If Emmet and Ingo played Yu-Gi-Oh they would be the guys who go to locals and have decks that hypothetically could summon Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Juggernaut Liebe (or another boss monster from the train archetype). Summon Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Juggernaut Liebe (or another boss monster from the train archetype) even if they have WAY better options every chance they get, somehow always end with a solid 2-2 record and leave. They also never play earth machine for some reason despite that being an objectively better deck for what their very confusing goals are.
AKA: "That one guy guy at locals" and his brother who is also "that one guy at locals".

So here’s the Level/Rank 12 animé cards without retrains, or counterparts:
Five-Headed Dragon
Dragon Master Knight
Yubel - The Ultimate Nightmare
Elemental HERO Divine Neos
Malefic Truth Dragon
Meklord Astro Mekanikle
Holactie the Creator of Light
Assault Blackwing - Onimaru the Divine Thunder
Divine Serpent Geh
Raidraptor - Final Fortress Falcon
Shura the Combat Star
Battlewasp - Ballista the Armageddon
Honourable mentions:
Quintet Magician
Cyberdark End Dragon
Number 99: Utopia Dragonar
The Crimson Dragon
Has counterpart, but not retrain:
T.G. Halberd Cannon - T.G. Halberd Cannon/Assault Mode
Flower Cardian Paulownia - Flower Cardian with Phoenix
Superheavy Samurai Steam Train King
For Level/Rank 11 animé-related monsters without a Level/Rank 12 counterpart:
Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Juggernaut Liebe
Hi-Speedroid Clear Wing Rider
Psychic End Punisher
***
Of this batch, The Ultimate Nightmare, and Divine Neos are most likely ones to get a retrain. After that, it is likely going to be Malefic Truth Dragon, and Mekanikle.
The rest come from Decks, or themes with lots of unprinted cards, except Dragon Master Knight, but Konami seems uninterested in doing a retrain of it, so it gets lots of direct, and indirect support.
Five-Headed Dragon technically has its Ritual variant, which will likely be released in the future.
Shura will likely get a retrain immediately after the remaining Star Warriors are released, but it doesn’t seem that will be soon now. They will likely have to wait until 2025.
There are tons Level 10 monsters that can get Level 11/12 variants, but they are too long to list.

Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Juggernaut Liebe ———————————————— 3 Level 11 monsters Once per turn, you can also Xyz Summon "Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Juggernaut Liebe" by using 1 Rank 10 Machine Xyz Monster you control as material. (Transfer its materials to this card.) Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card; this card gains 2000 ATK/DEF, also you cannot declare attacks for the rest of this turn, except with this card. This card can attack monsters a number of times each Battle Phase, up to the number of materials attached to it +1. ———————————————— Can Be Found In: Duelist Pack: Legend Duelist 4 (DP21-JP034)
Railway is the unofficial name given to an archetype consisiting of trains and gigantic machinery. Focused on Rank 10 Xyz Summons, Railway Decks provides monsters with high stats to deal considerable damage in battle as well some options for effect damage, allowing them to some high OTK potential from early game. And since aren't restricted to its own cards with an archetype condition, the Deck is able to mix together all sorts of options to summon their strongest monsters by little to no effort.
"Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Juggernaut Liebe" is a massive monster capable of several powerful outcomes in a single Battle Phase. Despite a Rank 11, "Juggernaut Liebe" can be brought by using a Rank 10 Machine material for a Rank-Up summon and gain its materials. By detaching a material "Juggernaut Liebe" will become the only monster able to attack during that turn, but in return no only will gain 2000 ATK and DEF but also able to attack a monster plus the number of materials attached on itself. "Juggernaut Liebe" on its own already has dreadful stats to deal considerable damage along other monsters, but its effect can severely punish heavy boards as deals immense damage with its consecutive attacks.
As pointed out, thanks to its shortcut summon "Juggernaut Liebe" is quite simple to bring out thanks to the many resources involving the Railway monsters. With the help of the Field Spell "Revolving Switchyard" gathering monsters in one way or another, we can prepare a Rank 10 Xyz Summon in no time thanks to the summoning abilities of members such as "Heavy Freight Train Derricrane" or "Speedy Express Bullet Liner" among others. A more direct setup is with "Urgent Schedule" summoning Machines from our Deck, and although restricts our attacks it won't affect the Battle Phase involving "Juggernaut Liebe". Things won't be more complicated as the Duel progresses, as if not reviving monsters by "Special Schedule" we can use the effect of "Runaway Railcar Flying Pegasus" to bring back a monster and replicate its Level. Some players will also mix other potential materials regardless of their interactions with the archetype, with "Malefic Cyber End Dragon" once "Revolving Switchyard" is active or "Exodius the Ultimate Forbidden Lord" simple summon by reshuffle all our monsters in the Graveyard. Finally there's a chance for "Juggernaut Liebe" to show up outside Railway strategies, as the low Rank "Number 27: Dreadnaught Battleship Dreadnoid" can fit any Deck and use its battle effect to Xyz Summon a Rank 10 monsters to Rank-Up afterwards.
4000 ATK is already enough to deal lethal damage in mid to late game specially with the assistance of cards like "Limiter Removal" or "Train Connection", but the ability of "Juggernaut Liebe" can cause a severe outcome against fields full of monsters. Most Rank 10 monsters to Rank-Up into will provide three materials including themselves, so even after deattaching a material "Juggernaut Liebe" will attack three monsters in most Duels. Counting that "Juggernaut Liebe" will become a 6000 ATK with its stat boost, is quite possible to finish off Duels if the opponent's isn't prepared for its several attacks. With some basic coverage from cards like "Infinite Transience" or "Forbidden Lance" among many others, the arrival of "Juggernaut Liebe" can assure our victory in common scenarios.
Making "Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Juggernaut Liebe" the only monster able to attack is a very tame drawback given the massive damage that will cause with its several attacks. With a very simple Xyz Summon thanks to the many Rank 10 tools Railway provides to follow with its Rank-Up effect, "Juggernaut Liebe" can arrive at the perfect time to make its stats even bigger and deal so much damage in a single Battle Phase that could finish the opponent right from our first turns. The true problem of "Juggernaut Liebe" is the opponent's field itself, as requires a decent number of enemies on the field to assure a winning condition as well some coverage before and during our Battle Phase. "Juggernaut Liebe" only purpose is to attack monsters, but with already incredible stats to do so there's a slim chance the opponent might survive its various attacks.
Personal Rating: A
+ Increases its stats by 2000 and gains additional attacks against monsters by the number of materials has attached + Very high OTK potential + Easy to summon thanks to its archetype options
- Will be the only monster able to attack after activating its effect - Efficiency relies on the opponent's field

Railway Deck: Truck-Kun’s Older Brother
I don’t play a lot of Yu-Gi-Oh, but I’ve been trying to get back into it. It’s just that the game has evolved into a fugly mess that I honestly just don’t wanna go online and see how many times I can lose to the same deck. But, you know, I eventually get that itch to scratch and this is one of my favorites.
Tumblr media
I like to call this my ‘Hyper Train’ deck, though I also like to call it ‘Unga-Bunga’.
Card Series in Yu-Gi-Oh are interesting. Not all of them are meant to be played together and some of them have their own archetypes built to support them. The Railway card series are a bunch of Level/Rank 4 and 10 EARTH Machines with a train theme to them. The primary object: get High Level XYZs onto the field.
How do you play this game? Well, if I haven’t been blunt enough, you basically get out your Rank 10s and just ram ‘em. This deck is the equivalent of taking a club to your opponent’s skull and calling that a strategy.
Tumblr media
Number 81 is pretty much the mascot of this deck, and it’s usually the only card I use. I have others down in that Extra Deck, you can see them, but this is usually the one that I get the most mileage with since it protects itself.
And when you go on the offensive...
Tumblr media
Just bust out “Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Juggernaut Liebe” and bash them with your club HARDER.
This deck can brick kinda hard and if you’re hoping to bust out a long string of combos turn one...I mean, maybe you could, but this is pretty much the modern-day equivalent to a beatstick deck. Just get it onto the field and go smashing some teeth in. If you’re not hitting hard enough, then you’re not doing your job.

Speedy Express Bullet Liner ———————————————— Cannot declare an attack unless you send 2 other cards you control to the GY. You can only use each of the following effects of "Speedy Express Bullet Liner" once per turn. ● If all monsters you control are EARTH Machine monsters (min. 1): You can Special Summon this card from your hand. ● During the End Phase, if this card is in the GY because it was sent there this turn: You can target 1 Machine monster in your GY, except "Speedy Express Bullet Liner"; add it to your hand. ———————————————— Can Be Found In: Duelist Pack: Legend Duelist 4 (DP21-JP035)
Some cards will have heavy demerits that might limit their efficiency in most Duels. However, while some Decks are able to work arround such issues or even bypass them, others are able to simply ignore them by giving those cards other important functions. Any drawbacks the card has might affect its function during a Duel, yet the benefits that provide us can become so valuable that any of its issues won't affect us at all.
"Speedy Express Bullet Liner" is a Railway member with strong stats and abilities yet a severe demerit, but didn't stop it to become an immediate addition for its archetype and other Decks. Despite its 3000 ATK, "Bullet Liner" is unable to attack unless we dispose of two other cards on our field as cost. However, the true power of "Bullet Liner" comes from its two abilities that becomes a solid choice to setup all sorts of goals. If we only have EARTH Machines on the field, "Bullet Liner" can be Special Summoned from our hand. Then, on the End Phase of a turn where "Bullet Liner" is sent to the Graveyard, in return we can retrieve to our hand a Machine from the Graveyard excluding "Bullet Liner" itself and other copies. Clearly, while its attacks are too expensive to become a recurring use, "Bullet Liner" easy summon and a retrieval effect to follow with makes it a strong contender as material of various expensive summons as we prepare our hand with recovered Machines in our next turns.
Although Railway isn't officialy treated as an archetype, they have exclusive support to obtain "Bullet Liner" as soon as possible. The Field Spell "Revolving Switchyard" let us trade a card in our hand to search for high Level Machines, overall assuring the arrival of "Bullet Liner" as soon is played to our field. "Ruffian Railcar" is a slightly slower alternative to search Railway members with, yet given that will be mainly used as material for Xyz and Link Summons it will assure "Bullet Liner" is ready to go in our next turns. When comes to the summon of "Bullet Liner" itself there's no difficulties whatsoever as long we stay on theme of its requeriments, and with its archetype sharing the same Attribute and Type is completely assured during most of the Duel. From following the summon of monsters like "Night Express Knight" or "Heavy Freight Train Derricrane", swarming the board with the effect of "Urgent Schedule", to even only requiring other copies of "Bullet Liner" on our field, Railway and other Machines we can fit in the build won't have any problems to summon this creature. Lastly, although "Bullet Liner" can't retrieve itself or other copies with its Graveyard effect, that won't stop it to being a prominent monster thanks to many revival options such as "Double Header Anger Knuckle" and "Runaway Railcar Flying Pegasus".
While there are some cards that can work along the attack cost to obtain certain benefits like "Urgent Schedule" and "Special Schedule", in most cases "Bullet Liner" will work arround our Extra Deck summons with help of its two abilities. With an easily accesible Special Summon as soon an EARTH Machine is on our field, "Bullet Liner" and the rest of Railway options will immediately follow their arrival with some of their Rank 10 Xyz Summons. But if the easy access to lead monsters such as "Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Juggernaut Liebe" and "Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Gustav Max" isn't enough, "Bullet Liner" and the other materials can also work on Link Summons to provide effects and additional zones for our Extra Deck summons. Its retrieval effect is no less difficult given that only needs to be sent to the Graveyard no matter if was used as material, detached from a Xyz Monster, or even sent from our hand or Deck by an effect like "Revolving Switchyard" or the opponent trying to disrupt our game. Finally, if you really wanna give "Bullet Liner" a chance to battle without dealing with its demerit, "Skill Drain" will erase the cost as both of its effect are still available to overwhelm the opponent with its own copies and/or other powerful creatures.
While "Speedy Express Bullet Liner" won't attack in most Duels unless in builds involving "Skill Drain", its simple Special Summon makes it an incredibly valuable material for its archetype and other Decks involving Machines. Not only has a cheap summon available as soon we have atleast one EARTH Machine on our field, but once "Bullet Liner" is disposed for any goals it will compensate us by recovering another Machine from the Graveyard to keep the momentum. Combined with the other Level 10 Railway monsters and their own summons as well the strong support from the archetype, "Bullet Liner" might be reduced to a material role but is a staple choice to immediately start bringing powerful monsters from the Extra Deck.
Personal Rating: A+
+ Special Summons itself from our hand if we only control EARTH Machines + At the End Phase of a turn is sent to the Graveyard it will recover a Machine except itself + Strong support to work as material from early to late game
- Unable to attack unless we dispose of two cards on our field - Will solely work as material
