I got a new birthday piercing! A surface on my left ear with a little star, and then I got my orbit hoop swapped for a stud because THAT was annoying AF with my hair.

I went in for forward tragus surface but they didn't have a small surface bar so 🤷🏻‍♀️ not like I won't be back.

I feel so dainty with the small stuff and not my usual big ass hoops. Tbh I'd rather have all captive beads but whatever.

the funniest thing about hawkeye is that on the surface, when he’s introduced, you think he’s going to be an effortlessly cool guy, guys like being friends with him and are inspired by him (or jealous), women wanna sleep with him, he drinks and flouts discipline, gets away with open dissent, because he’s just the bestest surgeon coolest guy ever!

and then you scratch a bit of the surface, and he’s a neurotic pansy, who’s fine with being considered unmanly and even plays into those ideas himself enough times to be noticeable (if you’re wanting to notice), who needs to tell a joke every few seconds lest he feels like he’s fading out of existence and/or the horrors around him finally break him completely, is hanging on By A Thread supported by constant self-medication, and feels so so angry and helpless and culpable, and just loves his friends and father a lot and effusively, in fact is bursting to the seams with loud love

cool guy is in fact not cool at all, he’s a queer lanky cartoon jester jingling miserably to keep everyone’s spirits up, with enough funky brain chemistry for everyone to project onto
