So frankly I care nothing for all the effects of these that people are clamoring about and FAR more interested in the fact that Raye and Roze apparently do a FUSION? Also Zero seems to have a notable rainbow motif. Subtle XD

Also HOLY SHIT, I don't think it will ever not feel surreal and awesome seeing fully animated card characters/lore. Especially now that they have VOICE ACTING.

1. Only eps. 119 and 121-124 were schedueled to be delayed, not ep. 120, which gave the implication that she might have found enough time to sub one episode. The fact that 120 still got delayed anyway just reinforces her laziness and irresponsibility (along with the fact that she will delay subs for episodes centered on characters she irrationally hates).

2a. Not every GR!! fan either has a Twitter or check Aura's Twitter for different reasons, yet she expects everyone to do so and be up-to-date with her shit.

2b. Also, if she could announce genuine delays on Tumblr because of a loved one's ailment and Eid al-Adha, then she is certainly capable of announcing a delay because she's moving on the same platform.

3. She had a few other people do the subs for the penultimate season 2 episode for her (for no reason other than she irrationally hates Yuhi), yet she still wants the final checks to be done by her (she is egotistical like that, believes her subs are flawless, and accused YGOrganization/Yugipedia of being "rude and disrespectful for revising them to be more accurate). If she could do that for said episode, then she sure as hell could've done the same for the most recent episode while she moves, unpacks, and starts settling in.

4. She is LITERALLY a fucking entitled brat who acts like she owns the Bridge era because of her fansubs and thinks it's a perfect excuse to do whatever the fuck she wants. Someone has genuine criticisms about GR and its quality? "They're a hater! How dare they not indulge in toxic positivity and treat GR as flawless perfection!" Someone has an opinion different than hers? "You're not allowed to disagree with me! I'm always right, you're always wrong!" Someone likes ships she doesn't? "Eww! Why are you into incest and pedophilia, you sicko?!" And her echo chamber ALWAYS takes her shit as fact. No real evidence needed whatsover; play the victim card by twisting the facts to villainize those calling her out, and they automatically believe her like the bunch of kiss-asses they are.

considering they blocked me, they probably don't really care for an answer but I will repeat one important point that has been ignored:

"getting a notification about a delay is a privilege not a right"

and remind you all that you can make own fansub team or pay for one and stop relying on people you hate and despise.

Curious. What do you mean by this?

Back in late August, before the Yugipedia server became too much for me, I've seen some members talk about Aura (octomaidly on Twitter, @entamesubs on Tumblr) and their experiences with her, as well as a few comments outside of Discord. From what I've gathered:

She comes off as entitled because she acts like she owns SEVENS and GO RUSH!! as far as the Western audience is concerned all because she's the only one who is subbing them in the first place. A couple of people remarked that her entitlement really shows whenever she tweets out her going batshit over something like guessing Tremolo and Phaser are descended from space dragons. Being surprised at making an accurate guess is fine in of itself, but it sounded like she was… overreacting, so to speak.

She does not accept any criticisms people make towards the show; no one but her is right at every instance. (Honestly, them calling out her criticism-free levels of entitlement makes them hypocrites considering what I said about their infatuation for Yuna.) I should know because she blocked me on Twitter for criticizing the punching-bag treatment Manabu has been facing and Epoch getting away with cheating the first time she Dueled thanks to virtually no one but Yuhi noticing.

Whether they're for countering any criticisms or not, she will make bad takes at any given moment. One time, I got a reply from someone on Tumblr recalling the time she claimed Romin is a poorly written female lead and how SEVENS gave her a victory against Roa to compensate for that. Another time, she made a flimsy defense to Yudias' shoehorned qualification in the Galaxy Cup finals, something that several other people—myself included—were quick to question and call bullshit on.

She refuses to accept that her fansubs aren't always perfect and will get pissy whenever they are tweaked or revised to make them more accurate to what's being said in Japanese. One member left her Discord server because they saw her call Yugipedia and YGOrganization "rude and disrespectful" for making slight adjustments to her translations.

Seeing all these stories about Aura coupled with my two "encounters" with her ultimately made me lose respect for her work with subbing the Bridge era. Why bother watching a subbed anime if the person translating it is an annoying, immature brat?

YGOrganization | The Battle for the “Sinful Spoils” reaches its Climax! [ALIN]

LAST TIME, ON DIABELL GIRLS Z

So last time I posted on this, Asteria/Diabellstar and Risette/Diabellze had their long awaited reunion. It turns out what was fucking over Diabellze wasn't the ancient matron of the White Forest, but a different evil bitch.

Queen Azamina. She's been using Diabellze to try and reincarnate herself, and has the ability to summon corrupted versions of people's memories to fuck with them. Diabellstar, not giving a flying fuck, beats the shit out of them and goes to defend Diabellze.

Queen Azamina yoinks the powers of the sinful spoils (maybe just Poplar) to evolve to St. Azamina. This frees Diabellze, and together Asteria and Risette rejoin and combine all their powers, past and present, to fight St. Azamina and the eventual true Azamina.

They burn EVERYTHING to beat her...

...and they win.

Asteria and Risette are back together again. The sins of the past are cleansed.

And so the tale of the Witches of the White Forest comes to an end. (?)

You know I feel like nothing sums up my relationship with Yugioh quite like my reaction and ‘priorities’ towards the first look at a card like ‘Prototype Sky Striker Ace – Amatsu’. If you look at the comments on that page and almost certainly any others featuring this, you’ll find basically everyone commenting with theories on what this card might do. Or just bitching/moaning/whining about Sky Striker being popular.

As for me? Yeah, frankly I couldn’t care less about any of that and would MUCH rather analyze the artwork and theorize about the implications it might have on the lore. ESPECIALLY in regards to what this might mean for what we could see in the Sky Strikers anime coming out next month.

So let’s do that XD

The first thing that sticks out to me is that we can see that Amatsu is the long-alluded-to ‘X-001’ armor among Raye’s combat modes, with the other four LINK monsters we’ve had up to now being labeled 002-005.

Design-wise, Amatsu definitely seems to be following the classic ‘Super Prototype’ school of thought seen in countless mecha anime. In that it’s basically a mashup of all four subsequent models. We can see one of Shizuku’s shields on the left shoulder, Kagari’s sword on the right arm, a cannon reminiscent of Hayate’s sniper rifle on the right shoulder, and one of Kaina’s claws on the left arm. I have to assume Amatsu is meant to be the ‘too awesome to use’ prototype.

Amatsu is also a whole lot bigger than the later models. If we look closely, we can actually see what seems to be Raye plugged into the chest, making Amatsu a proper mech rather than power armor. Even more interesting, this almost certainly makes Amatsu Raye’s counterpart to Roze’s Zeke mech, though Zeke is notably a LINK-2 as opposed to Amatsu being a LINK-1. Which could have all sorts of fun lore implications like Zeke potentially have been directly based on Amatsu.

I do think it’s kinda weird that Amatsu is a DARK monster instead of LIGHT, as that would have both neatly rounded out Raye’s forms covering all six attributes (Raye herself being DARK and her other armored forms being WATER, FIRE, WIND and EARTH), as well as making Amatsu a nice contrast with Zeke being DARK.

Finally, there is the timing of this reveal, particularly that the rest of the card info will be revealed next month. Like I have no doubt that we will be seeing Amatsu in the anime. All of the alternate artworks we’ve been getting recently have been seemingly taking place after the events of ‘Sky Striker Mobilize – Linkage’, showing Raye and Roze fighting together with a mishmash of Raye’s Sky Striker equipment, presumably against the squad of H.A.M.P. mechs we saw at the end of the preview clips released in Master Duel last month. So maybe this is also when Raye decides to break out Amatsu as well?

Should be fun, and gets me all the more hyped for whatever we might see in Chronicles this year.

It’s funny, for all that I’ve gotten interested in Yu-Gi-Oh! the card game and all it’s intricacies and playstyles over the last year and some change, when you get down to it, that’s all really a secondary interest to what I’m REALLY interested in:

All the characters, stories and lore behind these cards, and the hope that we might get some kickass animes made out of them XD

Trident Dragion, this blog's mascot, is getting its own archetype, complete with a retrain, field spell, etc, which support not just Dragon Synchros but also FIRE Dragons specifically, meaning cards like Blaster, Dragon Ruler of Infernos and Horus the Black Flame Deity could fit in here. If anything can get me back into modern Yu-Gi-Oh!, this may be it
