ASTRO OBSERVATION: Sun & Your Father:

I decided to make this an entire post. Accuracy will be influenced by the entire chart. If you're comfortable, please share your Sun placement and experience with your father.

Sun conjunct Saturn - Father or other authority figures may have high expectations. Father may be loving but reserved when it comes to showing it. Father may be demanding. Father may be a workaholic - or distant due to a diff reason. Desire to be a child again to go back to having the father's unconditional love. Or love always felt conditional.

Sun conjunct Mars - Father is assertive. Father may have anger issues. Father is action-orientated. Father is a powerful person. Father is a leader. Father is a fighter.

Sun conjunct Ketu - If negative You may be detached from the father. Father is absent for important events - ex: Father is away during your birth. Father fails you in some way.

If in the 3rd H, your father’s first marriage may have failed. Father could be dead or a deadbeat - aspects to benefics + good condition 9th H can influence this to be positive.

The positive outcome the father is religious/spiritual in thinking. The father gives you freedom. The father is well-travelled or cultured in some way.

Sun conjunct Venus - Your father is well-liked/popular. Your father is a social and easy-going person. Your father isn't assertive. Your father seeks balance - will compromise to keep peace. Your father likes to be comfortable or likes to be well-dressed, up to trends, show off wealth. Father can be indulgent or lazy too. Aspects + condition of 9th H can change this.

Sun conjunct Mercury - Your father could be your best friend. Your father is a communicative person. Your father is immature. Your father is more like a sibling, friend or business partner than a parent. Your father could work with his hands. Your father could be intelligent. Your father may be a reader, collector, he may like games - sudoko, poker, wordle, etc.

Sun conjunct Moon - If unafflicted, your parents could get along together/work well together. Your parents may be similar in viewpoints + influence on you. Malefics in 4th H, 10th H, 9th H, 3rd H can drastically influence the above. There is either a harmonious connection or a consistent conflict.

Sun conjunct Jupiter:

Generally, this shows your father could be religious. He may enjoy broader topics - politics, religion, etc. He may be optimistic & joyful person. He may lecture or preach. He may have a big ego. He may have status and/or respect. He may take risks + be carefree. He may not be the most reliable person. The entire chart will influence accuracy.

A positive outcome would be he is very supportive, very generous, a mentor to you.

A negative outcome would be he is narcissistic, he is egotistical, he refuses to see things from other perspectives.

Jupiter’s influence on Sun expands the Sun’s traits. Possibly indicating your father may be “too much” of something. Depending your entire chart this will vary - ex: too demanding, too overbearing, too self obsessed, too indulgent, etc. It could be positive as well tho - very kind, very loving, very wealthy, etc.

EXAMPLE: Franz Kafka had Sun conjunct Jupiter. He had a complicated relationship with his father. The following is a quote written by him to his father:

“I would have been happy to have had you as a friend, as a boss, as an uncle, as a grandfather, even (although more hesitantly) as a father-in-law. But as a father you were too strong for me.”

“too strong” suggesting Franz may have felt his father to be an overwhelming presence in his life. Jupiter expands Sun’s energy to the point that the placement becomes overbearing and a burden.

Sun Conjunct Rahu

This can show you may dislike authority. You may have disinterest in a relationship with your father until a much later age. You can have a lot of anger. This can show domestic violence or other serious issues in family home - your own home or the one you come from.

Example: John Lennon has Sun conjunct Rahu.

For most of his upbringing, his father was absent. He didn't know who his father truly was - Rahu tends to fog things up, creating illusions and deceptions.

Once John had found success in music, his father re-appeared in his life. This can be connected to Rahu's immoral influence - Rahu makes one greedy, seeking reward and shortcuts. His father wasn’t there when John was building his career but he desired to be a part of his success.

It's common (but not always promised) that with this placement, you and your father resolve issues later in life. John had made peace with his father while his father was dying. John was quoted saying:

Welcome back everyone ! I’m sorry for not posting a lot but I have new tea for you. Also, my two next posts will be more like a crossover of astrology and Pop culture (two things I love) and don’t hesitate asking me any question I’d love to interact with people. ❤️

Gemini/3H moons are so unintentionally funny. There’s something about the way they tell stories and say the most out of pocket stuff that make people laugh. Usually, they have a specific vocabulary that people tend to repeat as a reference/private joke because they think it’s hilarious. They are walking memes.

Saturnian dominants (esp. Capricorn/Aquarius moons) are so sarcastic. Their jokes are so dry and they have the ability to say the funniest stories with a straight face while dropping a few scathing expressions by using intellectual terms. If they sound mean, then It was their intent because they think it’s the best way to convey their message. Especially if the person has an Air Mars.

Cancer women with a Scorpio Rising look great when they adopt a dark feminine persona when it comes with the way they dress. (Ex : Lana Del Rey)

Talking about personal style and astrology, I think someone would look great if they mix their Sun (personality, the self), their Ascendant (appearance) and their Venus Sign (taste, textures, fashion).

Ex : Zendaya has a Virgo Sun (her looks always manages to look perfect in her to the details and gives BOSS vibes), Aquarius rising (every red carpet is a moment. Always wears something unexpected, especially with her hairstyles) and Cancer Venus (Etheral and feminine style).

Neighbors signs compatibility is so overlooked. I usually see people saying Gemini and Taurus aren’t compatibles but many Geminis have Taurus placements and vice-versa. Same goes with every neighbor sign pairs. Aspects and where your placements fall in their houses are more important.

Romcoms give off very much Mutable Venus energy to me. I will probably elaborate more for each sign-a trope in an other post.

Asteroid Fama conjnct any placement in your 3H, you were likely to be popular at school or at least friends with some of them.

Lilith in the same sign as your venus you are more likely to be catcalled by random men on a daily basis and more sexualized than others by your own family.

Earth Lilith + earth Venus = people in your entourage have a hard time imagining you in a relationship because you’re seen as untamable.

Sun conjunct Moon in a friendship synastry is so cool. Best placement for long night conversations. Both of the parties understand each other and the friendship between these two is usually instantaneous.

Mars/ASC aspects = being seen as reckless, rebellious and the one who has to take the blame for other people’s faults because they look « more mature » and « tougher » even if the person has a quiet nature.

Pluto in the 2nd House and the urge to save money because of the fear of being in financial insecurity again but spending it in a short amount of time by saying « you know what F* It I’ll figure it out tomorrow ».

I’ve never seen a stylish Libra. No offense but the ones I’ve met only go for trendy stuffs. Same for their approach of life, they won’t wear clothes that can go against their charming and sociable image. They follow the trends but it still looks good on them.

Mercury rx people usually get gaslighted when they argue with Aries placements because they have a big confidence in what they say and make Mercury rx people doubt because they know they have a harder time expressing an very articulate thought and use that as an excuse to win an argument.
