 doors because one is probably about to open for you and that's the ghost room"
Runs of Edge are a bit too 'samey' since so much of the real-estate is upstairs and it's so dense.
Edge is fine. The most 'passable' map in rotation that I won't complain about but I'm never stoked to head to.
Passable out of 9
Asylum
Tumblr media
I'll be honest and say I'm not being thorough with asylum.
It's among my least played, but that doesn't mean my least enjoyed.
It's got a really fun reverb on voices, it's genuinely fun to wander through, but it just feels some strange level of 'too big' while still being... not that?
I dunno how to say it.
But the 1st floor is annoying to clear out with its layout and sure that's inexperience talking-
While the bottom floor is fun due to the aesthetic but it's in a weird place of being overly simplistic.
The bottom floor is just a big hallway with rooms on either side.
That's not the most interesting layout- though it is fun to hide down there, with bathrooms and other makeshift spots to hide behind in most rooms which makes the hallway less threatening.
Asylum is weird, the layout goes between annoying and overly simple between the two floors and it feels too 'wide' for what it has to offer.
AND YET
I like aslyum.
I never play it, but I like it.
Shweppsi out of 9
Tanglewood Street House
Tumblr media
Tangle we all know it and what's there to say.
A little bit, to be honest :)
It's the smallest map around and it's a great first map to learn the ropes.
Tangle's strongest feature is its layout- it's both interesting and fun to experience in multiple runs.
I love the little trio of rooms (and bathrooms/closet space) on the left side of the house, the way it's a little mini hallway for two of them (and a bathroom), then deeper in to the left of the living room is the master bedroom, I dig that.
I dig the garage too, the way it's connected to a laundry room feels really nice, but let's be honest every ghost ever in Tangle is in the kitchen.
Sure that's not literally true and I've had a ton in the first room on the left or the bathroom on the left, but that kitchen is where every run on Tangle ends up- with everyone hanging out asking for the ghost to show themselves.
Also the basement is lame, nothing ever happens there and there's no real hiding from what I can tell, just run upstairs to one of the closets.
All said, you take the good design with the bad of being so small every run feels about the same and you end up with Tangle.
I really like Tangle as a beginner map and to revisit for the layout, but I won't lie, kitchen ghosts here are lame and common.
Still not bad enough to outweigh the good, Tangle is a winner.
Tutorial out of 9
Grafton Farmhouse
Tumblr media
Once upon a time Grafton was my favorite farmhouse but, well, it's here and the other hasn't been mentioned yet.
Grafton is one of those maps with few "locker" style hiding spots, but unlike a lot of the other maps that emphasize hiding behind things I just never feel comfortable hiding on Grafton- and not in a tense way, in a "The AI is gonna ignore this and walk around and peer out the window for no reason which will prompt it to see me anyway, won't it?" kind of way.
There are some lockers in the storage upstairs now which is nice because the ghost spawns there like 80% of the time.
First floor : Left is dining/kitchen/and a back room. Between those the kitchen is pretty popular for the ghost but also is a spot where orb ghosts can be assholes who hide their orbs for no reason.
Right side is a living room, two bedrooms, and a laundry room, these are some pretty nice spots for the ghost to be because there ARE hiding spots, but their accessibility kinda depends on where in any of these rooms the ghost decides to spawn, making the hunts pretty fun.
Genuinely this right side of the first floor is a win, I dig this area and when the ghost hangs out here.
Upstairs has a shitty terrible awful room where you die (far left), a bathroom where nothing ever happens, and a room with an attached back room/storage that the ghost LOVES to be in to an obscene degree.
Grafton is fine all around, a good hunt location, but really it's where the hiding spots are and where the ghost likes to be that make it just less fun for me.
It's almost always "Upstairs back room / Kitchen / Left Bedroom on first floor" and the repetition of my luck makes it less fun. (though, again, that bedroom is fine because that cluster of rooms is a fun one).
At least there's voodoo dolls out of 9
Ridgeview Road House
Tumblr media
Ridge is cool!
It's easy as hell but it's just nicely divvied up, it's one of those maps that benefits from having a very nice layout that leads to games feeling very different depending on the ghost room.
I like the basement, but nothing ever happens there I swear.
The first floor as a whole has some nice spots, anything on the left can be hidden away in the garage lockers (which are at the far end which makes it a little tense which is nice!)
Anything on the right is a little less safe feeling because that back room is terrible, honestly safer to run upstairs to a closet.
And finally anything upstairs is standard house affair- a ton of hiding closets and a good amount of rooms but not 9 billion rooms like Edge.
Ridge is nice. It's small, easy, and well spaced.
Strong layout out of 9
Willow Street House
Tumblr media
Willow really is small as sin, but I dig the look a lot.
I also like how hiding is a 'behind furniture' affair unlike a lot of the other houses with their plentiful closets.
My favorite area is the basement, which sadly makes for a less than stellar photo, but I love the multiple rooms in the basement and the lighting in those rooms.
Upstairs has a very different feel from the other houses which does a lot for making it feel fresh as well, definitely the most immediate thing most will notice when playing it since Tange/Ridge/Edge all feel the same due to the aesthetic they carry.
All in all it's my favorite house right now, but I'm curious on its lasting power for that.
It definitely helps that the map is built around hiding spots instead of hiding closets because it's a lot more fun crouching behind a dryer or cutting corners to get behind a dresser than it is to just hold a door shut and know you're effectively immortal as long as you don't talk.
Between the aesthetic and the unique layout it's come this high on my list WHILE being a bit buggy from being brand new, so that says something at least.
A joy to hunt on out of 9
Bleasdale Farmhouse
Tumblr media
One of the two farmhouses and for a while my lesser fave, but it's grown on me the more I've played it.
Bleas doesn't emphasize lockers as much as hiding behind changing 'curtain' deals and after giving it a shot, it grew on me a lot- probably my favorite form of hiding spot because you can often still see the ghost as they come right up to you and walk away.
The highlights of Bleas will always be the immensely safe back room where the breaker can spawn- there are lockers here and it makes a fairly safe cut away for most events on the first floor because most events on the first floor are in the kitchen/dining area anyway with the rest of the first floor mostly being dormant in my runs.
The terrible terrible terrible attic which I hate and love at the same time.
it has hiding spots but whenever I have to use them it's highly unlikely I make it to them in time.
It's just a terrible place to be.
And the second floor is a pretty great one tbh! Mostly because there's a nice central hiding spot and the entire area is divided up pretty nicely for ghost stuff- unless you get hallway, fuck when it's hallway. It's the WHOLE hallway as far as I can tell and that's just stupid!
Bleas is a winner for sure, definitely beats the likes of Edge with ease, there's never a dull time hiding behind the privacy curtains- oh and this map has voodoo dolls! I firmly believe all the maps need more collectibles so this one having some is a boon for sure
"We got fingerprints on all the windows in the kitchen!!!" out of 9
Prison
Tumblr media
TIME FOR THE BEST BOY!
PRISON!!!!
How to explain it.
When I started Phasmo my least favorite maps were the bigger ones, I hated feeling lost and like the ghost took too long to find all while the houses were fast and easy to understand.
But then I tried Prison and everything changed.
Talk about a beautifully laid out big map!
The sounds, the various hotspots, the fact that it's somehow big as hell without ever feeling too big and empty- I love prison.
Gushing aside, Prison is basically split up into 3 segments.
Main building, A block, B block.
And the unfortunate truth of prison is that the Main building is where most action seems to happen... doubled down with the truth that if the ghost IS in either block then they are significantly more dangerous to occasionally unfair degrees.
Yet despite that it consistently ends up being the most fun map for me to play through!
It all comes down to layout. The main building has a lot of little 'segments' which encourage you to run during a hunt differently, and the blocks are intimidating in their own way because going upstairs in them feels like signing your will.
I'd love to say more, but it's just the most fun one, so that's that.
Best map out of 9... I heard a cell door open, let's get towards A block.
I know it's just a random post of mine and all but hey, what's your take on the maps?
I'd like to hear what some arguments for other faves might be- especially if someone is a die hard HS fan, lol.

Wolves Of Secrets Chapter 1
Chapter 1: Lone Wolf
Dark was the night as the full moon shined over the great city of Ninjago. The cold, misty wind whistled through the city as the citizens went about their own business, either going home to be with their families for the rest of the evening or to their evening jobs. The city of Ninjago was built on the sunny side of a gentle mountain and was truly a beautiful place. Its grace was only matched by the backdrop of lush, green forests which have helped shape the ancient city to what it was today.
The city had a very clear Japan, Tokyo feeling too it.
The city's skyline was growing with stylish skyscrapers and they each represented the many different aspects of the sizeable city. Businesses were booming in Ninjago and it had attracted a lot of attention. A few new cultures had left their mark not just on education, but also upon the city's identity. What historically was a city of predictability has grown into a new culture of variety and it's this that united the nearly 6 million people to this day.
It's this multicultural identity that had truly left its mark.
Hundreds of gastropubs, bakeries, and clubs offer a plethora of culinary choices. Those who felt hungry for something else could enjoy art galleries, musical activities, photography, or one of the many other recreational activities. Just outside the main city area, right on the edge of the dark forest, stood a large, lone house. In this house was a very special family. From the outside, this house looked cosy. It had been built many, many years ago with white bricks and had spruce wooden decorations.
Small, half-rounded windows added to the overall style of the house and had been added to the house in a fairly asymmetrical pattern.
The house was equipped with a large kitchen, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms. It also had a large living room, four bedrooms, a roomy dining room, a garage, and a large basement. The roof was high and slanted to one side and was covered with black ceramic tiles with a small chimney. Many smaller windows let in plenty of light to the rooms below the roof. The house itself was surrounded by quite a modest garden, with mostly grass, a few colourful flower patches, and a small shed at the other end of the garden.
Inside the house, a young teenage boy sat on the couch, eating popcorn and watching a movie.
This was Lloyd Garmadon. He had long, blonde tousled hair, and brown arched eyebrows with bright emerald green eyes that many people would state could sometimes glow in the dark. He wore a dark green jacket with a white t-shirt and black pants and black and dark green sneakers. As the clock was about to strike midnight, Lloyd was about to turn the boring movie off when suddenly with was a rustling sound outside. Fearing the worst, he quickly switched off the TV, grabbed his coat, and ran outside.
As soon as he stepped out into the cold night, however, instead of the rustling he had heard mere seconds before, all he could hear was an owl hooting nearby and the wind howling through the trees.
He was about to go back inside when all of a sudden he heard a loud crash from the other side of the house. He quickly ran towards the sound and was shocked by what he saw. He saw a full-grown, grey timber wolf sniffing around some turned over trash cans, snacking at the rancid chicken meat. He looked to the steel doors to the basement and was horrified to see another wolf attempting to jump out. As soon as the grey wolf sensed him, it slowing turned around to face the teen with a low growl, baring its sharp teeth.
Lloyd, however, was completely unfazed by this and he simply stood up straight.
"Get back inside!" He roared, startling the wolf for a second before it crouched down and started snarling louder. Instead of running away, however, Lloyd simply lowered onto his knees and bared his blunt teeth at the wolf. His emerald green eyes suddenly turned to a stunning gold that shined in the dark. The teen and the wolf snarled at each other as Lloyd slowly crawled forward, making the wolf back up. The grey wolf suddenly yelped as it fell back into the dark cellar.
Lloyd's eyes returned to their normal color as he stood up and looked into the dark pit.
Suddenly one of the wolves jumped up and bit into his thick coat's sleeve, ripping it off as the wolf fell back down. Not missing a beat, Lloyd quickly closed and locked the cellar doors, looking at the full moon as the wolves muffled howls sounding into the night...
****************
The next morning, as the rain came pouring down, Lloyd quickly got dressed and ran down to the cellar. He loudly slid the iron door open and stepped inside where he saw his mother Misako and his uncle Wu slowly getting to their feet as the finished getting dressed. His mother had ash grey hair braid into a ponytail with a snowy white streak and pale green eyes. She wore a pale khaki utility jacket with dark brown pants and a short, dark green scarf.
Wu was an elderly man with a long white beard.
He was wearing white robes and a conical straw hat. They both yawned and stretched as Lloyd glared daggers at them.
"I think that chicken was off." Misako gagged as she clutched her stomach.
"I can't believe you two." Lloyd glared Breaking out and raiding the bins."
"Oh, Lloyd!" She cried as she rushed forward and examined his arm. "I am so sorry! I didn't break the skin, did I?! Does it need stitches?!" She panicked, but he pulled his arm away from him.
"You always say how I have to stay hidden from humans and never give in to our wolves." He growled as they walked back upstairs to the kitchen. "Yet the moment you get a chance, you're out of the cellar and away!"
"You don't understand how powerful the pull of the full moon is," Wu explained. "When you're old enough to take wolf form-"
"I won't be a hypocrite, who says stay hidden and then breaks out at the first whiff of food!" He replied and turned to his mother with a slightly disgusted look. "And that chicken..."
"Actually, your mother's not the only one who's been eating things she shouldn't, is she?" Wu frowned as he opened the trash can to reveal the leftover popcorn.
"Yes, and you were still dressed when you came outside, young man." Smiled Misako when her son froze. "Didn't we agree in bed at 10 on school nights?"
"I'm going to miss the bus." He quickly said and ran for the front door. When he made to grab his coat, however, he let out a long sighed when he saw the missing sleeve...
****************
Lloyd blushed furiously as he kept his eyes on the school floor as the other students stared and laughed at his soaked clothes. He let out a small growl as he shivered; his mother owed him a new coat.
"Hey, Lloyd!" A voice called out and he looked up to see his friends Zane Jullien, Jay Walker, Kai Smith, Nya Smith, and Cole Brookstone stood by their lockers, waiting for him.
Jay reddish-brown curly hair with brown eyebrows and light freckles with dark blue eyes. He wore a blue jacket with a white stripe over a white t-shirt and blue pants with an orange wooly scarf.
Zane had platinum blonde, almost white, hair that stood up straight in something like a crew cut and bright icy blue eyes. He wore white pants and shoes with a long-sleeved, cyan blue shirt under a navy blue knitted vest.
Kai had tall, thick spiky brown hair, shaped like fire and bright amber eyes that shined like burning embers. He had a focused expression on his face, with a scar visible on his right eyebrow and bandage above his left. He wore a red half-zipped-up jacket over a white shirt with some kind of Japanese symbol on the back of the jacket and brown pants.
Nya was Kai's younger sister who had long black hair kept in a ponytail, pale pink lipstick, small dimples on her cheeks with dark brown eyes, and she had a beauty mark on her right cheek. She was wearing a leather jacket over a white shirt with blue stripes and dark blue torn jeans.
Cole had a very muscular body, being the strongest kid in the whole school, with long, shaggy black hair and bushy eyebrows with very dark green eyes that reminded Lloyd of cold emerald stones. He wore a black leather jacket and pants with a dark brown tank top and black heavy-duty boots.
Lloyd smiled as he walked over to them. They were the only people who could possibly understand the struggles he faced every day as a teenage werewolf; because so were they. Well... sort of anyway. Only he and Nya had yet to transform on a full moon, but they knew it could happen any month now and they were both nervous and excited.
"What happened to you?" Jay asked when they saw he was dripping water into the hallways.
"My coat got eaten by werewolves." He deadpanned.
"Don't you start too." Kai groaned.
"We've already had this from... Oh, Pixel!" Nya suddenly smiled as the said girl walked over to them. Pixel had pale, almost white, skin with wide lips and bright green eyes. Her hair was styled like Nya's and was a very light platinum blonde. She had a purple dress with red details and an opening in her left arm that showed a part of her chest, and red heels. Lloyd simply smiled and rolled his eyes. Pixel Borg was the only one in their friend group that wasn't a werewolf.
She was a very good friend to them, mostly to Zane, since childhood and it hurt them they couldn't share their secret with her.
"Did you hear last night in the forest?" She asked with a big smile on her face, but they all shrugged. "Howling." She replied and they froze as she pulled out her cell phone. "Here, look what I found on Carper's Lane this morning." She explained as she showed them a picture of a paw print in the mud. "I'm going to compare it to paw-print photos of different dogs."
"What, every type of dog?" Cole scoffed.
"This is proof." She insisted. "Proof that there's something weird over there in the forest."
"Pix, if your father found out that you snuck off into the forest in the middle of the night again he wouldn't be too pleased," Zane warned.
"If I can prove there is some kind of undiscovered creature in the forest then that alone would guarantee my scholarship into Horizon Academy."
"You know your father could pull some strings and get you in there no problem." Jay pointed out.
"I know, but I want to earn my spot and my father understands and respects that." She explained.
"Hey, Pixel!" One of the cheerleaders, Maggie, suddenly called out. "I saw something weird in the forest, you!"
"Haven't you got hair-curlers to play with or something?" Nya snapped before she and her friends quickly walked away.
"I really need to start my research, I'll catch up with you all later." Pixel smiled before she made a beeline for the library; as soon as she was out of sight, Nya suddenly grabbed the boys and shoved them into a nearby janitor's closet.
"Alright, who was it?" She glared.
"Wasn't me!" Jay exclaimed fearfully and the rest quickly denied it as well. Lloyd eyed each of them carefully. It could only have been Cole, Kai, or Zane; they were the only ones who spent the full moon on Zane's father's property deep in the forest. Since she couldn't transform yet Nya stayed in their apartment in the city and Jay spent it on her parents' junkyard on the other side of the city. The only problem was that Dr. Jullien's home was far from where Pixel said she found the paw prints.
He also knew the guys wouldn't go near the city, full moon or not.
"Maybe it wasn't one of us," Lloyd suggested. "My mom managed to get out the cellar last night and when I got them back in they started howling, and that paw print could have come from a normal dog."
"I suppose." She sighed when the bell suddenly rang; the group sighed as they made their way to their first classes. Lloyd quickly ran to his locker to get some of his textbooks when he suddenly caught the scent of something odd. It was a new scent, meaning whoever it belonged to was here very recently. He was about to follow the scent when he walked right into one of his teachers, Miss Koko. She had bright orange hair with amber eyes.
She wore orange lipstick and a pale brown suit.
"Lloyd, what are you doing? It's time for class." She ordered and Lloyd quickly scurried to his first class, making a mental note to investigate the scent later...
****************
As soon as Lloyd ran into the classroom he immediately took his seat next to Jay. This was one of the few classes he and all his friends had together. As soon as he took his seat a teacher he hadn't seen before walked in with a big smile on his face.
She had greying brown hair tied in a bun and a dark blue dress.
"Welcome aboard students! My name is Ms. Laudita and I'm your new Social Studies teacher," She smiled as a student stepped into the room. "Everyone! This is Morro Ren, he's new here so I hope you'll all make sure he feels welcome." She explained and Lloyd was suddenly hit with the same smell from before. He looked up and saw the new kid eyeing them all cautiously. Lloyd quickly looked to the others and saw they had realized the same thing as him.
Morro Ren possessed long jet black hair with a dark green streak dyed in it and dark brown eyes.
He was wearing a pale green shirt with torn brown pants and black boots. As he moved to take a seat at the back of the class, he and Lloyd glared each other down without a word. The class continued as normal until the bell rang and Morro all but ran out, Lloyd and the others following close behind. As soon as Morro stepped into an empty stairwell Kai and Cole blocked his path.
"What are you doing here?" Nya growled.
"What?" The new kid asked, confusion clear on his face. "I'm looking for-
"No, here! On our territory!" Jay exclaimed.
"Do you not know the rules?" Zane asked.
"You can't stay here." Kai huffed.
"If my mom and uncle get a sniff of you-"
"I don't even know you!" Morro snapped as he took deep breaths.
"Exactly!" Lloyd exclaimed in frustration.
"I don't care whose territory this is; I'm not sticking around anyway, and why would I in this dump?" He sarcastically asked. "No smelly brats tell me whether to stay or go." He stated before shoving passed Kai and Cole and running down the stairs...
****************
Later that day everyone was sat at their usual table in the cafeteria, enjoying their lunches. When Pixel and Dareth had joined them, Zane had explained what had happened with Morro when Pixel asked why they were all in a sour mood; leaving out some key details of course.
"We're not smelly!" Cole hissed angrily as he devoured a large slice of cake.
"Well, except for Jay." Kai shrugged absently, getting a hurt cry from the said boy and a kick from Nya.
"You did kind of start it." Pointed out Pixel.
"No, we didn't." Nya defended.
"Someone must know something about him or his family." Suggested Zane. "Seen moving vans, something." He added as a member of Kai's soccer team, Chad, walked over to their table.
"Hey, Kai, are you going to ask the new kid to try out?" He asked though it sounded more like an order.
"I don't think he's the right sort for the team." He replied, keeping his eyes on his food.
"Fine, I'll ask." Chad huffed and walked over to Morro's empty table.
"Wait." Cole gasped but it was too late.
"Relax guys, he won't bite." Pixel frowned at their behavior and the group shared nervous looks. They turned back to Chad and Morro when the new kid suddenly got up and right into a startled Chad's face.
"I don't like soccer and I don't want to hang around with you and your weirdo friend! You got that?!" He roared, sending a pointed look at Kai and everyone sat at the table.
"Obviously, they don't teach manners where he's from." Nya glared as Chad speed walked over to them on shaking legs.
"Next time, you need to approach the weird kid." He hissed to Kai as the cheerleaders suddenly pushed passed them and over to Morro's table, completely looking over the way he had just spoken to Chad. Before the new kid could escape, a blonde cheerleader named Harumi Jade took a seat next to him and practically curled around his arm, much to his disgust. Harumi had long white hair with long bangs fashioned in a bun with chopsticks.
She wore a green jacket with matching pants, a white shirt with red lotus flowers, and full lips painted red.
"Hey cutie, since you've only just got here the principle thought it would be a good idea for someone to show you around, and we know everything about this school; all the best clubs and people to hang out with." She explained as she flashed him a big smile.
"Those weird kids, who're they?" He asked as he pointed over to Lloyd's table, where they were still watching him.
"Oh, that's just Lloyd Garmaddon, Pixel Borg, Zane Jullien, Jay Walker, Kai Smith, Nya Smith, and Cole Brookstone." One of the cheerleaders happily said, only to cower away at Harumi's glare.
"Their families have lived here for centuries." She quickly dismissed. "Never leave the area, don't like strangers or questions."
"They're all cuckoo!" Another cheerleader added.
"What are we talking about them for? Let's talk about you." Harumi smiled as she leaned closer, only to gasp when Morro suddenly stood up, grabbed his bag, and stormed off, leaving a furious Harumi and a dumbfounded Lloyd behind...
****************
After an awkward lunch, with Harumi and Chad and their groups giving them the stink eye, Lloyd and the others finally had had enough and went to their lockers to get their stuff for their next class.
"Are you guys joining us on Miss Jinro's forest stakeout?" Zane asked hopefully.
"It's open to anyone but is part of the ninth grade syllabus so all freshmen have to go," Pixel added with a smile. The others just rolled their eyes and chuckled, only to stop when Cole suddenly froze right in front of them. They looked over the taller teen's shoulder and were irritated to see Morro looking through his own locker from something.
That wouldn't have been a problem if it wasn't for the fact that his locker was right next to theirs.
Before they could do anything, however, Chad and his gang pushed them and 'accidentally' knocked into Morro, causing him to drop his bag and pieces of vegetables to come flying out. To say he was still sore about what Morro did in the cafeteria was an understatement.
"I thought I smelled something funny," Chad smirked as his gang laughed. "Is that your snack, freak?"
"Piss off," Morro growled. Unfortunately, this only made Chad angrier as he marched over to the new kid and violently shoved him into the lockers.
"Got a problem?!" He challenged, failing to see the veins on Morro's hands darkening as he bared his teeth. Before anyone could even blink, Morro suddenly jumped up, almost as high as the lockers, and pounced on the bully, sending them both to the ground. Feeling their stomachs dropping, Lloyd and his friends didn't miss a beat as they ran to stop the fight before any serious damage was done.
Kai and Cole managed to rip a snarling Morro off Chad while Pixel and Jay checked on the jock to make sure he was uninjured.
Quickly, Nya and Lloyd pushed the new kid into an empty art classroom just as Miss. Koko burst through the crowd of onlookers.
"What on Earth is going on here?" She glared as Zane, Cole, and Kai leaned against the door to the classroom, and Jay and Pixel helped Chad to his feet. Meanwhile, in the classroom, Nya and Lloyd mirrored their friends leaning against the door as Morro curled up on the ground, gasping for breath.
"What are you doing?" He cried out between breaths. "Get out!"
"Just breathe." Lloyd tried to reassure but Morro started growling as he backed further away.
"You have to get out!" He screamed as the veins in his face and neck started turning dark and his brown eyes turning a stunning yellow. Realizing it was too late now, Morro slowly looked up at them with a defeated look in his eyes. "I'm so sorry." He whimpered before he erupted into growls. Nya and Lloyd could only watch as his body shrunk and rearranged itself.
His clothes fell off his body as his skin was replaced with thick dark brown fur.
His face stretched out into a muzzle as his blunt human teeth sharpened. Once it was over, Morro slowly stood back up, but instead of a human, a full-grown timber wolf looked back at them. He snarled at the two teenagers before he suddenly started running around the room and on the tables, knocking several art supplies onto the floor.
"Morro!" Nya shouted and the wolf jumped down and snarled at them again.
Slowly, both teens knelt down to the floor with their heads down; when they did raise their heads they revealed their own bright yellow eyes, causing the wolf to freeze. He stared at them for a few moments before relaxing and lying down on the floor. Unfortunately, things weren't going so well outside the classroom for the others.
"He's crazy!" Chad cried as he finished telling his side of the story to Koko.
"You started it!" Pixel exclaimed.
"And where is Morro?" She asked but everyone just shrugged and looked around, still leaning against the door. "I'll catch up with him later; you two, follow me." She sighed as she led Pixel, Chad, and his group away. The friends waited until the crowd of students finally disappeared before they quickly ran into the classroom; only to find a human Morro putting his shirt on as Nya and Lloyd picked up all the items he had knocked over.
"I knew there was something about you guys." Morro smiled like a child on Christmas Day. "It's true, isn't it? You're all like me!"
"We're not like you!" Cole quickly said, a look of rage on his face, causing Morro's smile to drop.
"Yeah, we don't show off and pick fights and invades other packs' territory." Kai hissed.
"You're a danger to us all and the sooner you leave, the better," Nya added when all of a sudden the door to the classroom opened and one of the teachers walked in, only to freeze when he saw the state of the classroom.
"What happened here?" The teacher asked in shock. Morro simply huffed in annoyance as he pushed passed the stunned teacher and stormed down the hall and out of sight. They just let him go. Lloyd wanted to chase after him but he knew the others were right; Morro didn't belong here...
****************
After school, the gang went to their favorite hangout, the Yin & Yang Bistro, to gather their thoughts. They would have gone to Wu's tea shop, Steep Wisdom, but they didn't want Lloyd's uncle to listen in on their conversation. Alas, instead of a quiet place for them to discuss what they had witnessed as they had hoped, the gang had to watch as Miss Jinro's forest stakeout class met at the cafe to prepare.
"Apologies, students." She sighed as the class started to get impatient. "We're waiting for the last few stragglers to show and then we go."
"Ya've got five more minutes unless yer buying somethin'" The cafe owner, Mr. Burke, grumbled from the counter.
"I still think we should tell someone, you know," Jay whispered.
"Yeah, let's tell Mom and Uncle Wu that a strange werewolf just showed up at our school and trashed a classroom after trying to attack a student." Lloyd laughed bitterly.
"To be fair who hasn't wanted to kick Chad's ass." Kai snicked, only to yelp when his sister kicked him under the table.
"This isn't a joke Kai." She hissed as Pixel and Zane walked over to them.
"Are you coming to the forest walk too?" Zane kindly asked.
"Pass," Cole said as the rest scrambled for excuses. Just when they thought their day couldn't get any worse, however, Harumi and her army of cheerleaders suddenly walked in and scanned the room.
"Hey, Burke, has Morro been here?" She asked sweetly.
"Who?"
"He's this tall and dreamy and he beat the crap out of Chad."
"Ah, the Dobsons' new foster kid." Burke laughed and the gang paled.
"M-Morro's in foster care?" Zane asked.
"Yeah, must have been a bad boy ta get moved all tha way up here for a fresh start."
"He's an orphan?" Cole gasped as a look of shame on his face, hard with the others.
"Most foster children have parents somewhere." Pixel stated. "He was probably moved up by Social Services so he to get away from them." She added and Lloyd's stomach dropped in horror. Morro was probably all alone in the world, stuck in a strange place, with no-one to turn to; trying to make it in the world all alone and he and when he does meet another one of his own kind they reject him. Before anyone could say another word, Lloyd, Cole, Jay, and Kai ran out of the bistro, leaving everyone in a stunned and confused silence...
****************
The four teenage boys spent the better part of half an hour tracking the new kid all over the entire city until they followed his scent to the forest at the edge of the city. The giant forest was tremendous, gloomy, and lush. Its canopy was ruled by willow, oak, walnut, and cottonwood, who let through enough dancing beams of sunshine for a hodgepodge of sprouts to rule the insect riddled soils below. Many people were too scared to enter.
Only nature lovers, hikers, and the occasional dog walker ever went in the forest.
Coiling branches clung to many a tree, and a potpourri of flowers, which desperately tried to avoid the shadows, spruced up the otherwise homogeneous scenery. A mixture of beastly sounds, most belonged to foraging animals, added life to the forest, and were out of sync with the sound of the wind blowing gently through the forest. Many normal humans had gotten lost in the dense green world, but Lloyd and the others knew this place like the back of their hands.
They decided to split up, hoping to cover more ground.
Jay and Lloyd went to search closer to the road while Cole and Kai went deeper into the forest. As they walked along the empty road, Lloyd suddenly grabbed his friend's arm and pointed further up the road where they saw Morro Ren walking along the edge of the road, his head down. They knew must have smelled or heard them, so he was simply ignoring them.
"Morro!" Lloyd shouted as they ran to catch up to him.
"Don't worry, I'm out of here." He growled, still looking at his feet as he picked up the pace.
"Please don't! We're sorry, don't go, we can help you." Jay pleaded.
"Help?" He scoffed. "I've had help; counseling and other stupid shit."
"You need to learn to control your wolf self before someone gets hurt... probably you," Lloyd explained, only for them both to jump when Morro suddenly turned around and glared daggers at them
"You're just like the rest of them!" He snarled.
"We know about the Dobsons," Jay replied in a trembling voice. "We know you're alone."
"So?"
"We're like you, you saw that." Lloyd tried to reassure, only for the new kid to shove them away.
"You might like me, you think the same as them!" He snapped. "You're just trying to make me better; but, you know what? What I am, what I turn into, that is way better!" He roared with a big grin on his face. "It's better than anything I've ever known and I'm not letting anyone take that away from me!"
"We're not gonna let you do this," Lloyd warned.
"Go ahead, stop me!" He jeered with a cruel laugh. "Use your wolfy powers and see how long it takes for someone to find out what you are; because no one at school knows your little secret, do they?" He asked and they looked away, their thoughts drifting to Pixel for a brief second. "I thought not; I've got nothing to lose here, unlike you." He smirked before taking off into the forest at full speed.
"Hey!" Jay cried as they chased after him.
"Stop!" Lloyd called as he disappeared into the trees. If they hadn't been werewolves Lloyd and Jay might have lost him, if not for their incredible sense of smell, or Morro's cheap cologne. They quickly tracked him down and before the smug kid could even blink he was tackled by them both. They all cried out and grunted as they rolled down the hill and crashed into the dirt trail. After they managed to untangle themselves, Lloyd was shocked to see Pixel and Zane standing in the middle of the trail with Miss Jinro's forest stakeout class.
Seconds later Kai and Cole came running over the hill and into the awkward tension.
"Sorry, we're late, everyone." Kai weakly chuckled. "Seen any squirrels yet?"
"No, you lot have scared off every animal for miles." Miss Jinro glared before turning to the group of students. "I'm sorry, everyone, we'll have to come back another day." She sighed as they walked away, leaving the gang, Pixel, and Morro alone. As soon as the teacher and class were gone, Pixel glared and advanced towards the group of boys.
"Well done, guys! This was something important to me and Zane." She snapped.
"There's something important we have to do." Cole tried to explain.
"Like what?"
"Morro is more important than any club." Lloyd glared. "The thing is... Morro and I... are related?" He quickly lied, shocking everyone. "Distant cousins; he's the black sheep of the family, and I didn't want him here, so I treated him badly, which is why he lashed out and trashed the classroom."
"We don't have to be best friends, but Morro's here now," Zane added.
"OK." Jay smiled.
"Sure." Pixel sighed.
"Welcome to Ninjago." Cole smiled as he gave the new kid a firm handshake.
"You really don't like soccer?" Kai suddenly asked. Everyone stared at him for a few seconds before they all burst out laughing, Morro included...
****************
Later that evening, as the sun was starting to set, casting it's beautiful orange and shadows among the forest, instead of going home with Zane and Pixel, Lloyd and the others stayed in the forest to have a talk with Morro. There were things they needed to sort out.
"So... where you from?" Kai asked.
"My parents used to live in Stiix; they... they died when I was two," Morro mumbled, his eyes fixed at the rustling branches of the trees.
"And nobody knows what you are?" Cole asked in shock and awe when he shook his head.
"So, what did you do for the full moon last night?" Jay asked.
"I couldn't stay in my bedroom, could I?" He scoffed. "I climbed out of my window and made for the forests."
"So it was your paw-print that Pixel found!" Lloyd gasped; none of them would have been nieve enough walk so close to the city in wolf form.
"Was it your first full moon change?" Asked Cole sympathetically, knowing how scared he was for his first full moon transformation.
"Second." He replied. "The first got me kicked out of my last foster home."
"What happened?" Jay asked.
"Don't know." He shrugged. "I went to bed and woke up in a ditch naked; turns out I trashed my bedroom, so they kicked me out." He mumbled before clearing his throat and straightening up. "Anyway, what about you? I mean, full moons must be epic out here."
"Yeah, they're pretty cool." Cole shrugged.
"Well, I and Nya haven't started transforming yet." Lloyd sighed.
"So, I know more about this stuff than you do?" He laughed.
"Yeah, you're the expert." Kai laughed. "That's why you lost it with Chad in front of half the school."
"I didn't know that could happen." Morro glared. "I only thought werewolves went hairy at the full moon."
"We feel the urge to change when we feel threatened or angry too," Jay explained. "Learn to control it, and you can transform whenever you want."
"How do you know all this stuff?"
"Our parents tell us." Kai shrugged and Morro's eyes grew to the size of saucers.
"You have parents like us?" He cried.
"Well, sort of." Lloyd winced and turned the others, who all gave their nods of approval. "I live with my Mom and uncle who are like us, Kai lives his sister and his parents are werewolves too but they're usually out of town on business, Cole lives with his dad but Lou's human, Zane lives with his dad who's one of us and Jay lives with his parents, but they're both humans."
"I'm adopted but they know what I am and they don't care." Jay quickly added when he saw Morro's confused look.
"We were all born this way, you're normal." Lloyd smiled. "Everything you thought made you a freak: sight, hearing, speed, sense of smell, they're all completely normal for a werewolf; if you stay you'd have a pack, at last, people to teach you."
"So, say I did stick around, only for a bit, no promises." He quickly said when he saw the hopeful looks on their faces. "No rules, no lectures, you can keep your group hugs and your big, furry family, I'll do things my way."
"A lone wolf, huh?" Kai smirked. "I think you and I are gonna get on great."
"Next time you lose control over your wolf self, what happens then?" Cole asked.
"Well, that'll be an interesting day, won't it?" Morro smirked as he got up and walked away. Lloyd and the others shared a nervous look, worrying about what the new day would bring...

Kitchen Epoxy Floor
If you are looking for the best epoxy for your kitchen, this is the time to find it out.
While choosing epoxy for your kitchen, consider the following factors:
Low maintenance:
The kitchen is the most susceptible place to get stains and dirt. Not when you have the quality epoxy finish. The smooth finish doesn’t let food items and spills stay on the floor and become permanent. A single swipe of mop will remove the stains and other dirt. Hence, you don’t need to maintain the epoxy floor as much as you need to do with other floors.
Colour Options:
You get a huge variety of colours when it comes to epoxy. Therefore, you can choose any colour for your kitchen.
Stain Resistant:
Another sign of the right epoxy is stain resistance. If you have kids, you don’t have to worry about them making the floor dirty.
You can choose any of the above epoxies for your kitchen or the entire home.
So get in touch with the leading agency for your epoxy flooring in Adelaide.
So do it right now!

for another command, I want to see Connor allow Hanna to leave if she wants to and treat her like a normal person, but at the same time I want Hanna to not be able to leave as a command and watch her freak out that she can’t take the opportunity to leave like she wants to >:)
A prompt from @eatyourdamnpears. Man, talk about an emotionally brutal prompt! Thanks Carly for the continuing support and the wonderfull prompt! Please, keep ‘em comming! The events in this prompt DO NOT occurs in the actual plot.

>> CW: panic attacks<<
Guards collected Hanna from her room and imediatly she assumed they were taking her to the basement for another . . . disciplinary session. She fought back, thrashing and kicking and biting and bucking, but their grasps on her arms held tight.
“Can you stop fighting us!” The guard protested. “Please! Just calm down! We’re not going to hurt you.”
Hanna refused and continued to fight back harder. With an anguished scream her hands started glowing. In truth it didn’t matter if they were taking her to the dungeon or not. Conner was more that willing to torture or humiluate her in any of the rooms in the mansion, be it the kitchen, living room, garden, or master bedroom.
She could feel her hands as they glowed brighter and warmer, and as they did so the guards vocallize their concerns.
“Her hands!” Said the one guard panicked.
“I know! I see!”
“Can we knock her out?”
“Conner said not to hurt her!”
‘He probably told them that beacause he wants me in prime torturing condition.’ She thinks to herself.
Behind her back she shoots a beam of light and hears the lound sound of shattering glass behind her. She releases another and this time, it’s followed by the sound of splintering wood and heavy falling objects. She keeps going.
“SHE’S DESTROYING THE ROOM!"
“Just shut the hell up and do your job! We’re almost --”
Hanna releases a blast from her left hand and it catches the guard on her left in the stomach. He gets blasted away from Hanna, and she uses her free hand to blast away the guard on her right. It wasn’t her strongest attack, but it managed to push them both back about ten yards. It doen’t give her much time, but it would have to do.
She sends it down the hallway, not knowing where she’s going, but running none the less. At the end of the hall she gets to the elevator and once inside she punches the button with a “G”. Impatiently, she yells at the doors when they don’t close fast enough, and then blasts both of guards back again to ensure that their arms don’t prevent the doors from closing. The the doors finally close with a chime she hits the floor breathing hard and out of breath. On the other side of the elevator door the two guards can be heard yelling and pounding on the metal with their fists.
She sighs. She did it. She got away from the guards. Now all she had to do was get out of the elevator and run. She was fast and nimble and if she booked it to the woods she could probably disappear and find a town nearby. There had to be a town nearby, right? She shook her head. It didn’t matter if there was a town nearby or not. She would walk until she stumbled across something, and from there get situated. First thing on the list was food, then money, followed by proper cloths. Currently she wearing gym shorts and a white tank top. She’s illlprepared for the woods and she knows that she’s going to be spending the next couple days  cold, wet, covered in scratches, and hungery.
The elevator hits the ground level floor and she stops moving. She picks herself up off of the floor and when the doors open and she peaks outside cautiously. Apparently the “G” button didn’t stand for ground, but instead garage, because she finds herself standing in an empty three car garage. It was dead silent in the garage, and from the looks of it there weren’t any cameras either.
‘Change of plans. Steal a car and fuck walking in the woods.’
Hanna jumps into the blue Jaguar and inspects the steering colum. With most old cars one could rip open the steering column and expose the wires underneath. But newer cars posed a small challenge, and required screwdriver and some dismantling. She checked and found that she indeed needed a screwdriver.
‘Shit.’ She hated wasting time but risking three minutes now could save her massivley in the long run. Jumping out of the car she starts searching the garage quickly and frantically for a flathead. She finds an old toolbox and digs though it loud enough and long enough to not notice the elevator as they open.
Screwdriver in hadn Hanna turn and jumps when she sees Conner. She drops the screwdriver and it clangs to the ground, and she aims two glowing hands his way. So far every time Hanna attempted to escape Conner managed to stop her. But this time would be different. This time she was well rested, fed, and had plenty of light in the room to form several decent attack.
Her hands start glowing and she drops to body defensivley. “You’re not going to stop me this time.” She growls. “My time here, is over.”
Conner frowns and though her desperatly wants to retort with some cheeky comment, he refrains. Instead, he extracts the keys to the blue Jauguar from his coat pocket and gives them a tight squeeze to steady his trembling rage. He looks down to the ground and closes his eyes. Everything his parents ever taught him goes against what he’s about to do.
With angry and forlon expression he averted gaze from Hanna and walks to the driver’s side of the car. He sticks the key in the ignition and starts the engine.
“The nearest town from here is south about fifty miles, so when you pull out of here take a left and keep going straight.” He stands up and watches her watching him with her glowing hands still raised. She didn’t trust him at all, and she was right to. He had held her against her will, humiluated her, tortured her, and starved her. And though he knew he couldn’t make up for his actions, he hoped giving her freedome would help offset some of his sin. “If you open up the engine you should be able to get there in twenty minutes, and from there its another two hours to the closest large city.”
He pulls his wallet out of his back pocket. “This baby gets seventy miles to the gallon because its half electric, and it only takes about forty dollars to fill the tank. Here’s all of the cash I have on me. It’s not a lot but it should be enough for you to buy a one way plane ticket to anywhere within the states.” He places three hundred dollars in cash in the glove compartment and then walks to the front of the car. “I would give you my card but then I’ll have to report you for stealing it, and then the police will get involved. Which I’m assuming isn’t something you want.”
Hanna watches and listens to him, but she can't seem to comprehend his actions and words. “What - what are you doing?” She asks.
His brown eyes meet hers and Hanna is startled by the pain and anger within them. “I’m helping you.” He says.
Hanna powers down and her arms drop to her sides. She’s still on guard, but she feels that his confession is genuine. A horrible feeling bubbles in her chest and stomach and she fights against it.
"You're free.” He continues. “Go. Find your friends. Get your family back. It's over. I’m letting you go." He hits a button on the side of the wall and the garage door behind the Jauguar rolls back loundly.
She still doesn’t understand. ‘Her captor had bought her. He liked torturing her. So why in the world, after only a week of possessing her, was he letting her go.’ Hanna continues to stand there stunned. She’s never seen this part of him before and for some reason it’s making her. ‘Was this a trap?’
“Go!”
Hanna jumps like a startled dog being scolded, but instead of moving towards the vehicle, she takes a step away from it. The bubbling feeling in her belly builds, rises to her chest, and squeezes at her heart. The feeling is all to familular and she realizes with horror that she’s having a panic attack. Just like when she was a little girl and a prisoner at Syrtex.
‘But, why on earth was she panicking? This was it! This was her moment. She was so close! All she had to do was jump in the car and drive. So why was she panicking? What triggered her?’ She takes another step backwards and when she bumps into the toolbox it clanks loudly, which startles her even more.
“Hanna?” says Conner with concern in his voice.
Hanna laces her fingers behind her neck and tucks her head into her chest in a desperate attempt to calm herseld down. Closing her eyes, she tries to determine the trigger so that she can stop the attack.
“Hanna?” Conner slowly advances on Hanna and though he’s multiple feet away and not threatening her, she backs away. She breaths harder and harder, unable to draw air, and unable to calm her racing heart. Hanna wraps her arms around her head and slides down the face of the tool chest. Small whimpers escape through her weazy shaky breaths.
Conner’s kneels before her alarmed and with wide brown eyes that are looking for her face. He’s never seen her like this before, not even during their disciplinary sessions. This side of her was completely new to him. “Hanna what is it?” He reaches out to rub her back. “What’s wrong?” His hand touches her and the physical contact causes Hanna to snap.
A sudden burst of light explodes outwards from Hanna’s core and the force it knocks Conner several feet backwards and onto his back. The lights in the room flicker as her rolls onto his side and looks up at her. He still has no idea whats going on.
With her head still pressed into her knees Hanna’s claws and pulls and her hair. Her whole body is glowing faintly and the sight is something Conner has never seen before.
“You need to get away from me.” she moans.
Conner doesn’t get any closer to Hanna, but he fixes himself so he’s sitting upright. “No. Hanna, I’m not -- ”
She cries and releases another surge of uncontrollable power. This one pushes  Conner, who had been kneeling infront of her, backwards again violently. On the ground he flips over so he’s on his stomach and looking up at Hanna.
She’s looking down at him with green teary eyes that are wide and terrified. “Please. Just. Go.” She begs with a broken voice.
The desperation in her voice convinces him to move back and give her more space. He moves to the elevator and remains sitting there patiently until it’s over, refusing to leave her alone in this condition.

Comm 05 - NSFW - Opulence Ch. 2
Rating: NC-17, Explicit Tags: Female!Reader, NTR, Cunnilingus, Penetration
A continuation from the same person who commissioned Opulence! Thank you so much!
============================================================
He is displeased.
That much you can tell just by looking at how is jaw is clenched, his movements rigid, but still elegant as he uses his knife to cut off another piece of his steak. You can’t help the pit of guilt that sits deep within your heart, knowing that you are the cause of his unhappiness.
He’s not making conversation, leaving the outing feeling cold and forced, and you do your best to remain in high spirits despite knowing that this date gone sour is all due to your own indecision.
It had been about four or so months since start your affair; you hated calling it that, but could find no other word more fitting to the fact that you were still in a (supposedly) committed relationship while entertaining another man’s affections. Your own infidelity nagged at you in the back of your mind, the proverbial elephant in the room in every sense of the word.
Which is exactly why your lover was currently cutting very fiercely into his steak.
Since that first time you had come together with Emet-Selch, you made an arrangement meet on the weekends; you would take your car to a nearby parking garage where you would leave it there for the night and slip into Emet-Selch’s luxury car, legs cradled by his fine leather seats and his cologne filling your senses.
The first month or so was hot and heavy; with the two of you hardly able to keep your hands off each other. His hunger for you would spark your own, the two of you sometimes hardly able to even get through the door of his apartment before clothes would start getting pulled off, if they ever made it off at all. Emet-Selch was a lover beyond compare, always pleasing you, even if you knew it also fed into his own pride. He took great care at learning your needs, wanting to see to them before seeing to his own.
You wondered if the desire between the two of you was palpable, despite your best efforts to keep the appearance of “just friends” when you continued to meet at the local coffee shop for lunch. He continued to let you keep up appearances of paying for your own food, swiping your own card, but as soon as you sat down you’d find a crisp twenty dollar bill waiting for you at the table. It was obvious that eating out constantly at the small cafe didn’t even put a dent in his finances, let alone his ability to treat you to fine dining every weekend.
He had proved his devotion, his ability to love and provide for you time and time again. He had cared for you more than your boyfriend ever had, even at the start of your relationship when the butterflies were strongest, which served to twist the metaphorical knife just that deeper. At this point, anyone was well within their rights to ask why you still remained with your boyfriend, the fact you were cheating on him aside.
Why remain with someone who did not love you, when someone who wanted to give you the world was right there?
A part of you knew you were even more terrible continuing to lead Emet-Selch on like this. He deserved better, no matter how much you expressed your love in other ways. He did not always say it outright, that he was jealous, possessive of your attention.
It would show in how hungry his hands were, how hard he bit down onto your flesh to leave marks in places he knew would be hard for you to hide. Places where you’d have to get more creative in your lies to your boyfriend, hoping you would eventually run out. He would buy you clothes that were so clearly outside of your budget, that if your boyfriend had paid attention, he would have noticed. Any and everything to wrap you up in his love, a clear beacon to anyone that was paying attention that you belonged to him, even if you refused to accept it yet.
Though from his sour mood, you feared it might not be that much longer.
You lightly squirmed in your seat, feeling the delicate silk of your underwear beneath your dress. It was one of his favorite ensembles that he had gotten you, all black lace that was so sheer, one could question why you would wear it at all. Hopefully this would be enough to pull him from his obviously dour mood, and buy you a little more time to at least warm up to the idea of finally ending things with your boyfriend.
You do your best to not force what little conversation there is, talking idly about your day, your job and its many frustrations. He responds with slight grunts to let you know he is listening, but otherwise makes no point to engage at all. You suppose it’s only fair, even he has his limits. You say nothing as you both finish your dinner and don’t bother for dessert. He’s silent the entire time as he helps you back into your coat, as he helps you step into his car. You wonder if you should say something to ease the tension, but know that he will speak when he is ready.
The hotel’s opulent stone glints even in the night as he pulls up to the front, his hand already outstretched for the valet to take his keys before the poor lad can even rush over. His hand is warm as he helps you out of the car, ever the gentleman even if he is upset with you for reasons you are still unsure of. Instead, you focus on the echo of your heels against the fine marble flooring as you stroll through the lobby, doing your best to not clutch Emet-Selch’s arm too tightly lest you give away your anxiety. You can hardly remember him walking the two of you over to the receptionist where he pays for your room, so caught up in your thoughts.
The quiet hum of the elevator finally jolts you out of your stupor, your legs moving automatically at the slight tug of Emet-Selch pulling you along out of the elevator and down the hallway.  The tension seems even worse now with you right outside the door, the two of you both knowing the only reason you come to these hotels, but neither of you willing to say the first word that will make it easier to breathe.
The door swings open, and he finally releases your arm to where you may step inside the room first. You take a few steps into the suite, its wide open space no longer a shock to you as you lightly toss your clutch onto the bed. After a few months had passed, you had slowly adjusted to the life of luxury Emet-Selch had lived, seeing it better to accept his gifts rather than fight him on it.
He has still yet to speak, so you begin to slowly peel your coat off in a way you hope is sexy, unused to the act of seduction. You were capable of playing a tease of course, but before someone as confident as Emet-Selch, you had to admit that you were nervous, considering the mood he’s in.
Nonetheless, you feel his eyes on you as you move to hang your coat across the back of a chair, aiming to go for an innocent approach instead. You make no moves to let him know you are ready for him to have his way with you; merely strolling over to the nearby closet where you bend over to peel off your heels one shoe at a time as the skirt of your dress rises up the backs of your thighs. You hear his own clothes shift, spying him taking off his own coat in the reflection of the windows lining one wall.
“Did you want to talk?” You ask tentatively, gently putting your heels away. You give him a passing glance as you move to take your tights off, stopped by his hand practically slamming into the wall next to you. You jolt in surprise, preparing to turn and face him but his hips press against your backside, letting you feel how hot and hard he is in his slacks. His free hand reaches around to clutch at your hip, to press you even closer against him.
You do your best to keep up your act, your surprise genuine as he had never shown any kind of force in your time together. The way he held your hip right now was tighter than usual, a strength shining through that you didn’t think him capable of. You remain silent, waiting for him to speak, whether it is to answer your earlier question, or to say anything at all. If he is mad at you, mad at something else entirely, you would have him share his thoughts with you instead of letting the silence drag on.
“Emet,”
“You know I’m upset, don’t you?” He interrupts, his voice a low growl in his chest. You feel rather than hear him speak, the rumbling baritone of his words pressed against your back and the warmth of his breath against your neck. His lips press gently to your skin, a complete foil compared to his rough handling of your side as he keeps you locked in place against him. “Answer me.”
“Y-Yes.” You tremble, not from fear, but something else entirely. Excitement wars with anxiety feeling the hard outline of his arousal pressed against your lower back, but your rational mind fights to focus on his next words so you can learn the reason for his ire.
“How long must we continue this way?” He breathes, his hand leaving the wall to lay flat against your stomach, slowly drifting upwards. You gasp as his fingers dance up to your fluttering pulse, giving a light, yet possessive squeeze at your response. “I will admit...perhaps I had miscalculated your willingness to stay with your boyfriend…” He seethes, spitting out the title as if it is the most disgusting thing.
Somehow, despite knowing it is you in the wrong, you still find it within yourself to draw upon your own anger, bucking against him, earning a hiss from between clenched teeth. “Miscalculated?” You echo, trying to turn to face him, but his grip on you won’t let you budge. “What are you saying,” He cuts you off with a well placed bite on the back of your neck, hips pressing against you insistently as the hand on your hip leaves to slowly push the hem of your dress up your thighs. Somehow the heat of his hand rivals that of the one between your legs, your head trying to tilt downwards to watch the action but his hand on your neck won’t allow it.
“You know what I’m saying. Don’t twist my words.” He whispers lowly, jerking your dress up suddenly to where it bunches around your hips. You gasp as he roughly grips at your tights, yanking hard enough to rip through the sheer material, your eyes going wide with the action. His hand practically leaps to get back between your legs, fingers slipping between your lower lips, feeling the dampness of the sheer silk you wear. Your legs tremble already from his ministrations, eager for him to slip a finger inside but he continues to merely rub his fingers along your slit.
“D-Don’t tease me,” You whimper, but surprisingly he does not let up. In fact, his touch seems to grow even lighter as he presses himself impossibly closer to you.
“Hasn’t it been you who has been the tease for so long, my love?” He murmurs against your skin, hips grinding his length on the curve of your ass, his other hand yanking the collar of your dress down. You can hear the seams rip and tear at his display of strength, appalled he would so carelessly manhandle your clothing when you do need something to go home in, never mind the fact he had paid for this dress himself.
Once he is satisfied with how far he was torn your dress, that same hand goes to greedily cup a breast, squeezing none too gently in a way that shocks you with how wet it gets you. You feel as if your lungs cannot keep up with the pace of events, chest rising and falling so rapidly into his hand as you fight to breathe alongside the moans he pulls from you. “W-What do you mean,” you rasp as he pinches a nipple betwixt two fingers; rolling and tugging until you are quaking with need under his attentions.
“You know what I mean, don’t be so innocent now.” He chuckles darkly, a shiver running down your spine at his low tone. “I have excused your actions thus far, the cruelty you have shown me...don’t start doing it on purpose now.” He bites hard at your neck, sucking the skin hard enough you know a mark will be there.
“Emet, don’t,” you beg, but he does so anyway, and you hate that it feels too good to make him stop.
“Don’t what?” He snarls, pulling the two of you away from the wall. He urges you both to the bed and you let him lead you, too aroused and confused to do otherwise. The soft sheets cushion your fall as he practically shoves you down, climbing atop you before you have the chance to even move. He attacks your neck with a ferocity you’d never seen before, his hands holding you so tightly as if you might vanish if he lets go.
“Don’t show my love for you?” He questions and the query is like a stab in the heart. Your eyes jump to meet his molten ones, a sea of gold glittering with a pain you felt idiotic for never noticing. “Well?” He hisses, spreading your legs so that he may settle between them.
Your draw your bottom lip between your teeth, already knowing the answer but too afraid, too cowardly to vocalize it. The actual act of any visible marks had not come up in verbal conversation between the two of you; as if he had already known, had already been considerate of your own internal struggle.
So willing and ready to lie in wait while you chipped away at his heart.
“Emet, I,” You try to begin but he seems to have none of it, finding a nipple to pinch between his fingers once again that has you releasing your bottom lip to cry out.
“No excuses. Not tonight.” There is such finality in his voice it shakes you to you core and you tremble as you feel as though you have no choice but to obey. His other hand finally makes its way back between your legs to stroke at your core, your folds glistening with your own juices from how wet you are. Your hips practically leap into his touch, already so hypersensitive from his teasing. Your breath comes out in little pants, your eyes unable to leave his own as his fingers delicately swirl across your clit.
“Look at you...so beautiful…” he praises, leaning in close and you meet him halfway, kissing him deeply as your hands leap bury themselves in his hair, swallowing his groan as his fingers press harder for just a moment, but go back to their light teasing as he breaks the kiss. “My love...you must know how you’re hurting me, don’t you?”
You nod hesitantly, rewarded with him pushing your underwear to the side for your honesty. You moan long and low, thighs clenching around his hand as you try and press yourself into his touch. “I-I don’t mean to,” you whine but it falls on deaf ears as he continues his teasing.
“You still have, regardless.” His fingers on your skin are light, almost as if they are floating just above. You’re a right mess, you know you are, but feel helpless to do anything about it as you can already see where this is going. “So tell me, just how you’ve been hurting me.” He tilts his head thoughtfully as he runs his fingers along the planes of your stomach. “Or shall I have the honors?”
You swallow thickly, feeling like you’re hardly in control of your breathing. “Please don’t tease me,” you whine, trying to angle your hips to where his fingers will slip inside, but he keeps moving away.
His eyelids lower as he sighs, tongue swiping across his lips. “Very well. I will cut to the chase.” Leaning in close, he holds your gaze. “I have tired of this affair.”
Your heart drops immediately, tears already pin pricking behind your eyes as you try to process his words, but he continues, seeing he has upset you. “Not for the reasons you think, my love. I tire of it, because I no longer want to be the ‘other man’.” He sighs, and it is loaded with such hurt you feel as if salt had been added into the wound. “My feelings go far beyond just a little fling. I have wanted you from the moment I first saw you, and knew the risks by engaging in an affair with a woman who was already in an established relationship.”
You hang on his every word, your arousal drifting slowly to the back of your mind until he plays with your clit again, maintaining that pleasure but not driving it any higher. “I have been nothing but courteous to you...kind to you. As much as I have longed to have you for myself, I could see your reservations, despite how you had accepted my seduction.” He smirks at that. “Perhaps I had been too confident then.” He chuckles, the sound rich and velvety like dark chocolate.
The sun has long since set, his skin bathed in the low lighting of the lamps in the room. The city twinkles outside the window, his eyes like twin flames as they sparkle with any light caught within them. You find yourself as enchanted in this moment as you had been day one, at his ethereal beauty that seemed almost otherworldly. You find yourself arrested by his beauty despite everything, feeling your heart wrench all the more at his words.
“My own miscalculations notwithstanding, even I have my limits love.” He whispers, lips hovering just above your own, the scent of your earlier wine drifting across your face. “I hate to do this, but I must present you with an ultimatum this night. Either you become mine, completely, or tonight is the last we shall spend together.”
Nothing would ever lead you to think for a moment that he was bluffing, despite how your mind tried to deny it. Your mind, your foolish mind, wanted to play it off as a joke, a cruel joke, but your heart knew for a fact the severity of his statement.
“Hades…” Your lip trembles as you try to look at anywhere that isn’t him, now faced with the reality of your actions. You struggle to keep it together, even as he slides down your body, strong hands pulling your legs over his shoulders as his breath ghosts across your slit, so wet you can feel it through your panties.
“I can’t...we just...what would people say about you?” You try, the excuse already making your tongue feel like ash as he leans his head to your thigh, his hands ripping your tights further down your legs to expose more skin to his ravenous gaze.
“About me? Love, you are the one in a relationship, not I.” He laughs, pressing a gentle kiss to the skin of your inner thigh. “As far as anyone in my circle is concerned, we merely see each other, as adults are free to do. In fact, most assume already that we are involved. I would like to confirm their suspicions if it’s all the same to you.” He purrs, pressing his lips against your core, your thighs nearly clamping his head between them.
“H-How would we even see each other?” The excuse is terrible, but still you press forward. “Even now we can only meet each other on weekends, not to mention you live clear across town,” your query is stopped with a sharp bite to your thigh, the yelp you release less than dignified.
“It would be nothing to get the proper services to move you out of your shabby, little apartment and into my home. Really dear, you must come up with better excuses.” He reprimands, to which you furrow your brows in anger.
“They are not excuses!” You retort, pushing at his shoulders, but your arms are weak from his ministrations, to which he smirks. “Then are they truths?” He asks.
“No,” you say before you can stop yourself, biting down hard on your lip at your slip up. Any hope that Emet-Selch won’t notice is thrown out the window as you notice the intelligent glint in his eyes, the golden pools pinning you fiercely.
“Well? What is the truth?” He presses, his grip on your thighs increasing in strength unconsciously. “Do not think to lie; not when our arrangement is built around it. I deserve your honesty.” He rumbles, and you feel your lip tremble as you try to hold back your tears.
“I’m not nearly good enough for you.” You admit, eyes drooping as your hands move to wipe at the tears that have begun to fall.
“Don’t cry.” He coos, moving to climb up your body, arms snaking around to hold you close. “What could have ever put that notion in your head?” He questions, pressing kisses to your temple.
“Hades, look at us!” You cry, pushing him back to look at you. “You are an architect! A successful one at that, you are a businessman, a CEO, and you ask me how I think I couldn’t possibly measure up! Just one of your cars is probably worth more than a year’s salary for me!” You try so hard to keep from raising your voice, finding it hard to do so when you are caught in the whirlwind of your emotions. “You have shown me a life that I never would have known otherwise; of dining at restaurants whose food I can’t even begin to pronounce. Sleeping in four star hotels, riding in luxury cars…” you trail off, finally able to look him in the eye.
“What do I look like, driving around in my dingy little car, dating someone as amazing as you?” You whimper pitifully, your chest heaving as you finally reveal what had sat in your heart.
“I can always buy,”
“Do you really think that would make me feel better?” You cut him off, feeling a growl of your own rise in your throat. “I have enjoyed your gifts, truly I have, but these are not gifts someone like me is used to accepting! Dinners that are worth a weeks worth of groceries, Hades! Dresses that are worth the rent of my shabby, little apartment!” You huff, watching as he seems to process your words.
“Do you know how much it has hurt to care for you as deeply as I do, despite feeling so hilariously out of your league?” You ask, swiping more tears off your face. In little time do you feel his hands reaching to cup your cheeks, thumbs swiping to stop the tracks of your tears.
“Is this what you’ve been holding inside you for so long?” You hear him ask, your eyes fluttering to meet his own. The love and adoration you see there calms you, taking deep breaths as he continues to caress you. “If I knew these were your fears, I would have soothed them immediately. My love, you must know that I care for you as much, if not more so.”
The confession makes your heart do little flips, breath stolen away. “You could’ve been a barista at the shop where I met you, and still you would’ve enchanted me, even then.” He smiles, leaning forward to press a kiss to each of your eyes. “Your social standing means nothing to me; I want you to stand by my side.”
The words themselves feel like enough to get you crying again, but you manage to keep it together. “You really mean it?” you ask, wanting to hear it again.
“I love you, my darling. Please, stay by my side.” He asks, almost begs, and you nod, giggling lightly as you see his smile broaden. Leaning forward he presses his lips to yours, the kiss soft and chaste until your bodies slide against each other just so, arousal rekindling as his tongue slips inside your mouth, taking over the kiss hungrily. Your legs start to curl around his hips again,  but he won’t have it, hands caressing your thighs. “You’re mine.” He growls, and the sound of it sends shocks up your spine as he presses the head of his cock toward you entrance.
“D-Don’t tease me anymore,” you whimper, unsure if you really could take much more of it. He presses a kiss to your temple just as he slides his length inside you, smirking at your drawn out moan as he pushes himself inside inch by delicious inch.
“No, my love. You have earned your reward.” He purrs, finally fully hilted inside of you, his cock filling you ever so sweetly. It nearly knocks the wind out of you after being stimulated for so long, but feels even more delicious for it after being denied. He gives you a few moments to adjust to his girth, no matter how many times you have been together. You pull him down for another kiss, pouring all of your love and affection inside of it, sighing as he finally allows your legs to ensnare his hips.
He pulls out slowly, savoring the feel of you as much as he wants you to feel the length of him, his golden eyes focused on your face as you throw your head back in abandon. “H-Hades,” you gasp, breasts bouncing as he slams back inside, that earlier forcefulness rearing its head and your face flushes brightly as you find you like it. Your arms loop around his shoulders as he nips and kisses at your neck, further cementing the fact you are now his.
So caught up in your pleasure, you do not realize that your phone has started to ring.
You’re almost jolted back to reality somehow, your head turning to your forgotten clutch in a panic as you hear the chiming sounds of your ringtone. Your panic rises as you feel one of Emet-Selch’s hands leave your body to reach for it, opening the clutch with little effort and fetching your phone.
When he smirks, you feel your stomach drop.
“How...fortuitous.” He cackles, grinning at the screen before facing it towards you. Your eyes widen as your boyfriend’s name flashes on screen, the phone still vibrating in Emet-Selch’s hand. “You don’t even have to go home and end things tonight. You can cut to the chase, right here.”
“Hades! That’s so...so,” Exciting? Your mind supplies. “Shameless!” You blurt, feeling your cheeks sting from shame.
“Well you must forgive me later then, I find myself wanting a bit more assurance that you will end things.” Emet-Selch sighs, making a show of turning the phone back to finally pick up the call.
“Hello?” He answers, voice crystal clear and sharp, crisp and professional. The esteemed Emet-Selch. “Oh, you’re looking for her? I’m a colleague of hers, if you give me a moment, I can let you speak with her. I believe she had something of import to tell you.” His grin is devilish, arm outstretched as he hands the phone to you. With trembling hands you take it from him, heaving out a sigh before finally putting the phone to your ear.
“H-Hello?” You greet, swallowing thickly to try and have your voice sounds as normal as possible.
“Hello? Babe? You all right?” To hear him call you “babe” makes you visibly frown, but you say nothing about it as you force a smile into your voice. “I’m all right sweetie! Did you need something?” You ask in an attempt to distract him.
At that moment Emet-Selch resumes his movement inside you, stroking painfully slow that you would hit him were you not doing your best to quiet your noises. “The boys canceled on me tonight, and I noticed you weren’t home. Have you been going out on the weekends?” You try your best not to roll your eyes, despite knowing your boyfriend can’t see the action. Of course now he would notice your sudden absence at home.
“Yeah, I’m just...out with some colleagues! We had dinner and now we’re having drinks…!” Your pitch nearly skyrockets as Emet-Selch slams particularly hard into your core, shocks of pleasure racing to every nerve ending in your body. You toss him an angry look, to which he looks frustratingly unrepentant, continuing his slow measured strokes inside your body.
“Are you okay?” You can hardly hear your boyfriend’s words over your racing pulse, can hardly recall what he had even said as your body continuously draws attention to how wonderful Emet-Selch feels inside of you. “I-I’m fine,” you rasp, biting down hard on your lip as you try to arch your hips toward his. “T-Tell me about your day?” You prompt, desperate to push the weight of the conversation back on him.
“Yeah, sure. Today at work,” your boyfriend’s words slowly become background noise, your mind hardly even able to supply the necessary “mhms” to let him know you were listening as Emet-Selch continues to fuck you. The pleasure steadily builds, Emet’s thumb pressing insistently at your clit in an attempt to wreck your already ruined voice, his brows furrowing at how you are unfortunately too good at keeping your voice even despite the pleasure he gives you.
So he stops.
You flash him a pleading look, trying to hook your legs around his hips but he won’t budge. He won’t move at all, lips pressed in a straight line as he fixes you with a stare that says everything and nothing at once. A whole conversation passes between the two of you with just a look, nothing needing to be said with words.
Just as you begin to open your mouth to speak, he pulls out and plunges back in, tearing a moan from your throat before you can cover it. Your face heats in shame, but what surprises you more is how good it felt, finally able to let that moan go.
“Babe?”
Emet-Selch thrusts again, another moan torn from your throat, and this time you make no move to even bother to stop it. The grin on Emet-Selch’s face is absolutely devious, dark lips pulled into a smug smirk as he resumes his motions to coax more moans to the forefront.
“Babe?”
It takes you a moment to find the words to respond to your boyfriend, one of Emet’s hands trailing up your body, greedy fingers rewarding  you with a squeeze to one mound. You can feel your grip on the phone slacken, hardly able to maintain a firm grip as he assaults your body with pleasure. Somewhere through the haze you can hear your boyfriend’s distressed calls of your name, unable to make yourself care that there’s no hiding just what it is you’re doing.
At the very least, you don’t have to hide anymore now.
You shed your inhibitions and moan for your lover, eyes fluttering shut as you arch your body into his waiting touch. His pleasure seems to double with your actions, allowing yourself the time to merely enjoy the sensations your bodies create together. In the back of your mind, you can’t help but feel a little sorry for your boyfriend, to find out this way.
Only a little.
“What are you doing?!” You hear your boyfriend shout, obviously very angry now that he’s put two and two together. Lazily you place the call on speaker, dropping it next to your head so you can reach back for Emet-Selch.
“I’m leaving you.” You say simply, doing nothing to hold back the continuous whimpers and moans Emet pulls from you. He fucks harder, the sound of skin on skin surely being picked up by the phone and that in itself gets you wetter as he slams into you. “Faster,” you moan, your hands twining with his as he loses himself to the rhythm of his thrusts.
You grip his hands tighter, trying to find your right words to say between each moan Emet-Selch pulls past your sinful lips. “Maybe if you weren’t...constantly neglecting me…” Emet releases one of your hands long enough to press a thumb to your clit that has you squealing before you can finish the sentence. “I would...I wouldn’t be here, with another man…” It feels harsh to say, but you know it to be true.
Months ago, you would’ve never see yourself in the arms of another man, no matter how well he took care of you. You had loved your boyfriend until it felt like you couldn’t anymore. When he had started spending less time with you, it tore you apart, piece by piece.
It was his own fault, for being blind to the fact that someone else could come along and put you back together again.
“I’ve found someone who treats me like I’m his entire world. Someone who knows how to please me, who makes me feel loved...” You bite down hard on your lip, feeling your orgasm close. “H-Hades,”
He doesn’t need to hear how weak your voice is to tell how close you are to the edge, needing that final push into oblivion. With the ease of practice does he angle his hips just so, press down on your clit in a way that has you crying out in release as your orgasm washes over you. Your legs lock around his hips, holding him close as your walls constrict around him that forces a deep groan out of him, your vision feeling like it’s blurring around the edges as bliss laces itself through your veins.
Coming down from your high, you manage to weakly turn toward your phone as Emet-Selch continues to chase his own release. “Goodbye...I’m Emet’s good girl now.” You sigh, ending the call as you turn your gaze back to the man above you. His eyes are shut tight, mouth open slightly as he moans your name with abandon.
“I’m so close,” he rasps, hips slamming into your own. “Gods, I,”
“I love you, Hades.” You tell him, meaning every single word from the depth of your heart. “I’m yours now.”
With those words alone he falls over the edge, barely managing to pull out just as he comes, stroking himself as his seed lands on your chest. You gladly accept it, taking in his orgasm as it is a sight of which you will never tire. Head thrown back in ecstasy, throat bobbing as he gulps down air. His lips sighing your name so lovingly, so adoringly that it makes your heart swell just to hear it.
As he finishes, he bends over to claim your lips, the kiss all fire and passion as his tongue dances with your own, his teeth nibbling on your bottom lip. You can hear him growl “mine” underneath his breath, his hand on your hip giving a possessive squeeze when he does so. Parting for air, he peppers your jaw with kisses, showering you with affection, tickling your chin so that he can hear you laugh.
“Hades,”
“I love you too.” He purrs into your skin, not stopping his silly affections for you as he continues to sprinkle kisses across your face. “I’m so glad you’re mine.” The relief in his voice is evident, even past the smug air at having witnessed you breaking up with your now ex-boyfriend in front of him. When he looks at you, you swear not even your ex-boyfriend had looked at you with nearly as much ardor.
He reaches to hold you close, but you push him away, laughing all the while. “Hades! Let’s get clean first!” You smack him lightly on the chest, watching as he grabs your wrist, bringing your hand to his lips to pepper kisses along it as well. “Have you always been so affectionate?” You ask, watching as his eyes slide to yours, lips pulling into a genuine smile.
“I have. I was just waiting for you to be mine first.” He whispers against your skin, turning your hand so that he may place a kiss upon the back of it. “You do not know the joy I feel in knowing I get to take you home tonight.” Those words alone give you enough of an idea, relief at no longer having to hide your true love blossoming in your chest.
“I look forward to it.” You grin, sitting yourself up to caress his face. “In fact, I look forward to a lot of things.”
It takes very little time for you to be moved from your shared apartment with your ex, to the penthouse apartment of Emet-Selch. The change still takes some getting used to, having to park your cute and comfortable hatchback next to his line of luxury cars. There is a bit of back and forth between the two of you as far as redecorating goes, your main complaint being that his home does not feel like home; it is too empty, too minimalistic, as expected of someone who is rich. You find great joy in seeing him give a reserved sigh any time you bring any new knick knack or decoration into your home.
Due to your months of already being in an affair, adjusting to a life of leisure is a somewhat easy transition. At times you must remind Emet-Selch, Hades, your precious Hades, that while the silver and gold is nice, you still enjoy your comforts. He could easily purchase you clothes from designers from cities you had never even heard of, but you enjoyed the simplicity of finally being able to afford all the online dresses you’d been eyeing for months. He never saw fit to deny you, willing to do whatever it was to make you happy.
He had even offered for you to quit your job; he made more than enough to take care of the both of you. Another offer you had once again turned down, still wanting to be able to work and make your own money and feel independent. You had actually managed to snag a job as a personal secretary, something he was unhappy with at first, but you had eased his doubts and told him it would be fine.
You liked your boss enough, and the pay was even better than your previous job, seeing as the large office building you walked into felt like it reached into the very sky itself. The sound of your heels clicking against the immaculate floor makes you feel powerful as you stroll into your boss’s office, shutting the door softly behind you.
“Good afternoon.” You greet, shifting the stack of folders in your arms. Silence rings through the large office, your brows furrowing at his obvious rudeness. “I said,”
“I heard what you said.” He interrupts, sounding as bored as ever. “What is that you have?” He asks, as if he shouldn’t have to bother.
“The reports for--”
“Bring them here.”
You bite down hard on your lip before saying something you will regret, keeping your chin up as you calmly stroll over to the large, ornate desk near the far glass wall. Windows reach high to the ceiling, the city sprawling out behind him.
Coming to a stop, you gently place the folders on his desk. “These are the reports for,”
“Ah, ah.” He tuts, golden eyes flickering, waggling his finger. “Bring them over here.” He purrs, and the sound goes straight to your groin. Gingerly you pick up the files, doing your best to remain composed as you circle the desk to stand in front of your boss. “Now, sit them down on the desk.”
As you prepare to follow orders, his hand reaches out to catch yours, yanking you into his lap. “Hades!” You squeal, hardly able to keep yourself from colliding with him. His hands quickly grasp the backs of your thighs, spreading your legs so that you may straddle his lap. Chest to chest, you can feel your heart racing a mile a minute, eyes flicking to the door in a panic.
“You did lock the door behind you, didn’t you?” You hear him ask, trying to peel yourself off him, but his strength won’t let you budge. Really, where did he get it from…
“I think so?” You squeak out as he pulls you atop his bulge, your face heating instantly. Somehow you are not surprised by the fact he’s not at all bothered at the prospect of his door being potentially unlocked and anyone just strolling in.
“No matter. It’s not my fault if someone comes for an unexpected visit.” He purrs, hands sliding to grip your backside in his hands. Giving a firm squeeze he lifts his hips toward your own, your breath stolen away as pleasure zips through your body. “I will simply tell them I am punishing my secretary for getting no work done on the job.” He smirks, hiking your skirt up even higher, clearly enjoying your embarrassment.
“I can’t get any work done if my boss can’t keep his hands off of me,” You give him a smack, to which he happily gives you one on your ass in return. “You are just looking to get caught!” You hiss under your breath, hardly able to stifle your laugh at his innocent expression.
“There’s nothing to catch my dear. You are mine now.” He grins, bringing you down for a kiss. It takes you little time to return it, your bodies melding together as you loop his arms around his neck. Those reports on his desk lie abandoned and forgotten, but perhaps they could be worked on another day.
