i mean ultimately I don't think this is a problem unique to twitch rivals. there needs to be some other way for the highest ranking players in the world to make money. in an ideal world mojang would do what other games do and sponsor or support some sort of minecraft e-sports but they refuse to.

I really wanna live a more sustaniable life but its really hard :,) i live in the dorms so i cant really make food and i refuse to give up things like liquid shampoo/conditioner because i am cosmetology liscensed and know that bar shampoo doesnt work for me from looking at the ingredients. I also just really like my makeup and even if i wanted to switch, i doubt that there are many brands that sell a good sustaniable brown mascara or brow gel.

I know that those are small things but they are the ones that people talk about when i look it up :/

If anyone has any tips or advice then id really appreciate it!!

i work at a grocery with a pretty bougie customer base so i get questions asking where weird products are like tonight a woman walked up to me with hemp milk in her hand and was like i need hemp milk but it has to be Organic (not my department. didnt care enough to investigate. told her we were out) but i assume californians shopping at this same grocery store are asking for even crazier shit like Organic Sustaniably Harvested Dolphin Piss In 70% Recycled Plastic Bottles so they can resync their biorhythms or whatever

she was always independent like that, and in some ways, yes, we're not healthy or good, but Lucia did what she could - for the sake of surviving.

now she faces severus who had not been forced to fish for his own meal but was abused in other ways.

she saw in him the neglect of a parent, she saw in him how his love for lily drove him as her love for Alexander drove her. she saw herself in severus and severus seeing himself in somebody else was new to him, he felt so aloof, distant from everyone. but with lucia? (pronounced with a sh not like see) he saw himself mirrored in her and it was too much.

why only now could he see himself in another person? the gods were toying with him, he was convinced.

as she taught severus to fish she finds him becoming more humble, something that he would not dare do around other people.

lucia fished because she needed to survive, severus continued to survive so as to avenge the death of lily.

she wants to tell him he can go farther than that, that avenging her changed nothing, that the source that hurt lily would still be alive, and he needed to pull it at its roots -to be radical

but he is not ready yet and Lucia sighs, putting the tackle on the proper way for an elusive fit.

Third, libraries are already on a path to providing fractional access to many things (wifi hotspots, business suits and ties, tools, toys, etc) and we can imagine a future in which most of life's material needs are provided in this way, from suitcases to lawnmowers to speed boats. Such a future would give you access to untold material comfort and abundance, without running up against the limits of a finite planet that lacks the material wealth to produce one of each for everyone, which would then moulder in attics and garages most of the time. Moreover, something designed for library circulation could be designed to a better specification than something only ever used for long periods in storage punctuated by occasional individual use.

Finally, there is "complementarity," the idea that the world can be improved by combining the things we find in it — just as different metals can make alloys that are stronger than the sum of their parts, the right combinations of our selves and our work can be more than any one of us can accomplish on our own.
