plopping onto the bed, a hand moving to fix her pillow underneath her head. for what feels like ages, it’s just the two of them in the room; and skylar sees this as a good opportunity to talk to summer. unable to see her roommate from where she lies, the blonde scrolls through her instagram feed on her phone, humming lowly. “....so....” a slight smile appears on her face, “did you have fun at the party?”

“i like your costume,” she starts lamely. tilly actually feels guilty, because, well, wednesday addams does have an older brother. “i hope, um, you weren’t hoping bash would dress up with you. i would have been fine doing something on my own; it took us forever to think of a costume to do, honestly.” because most male/female costumes are for couples and they basically just gave up. / @summrsfm​

        SUMMER’S ALREADY IN THEIR HOTEL ROOM WHEN BASH RETURNS ;   silently he walks over to his bed and collapses his back onto it, letting out a deep sigh. it’s been a day.   “ i just saw my friend dimitri, ”   he tells her, neck craning in her direction.   “ you remember, my old roommate ? ”    @summrsfm​​

         “ 92%, HUH ? ”   there’s a shit-eating grin on adam’s face when he spies summer in the ballroom, making his way over to her.   “ you look beautiful, ”   he tells her, whether she dressed up or not. it doesn’t really matter either way.   “ feel free to still use the signal, if you want to get away from your date. he kinda seems like a clown anyway. ”   adam offers her his hand.   “ want to find some mimosas ? ”     @summrsfm​

     “i don’t know what i was expecting,” conor says looking around the hotel as they walk in. it’s obvious he hasn’t traveled that much to begin with, his eyes taking in everything around them. “but there are far too many people here.” he guess that’s what growing up in a small town would do to you.

DON’T INHALE TOO MUCH, ”   he says while the puff of smoke releases from his mouth, passing summer the joint. hopefully smoking together doesn’t become their regular thanksgiving tradition, but it’s a pretty DEPRESSING holiday this year   ( not that last year had been any better ) ,  so bash would be lying if seeing her cousin hold a joint to her lips isn’t making it somewhat brighter.  who’s the hippie now ?     @summrsfm​
