LazyTown AU Idea

So, I'm not sure if anyone has thought of this already, but has anyone ever thought about a Sportarobbie Pet Groomer AU?

Picture this:

Robbie brings in his rescued mixed breed Sugarpie to Sport's Spotless Pets Grooming Salon (talk about about over the top, but that's Sportacus for ya, lmao). After giving the name a questioning look, he walks inside and up to the front counter.

Sportacus hears the bell of the door and yells from the backroom that he'll be out in front in a moment. Robbie tells him to take his time while he takes in the surroundings of the salon, smiling as he looks down at Sugarpie.

Only when he hears a voice talking, does he finally look up from his cute pooch, and up to the- whoa. Attractive man at the counter.

"Hi! Welcome to Sport's Spotless Pets! How can I help you?"

"By giving me your number... I mean! Your business number!... so... if I like it... I can come again!"

Sportacus laughs slightly as he points at the small business card holder, and upon doing so, is able to look over the counter just enough to see Sugarpie. Sportacus comes out from behind the counter with an 'awww' and asks who cutie is, which then prompts Robbie to accidentally blurt out, "I don't know, what is his name?" while giving Sportacus a lovesick look.

Anyways, there's an outline, and don't be surprised when you see this pop up (it can be found under the tag "Sport's Spotless Pets").

This is something I wondered a lot about, how in some Lazytown endings... Robbie Rotten makes something that was meant to be inanimate, into something animate.

And I'm gonna list them :) (This is gonna be a long post)

But? What's that I hear you say? Like how he did with Little Robbie, Rottenella and fake Stephanie?? Nope!

I mean how the Soccerbot 6000, malfunctioned somehow... and got pissed at Robbie and just started moving and thinking on it's own??

Or even Sugarpie! He was meant to be sentient sure. But his only goal was to go feral on anyone who says "Trouble"... but now he's just bullying Robbie :(

Or how the Fordmil Meansbad puppet of Robbie... also came to life??? Like I know it's ironic that he's a puppet and the joke is that he's not meant to be alive... despite most of the cast being puppets, but like?? how????

Or Roboticus, but at least out of everything here, he's the most likely to have some kind of sentience... 🤔

BUT HIS GOGGLES?? Those ain't sentient... WHY ARE THEY NOW ALIVE?? (And why is this so funny)

Although idk if I wanna include the mummy in this... mainly because mummies kind of come alive on their own, so 🤔 (Also, that is in fact Snorri Engilbertsson, ya know, Tobby Rotten, weirdly still voiced by Stefán. Is this a case of cloning?! Robbie was the mummy originally!)

And that's all I got for now... tho there's likely a whole lore more I missed! But this is enough to prove my point.

So, what does this even mean for Robbie? I'll say this, I didn't make this with Fae!Robbie in mind, cuz I don't dig that headcanon :(. BUT he is magical, so this could be interpreted as a kind of fae powers or just plain ol' magic... cuz anyone can use magic 🤷‍♂️

OR, it's just a preschooler show that really isn't meant to be taken that seriously... and this is just looney tunes levels of gags and jokes for the lil kiddies and to show that Robbie is gotta get his karma one way or another... but that ain't as fun as overthinking it!

Maybe Robbie has some kind of magical residue that leaves off of somethings that he isn't aware of, like pinocchio type of magic to transform people into sentient beings. Or like Mickey Mouse with his magic brooms in Fantasia OR WHO KNOWS :D
